this is the progress i’ve made from Sept 1st to now (photo taken Oct 30th) I know i’m still obese but wow have I changed! The jeans in the after pic are 2 whole sizes smaller!! I’m so happy to see this progress and I hope that I can continue!!!

It’s so fucked that I’m almost 20lbs lighter than I was 6 months ago but I look in the mirror and see all the same problems 😭 it’s not like I *hated* my body back then and I don’t hate it now either, but it just feels like I hardly see any difference, even though lots of people have been noticing and calling me skinni

I know I'm still very very fat but around one month ago I realized I gained so much weight (bmi 23) and I couldn't see my collarbones from any angle and now I can see them from any angle without forcing it. I don't want to show the before pic cause it's too embarrassing 💀(bmi 21.4?)
