To anyone who was suicidal at age 14 or younger, here’s your permission to grieve. Here’s your permission to not joke about it or just flat out ignore it. Here’s your permission to acknowledge that lost child who felt way more pain than any child should ever feel. You’re allowed to cry for that child, whether you healed or are still suffering the same thoughts. Finally allow yourself to grieve for that child filled with undeserved hurt.

Things I think everyone on these tags should know:
(I am no pro or a doctor or anything, just talking from my exprience of losing -36 kg)
-Being on a unhealthy diet for too long means your hair will get thinner. For some it starts at 3 months, some 6 months, depending on the vitamin reserves your body has. Your nails will get thinner too, they might get some white marks on them. To not get these things, you need to take your vitamins, when you are eating you should eat nutritious stuff (fruit, vegetable, protein heavy meat) and not shitty fast food and chocolate etc. (I got a bold spot on my head and took me almost a year to fix that. TAKE. YOUR. VITAMINS.)
-Purging/Puking only helps you momentarily. Not only you are fucking up your teeth and stomach by purging, you are also playing with your body’s insulin levels and shit. Which will make you eat, maybe binge in the next few days. By trying to make yourself puke, (except for blumia) you might get insulin resistance or hypoglycaemia in long turn. Which are both ilnesses that trigger binges. For your long term health and weight loss, don’t purge.
-You don’t need to torture yourself with cold showers. Max calories you will burn with a cold shower is not worth it. That’s because being cold doesn’t burn calories, shivering does. You can fidget or shake your leg for half an hour and burn the same amount of calories.
-If you think you will be magically cured of 4n4 once you get skinny or once you hit your 20’s… I am sorry but you are dead wrong. There are university student’s among us. There are married people with children. There are people over 25, over 30. It doesn’t fix itself magically with age or by getting skinny. If you are young and maybe feel like you can still turn back, please get help. (Even if you are not young if you feel like you can, please get help.)
-You will regret SH scars. Even if you cover them with tattoos, people will ask and you will feel like shit. C0tting is never good, I know you are doing it to hurt yourself but remember, you are not just hurting yourself but your future self too.
-Fasting is hard. It’s fighting with your own survival instincts. If you see people doing 48+ or 92+ hours fasts and you can’t do that, it’s no reason to feel bad. It doesn’t make you or your dis0rd4r any less valid. Everyone is different, for some people weight loss works better when they are fasting, for some eating little amounts through the day, some just eat one meal. Some even only eat desserts because that’s their way of not binging. The way you are restricting yourself doesn’t make you invalid. Don’t beat yourself over it if you can’t complate a 24 hour fast.
-I know it’s hella scary but don’t be scared of healthy oils. They don’t work like unhealthy oil, it doesn’t make you gain but rather, make your body burn fat faster.
-If you can’t work out, it’s not the end of the world. It’s all about calories in-calories out. You will still lose weight even if you don’t work out. Actually try and not work out if you are fasting more than 24 hours. Your body will be out of reserves to give you energy and it might result in muscle burning instead of fat burning, which is really bad for your heart.
^ This is what I mean when I say ‘be safe’, not just ‘drink your water’. We are all doing this for our future selves, but please remember, that future self will want to be healthy too, not just skinny.
