binging is so fucking annoying. in general, i literally don’t feel hunger. why do i eat so much? it’s not that my body needs for or anything, ig i just eat because i’m bored or something. it’s so hard to stop eating once i’ve started. i never feel full. i just eat until my body physically can’t handle all the food and i throw up. even after i’ve been sick i usually continue eating. when i’m in that mindset, it doesn’t matter what i eat, i just need to keep eating. i’d eat food off the floor or out of bins if i had the chance. i need to get in control.
