How I don't eat
I got a new way how to not eat. I have a bottle in my room which has a big hole in it so i can hide food here bc i always eat in my room. then i take it to the bathroom and flush it in the toilet.
i kinda feel bad bc i know my mom worked hard to make me this food but i have to if i want to be skinny and pretty

a tip i have that i do is i always eat dinner, no matter how "good" the day was. idk if it just works for me but when i do i have easier to sleep and have more energy the next day and im almost always able to make it through a whole day after eating dinner the day before
eat a normal sized dinner portion and try not to stuff ur self cause it will probably make you feel worse in some way.
other things i wanna add
sleep is important !!!
caffeine <3 , i always make a thermos with black coffee (cause it's my favorite drink ngl lol) and take it with me to school and drink it during the whole day to keep me stable
always have some sort of emergency candy or nutritional bar with you (i like those glucose things that's for diabetes but idc dextro energy). if you feel like you're about to faint or just not doing well take your thing PLEASE it can become way too dangerous
