Well clearly you found out at some point, you attacked her home in search of her to use her against the Voltron Force.  Anyway, this scene kept playing in my mind the other night and I knew I just had to work on it. Katie a hostage, Wade an idiot who doesn’t realize if she gets her hands on that robot, it’s no longer his. Gotta love it all.  And the cherry on top? The sass. Katie has visited with Pidge and Lance too often growing up and picked up on it. But hey. We love sassing Wade.

More pidge hanging out with one of their sculptures, this time w/o the headphones (which are automatic if you’re listening to audio from a different app outside of sky, so long as you don’t have a hair accessory already present). I figure the horns could be a reference to her being a ‘gremlin’, and their monsters n mana persona too. Also I read somewhere that her mm persona was originally going to be a cat eared character like Pike but that was changed for Lance instead, so there’s that too, plus the cat hairstyle is one of the only hairstyles I have that I feel could represent Pidge (maybe keith too but for different reasons, but for now I gave him a different one since I settled on it for pidge)

hi! kind of a random question, but what plays do you think work best/would work well being performed at a high school? not really worded right, but rn my high school is lacking in the play area so i was brainstorming ideas. no pressure to answer!

uhh really depends on the school! tbh most good theatre isn’t public high school friendly but if you can get away with it I don’t actually think Brecht would be the worst, like Galileo might be a decent choice esp if your school is chill and your theatre teacher could do a like concurrent unit on brechtian theatre. Ummm Silent Sky by Lauren Gunderson is a really popular play and if you had a good budget could be pulled off at a high school. I’m obsessed with the idea of high schoolers doing Ionesco’s Rhinoceros if your department is down to do some absurdism. If you’re looking for something with a small cast and again are down for some absurdist theatre Kobo Abe’s the man who turned into a stick could be fun at a high school (I’m a little fascinated by slightly terrible high school productions of experimental theatre). Ermmmm if you want to do period pieces Bernard Shaw’s plays are great, or Oscar Wilde if ur not cool enough to do some shaw. Oh I feel like the almost, Maine craze has died out so you could probably bring that one back from the grave. My Senior year of hs we were going to do hay fever & I was cast as Judith Bliss; that’s a good high school show for sure. Truly no idea the size budget or culture of your school so just throwing a bunch of ideas at you. My favorite high school production of a play I ever saw was my freshman year of hs the seniors did some theatrical adaptation of the Orpheus and Eurydice myth that I loveddd.

Please all of you use the romance plot of “Silent Sky” by Lauren Gunderson as your new angst outline because it makes me so emotional.

The same night he confesses his love to you, and says “there’s a boat leaving tomorrow, you should be on it, I’ll be on it, I’m saying come with me, to Europe, for a month, or two. You don’t have to decide now, but close to now because the boat leaves tomorrow,” you receive a telegram that tells you your father has had a stroke.

So you tell him “go, and write me, and come back,” and you return home to care for your ill father, exchanging letters with your faraway love. He tells you the way the stars look from the sea.

Your father passes away, and you finally have the opportunity to return to your love, only to discover that he was pressured to marry someone else in your absence.

So you get on a boat to Europe. Because you heard seeing the stars from the sea is not to be missed Because you don’t want to miss anything else. And apparently there’s lobster.
