I’m here to say one thing

Can we please stop hating on Woojin?

He apologized

It doesn’t matter if he did it 5 years later. It doesn’t matter how much pain he caused to skz and stays (but mostly skz if you’re a stay and cry that someone choose a different course of life that you wanted them to, grow up).

But oh being selfish and young isn’t an excuse

Yes, it is. Not an excuse but it’s an explanation

Woojin is 27 do you think he hasn’t changed a bit? He didn’t become more mature? You may think it’s nothing but when I think of myself from 5 years ago I’m a completely different person now. People change. And young people do mistakes. That’s how we learn. On our mistakes and everybody makes them. Haven’t you done anything when you were young that you regret?

Maybe Woojin learned a lesson and he finally found the courage to apologize. I mean look around what’s going on. People hated on him for not apologizing and people hate on him for apologizing. What if he was just scared? Or went through some enlightening moment, wanted to apologize and move on

And one more thing before somebody here will say „omg but he hurt my bias, I love my bias so I have to stay mad”

Touch some grass. What’s between Stray Kids and Woojin is between Stray Kids and Woojin. Not between Stray Kids, Woojin and you. It’s not a love triangle. They are adults. They don’t need your help to solve their problems. They can regulate their own emotions and feelings (at least that’s what adults are supposed to do). If Stray Kids want to stay mad, good. But focus on supporting Stray Kids, not hating on Woojin.

Because you never know how strong someone is. And even the strongest person can break. One comment too many and there might be no one to hate on because they will call it quits. I can’t do this anymore and they’ll end it. Yes, you, people without emotional maturity and imagination can push Woojin into suicide or depression. And then it won’t be funny or it won’t feel good to shout at him. You won’t be able to look at yourself in the mirror. Actually if you hate/bully anyone I hope you already can’t.

And one last thing

Learn to forgive and forget. Because you will be hurt by people but I can guarantee you there will be times when you will be the one that hurts someone. Maybe tomorrow, maybe in a year. And then you will be the one begging for forgiveness. And you will be wishing for someone to take your apology. „oh I’d never do anything to hurt someone”. Me neither. But you’re not a saint or a sinner. You’re a human. Being hurt and hurting others is a part of our nature, our lives. It’s inevitable.

Treat others the way you want to be treated. Karma comes back.

I know everyone acts like it's illegal to talk about woojin but rewatching some of his old episodes is so interesting. There's some members that clearly seemed comfortable and seemed to love him, Chan especially- I think he really loved having someone older around but it was interesting seeing him say things about Woojin as *an elder* only for Woojin to follow it up with comments like "I'm glad I have someone the same age as me." Idk it's an interesting dynamic, part of me wonders if Woojin was a little resentful or apprehensive about being seen as an elder to the rest of them, honestly it's one thing I'd find understandable, not that we'll ever know.

But the dynamic I found most interesting was absolutely Lee Know and Woojin- like good god did those two not seem to vibe, actually I will say a lot of the members didn't quite seem themselves, they didn't quite seem comfortable? Not in a ~Ooooh Woojins a big bad villain way~ or anything, like it literally just felt... awkward. Even the oldest stuff where some of the members still didn't seem that close with each other or were still being a little formal with each other it never felt as palpable as it did with woojin.

Back to Lee Know though, he can be tricky to read sometimes because he can be silly or go in weird moods and come across a little rude but you can typically see his underlying fondness for a member but in his and Woojin's two kids room? That genuinely felt like disrespect. Like I can't speak to Lee Knows feelings but I'd be shocked if it wasn't actually the case that he had disliked Woojin before he ever left the group. At very least the feelings weren't particularly friendly. Like Woojin getting annoyed at him eating and Lee Know just continuing and being like "What's wrong with you?" Him seeming done the whole 8 minutes? The part where Woojin asked his charm points and Lee Know was like your tone, your ability to listen to others, how you fall asleep and Woojin was clearly like ?? Okay smartarse but of course he didn't say that- Woojin slightly insults LK by saying he's not normal, the final written messages were so curt and weird, lee know's was so short and just... odd tbh. All I can hope is one day one of those kids writes a memoir about the Woojin times because it does intrigue me but I'm also certain that won't happen.

I know he chose to leave, and I respect his decision. I'm overjoyed to see him as happy as he is now, he's making his own way just like he wanted to. I am beyond proud of Kim Woojin.

Why did Woojin leave Stray Kids?

His feelings are all over the place so I had to break this one into smaller questions.

What was the first thing that made him think he should leave skz?

(Don’t mind the 8 of wands being in straight position, I decided to go by the descriptions of the cards)

So first of all he felt their career is moving too slow alongside some misalignments he had with the members. He couldn’t find common ground with them. He wanted fast results and thought working with skz was holding him back.

What was the final straw that made Woojin leave?

He got an new opportunity that could possibly bring him more money at the time. He ended the contract to move towards a better future.

I felt like I was missing something so I shuffled the cards and got the chariot. I immediately thought of a saying “w gorącej wodzie kąpany” literal translation would go as “thrown into a boiling water”. It means some is impatient and hot-headed, a person who jumps straight into action without making a plan. Woojin really couldn’t wait any longer. He wanted to get the results faster. He couldn’t withstand the obstacles ahead of him.

How does Woojin feel now about leaving Stray Kids?

Surprise surprise. He regrets this a lot seeing how much he has lost. He might have offered some sort of a reconciliation to put the past behind them. Woojin thinks he is a victim here. Stray Kids might have turned him down. He is working towards his future. He wants to move on and focus on his work.

what’s the current bond between jaemin (nct) and lucy (weki meki)? ↠ doesn't seem to know each other, the energy is stagnant. there can be chance to be at least acquintances though in the future.

what’s the current bond between i.n. (stray kids) and ryujin (itzy)? ↠ they haven't communicate even though they're under the same company. similar as jaemin+lucy, there can be chance to be at least acquintances/colleguaes.

what’s the reason behind the situation between stray kids and their former member? ↠ long story short, woojin was burden for real. he spended a lot of skz's money (including the other members' one such as profit/salary/so on) to go on reckless adventures. the members of skz were pissed, no joke. jype caught woojin to spend their money, so that's why he got kicked out :)

what’s the current bond between sung hanbin and zhang hao? ↠ very happy, very beneficial. nothing more, they're really the besties friends of the best!

are idols still faking their date of birth? ↠ no, that's not frequent as in the past.

does idols faking their birthdays still happen today? ↠ although there are opponturities for this to be possible, no. i doubt anyone is faking their birthday.

how k-pop might be affected if there are restrictions in 2025? ↠ the genre itself might not have much representatives in that year. if the companies are preparing to have many solo or even group activities, they have to prepare to be rejected or delayed (ex. le sserafim). this can lead to idols being happier and increase of their artistic creativity. the idols finally can have some time to be creative in the way they want to.

is there chance for nct dream to separate from nct? ↠ neutral, i do see some members leaving sme though, like previous readings and check-ups. the members who could leave the company aren't fine with their salaries or aren't bringing any money to sme. nct dream could "end" however (not disbanding but reforming), but the group separating from nct... i doubt it...

will nct dream (members) leave sme? ↠ like i said before, yes, some members will leave. whoever leaves despite of the amount either want more money or aren't mentally okay.

could haruto still leave treasure? ↠ yes, i still see haruto making a choice. he seems to be isolated from the boys (if not literally, then vibe/vibration/path-wise) and is very hurt, so i'd say yes.

who will shine the most in txt's upcoming (october) comeback? ↠ since op asked specifically will soobin shine, i changed the question. i don't see anyone's era but a group's one. some people might say that it's someone's era but in reality it won't be and moas might think that it's not someone's era but a group one, probably all of them.

wonhee (i'll-it)'s future as the group's center ↠ could be actually great but with abuse of power from hybe's side. i don't see anything else as i don't have permission as of now to look into a bit more.

is yge aiming for multi-label system? ↠ the company have thought of it and as of now it won't be the step the company has to take. in the future though there's possibility to happen but... just not now.

yge, energy for upcoming japanese girl group ↠ not well. like, not that well as everyone might expect. there're trainees that have left the company whose yge wanted to debut but actually left. everything is too uncertain and personally i wouldn't want to touch this topic for at least a month and a half.

s.coups, general reading ↠ he's recovering and feeling better. he appreciates his hiatus. he doesn't want to say anything more to me.

skz felix, skz hyunjin's bond ↠ they can manage it. good colleagues, but not besties. their friendship outside of work/skz might be stagnant and i doubt they could be close? they seem to be fine with the fanservice but up to that.

why skz are 8? ↠ because of woojin's reckless spending towards stray kids' money, jype had to stop it and decided skz to be 8. it was needed choice and it feels like it was discussed with all of the members.

selena gomez, camilla cabello bond ↠ not that close, both of them are very independent and appreciate their personal space.

twice, collective bond during their current tour ↠ they're managing it. not great, not worse either, just neutral.
