I’ve woken up stress sleeping walking the past two nights. It scares the hell out of me when I wake up and I’m in another room and don’t recognize my home for a few moments.

I know what the stress source is, but it still sucks.

If you experience this, you are not alone! I already take prozac for night terrors and medical edibles to soften the panic. Not sure what else to do but deal with the stress. Ugh. That’s the hardest part!

Things are moving slow

Slowly

I'm in pain

I push forward but my mind pushes back

It hurts and no one is paying attention

No one is looking

No one is helping

I'm screaming and crying for help

But I can't make a sound

I am stuck in this nightmare

Every day is a war in my head

Just so I can think

But I can't think because there are too many voice in my head

And I can't tell which is mine

They are magots are crawling through my brain

I move through the air like it's water

I push forward but my mind pushes back

My thoughts are stuck in Jell-O

Floating just out of reach

I am lost in a jungle being hunted by preditors

I hack at Vines and trunks and roots

Only to realize that the Vines are my arms

The trunks my legs

The roots my feet

And the preditors are my thoughts praying on my heart beat

I'm stuck in a state of constant self degrading

Prayers fly out to deaf ears as I beg for help

But the people on the streets move on by as if I never made a sound

I move through the air like it's water

I push forward but my mind pushes back

It's so hard to ask for help

Maybe it would be best if I continue to walk through this nightmare world
