I received these products free from Menolabs and Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion.
Ordinarily sleep supplements don't work well with me. I was pleasantly surprised by Menolabs Well Rested. Many sleep supplements are capable of helping me achieve a good night's rest once I've finally fallen asleep. I have yet to find one that's effective for helping me feel tired enough to sleep. Fewer still help me feel alert upon waking in the morning. I'm not a morning person. I take Menolabs Well Rested twenty to forty minutes prior to when I plan to going to bed. I start feeling sleepy in that window of time. As long as I sleep within that window, I sleep throughout the night, comfortably. The following morning, I'm up earlier than before I started taking the supplement. I feel well rested and ready to face the day.
I've always used collagen instead of creamer in my coffee. Menolabs Goddess Glow is flavorless. It mixes more quickly in hot water than cold. It's flavorless by itself unless you have a very refined palate. If you're sensitive to flavors, it tastes a bit like the glass or container held a bit of flour or a small amount of yeast and wasn't rinsed out well. The color when mixed with just plain water looks cloudy like lemonade. Personally, I always mix collagen with something else. Menolabs Goddess Glow isn't gritty, is completely flavorless when combined.
