WWX!MXY with his makeup and rags travels back in time with LWJ and they both know they're married, they end up at the post war Jins victory feast and WWX is having a tantrum with LWJ and stays beak but acting crazy so no one suspects in the future

NOBODY knows they are married and WWX takes advantage of this to respond to LWJ

LWJ doesn't care

But everyone is shocked that this crazy man with bad makeup dares to treat HanGuang-Jun so intimately

WWX fight with Jin Zixun cuz he try to talk some shit, everybody scandalized

JGY tries to calm everything down.

LXC is happy for LWJ's friend but wondering "why???"

NMJ found 'MXY' very weird and annoying

JC thought the same thing

YLLZ!WWX also found it very strange that LWJ let this crazy man jump around him, touch him and say nothing

It turns out that the LXC asks what the relationship between the two is and the LWJ simply releases one:

Lan Xichen blinks a few times, "Married?"

Lan WangJi looks on as 'Mo XuanYu' is eating an apple covered in rags and makeup, "It's my husband."

Nie MingJue, "Why?"

Lan Xichen, "What Da-ge meant, is that it's unexpected that my Didi show interest in someone."

Lan WangJi, "Mn."

'Mo XuanYu', "I want to leave! I'm hungry!"

Jin GuangYao, "We have food here, please, Mo Gongzi"

Lan WangJi and Wei Ying admit that Jin GuangYao has been very cynical since forever, when he seems so anxious with them

'Mo XuanYu', "Ohh...", he runs to the food and comes back with full plates, as it was offered to him anyway.

He sits down next to Lan WangJi and starts eating, while everyone discusses what to do with the two travelers.

WWX!MXY Ignore with a lot of effort his youngerself

YLLZ!WWX looks at them from time to time and it's very easy to know that he is very curious about how someone handsome and polite as LWJ ended up with that which presents itself next to him and is overshadowed by his own presence

He must think that Lan WangJi's taste in romance is very excentric

Wanting to shock, WWX!MXY gets closer and closer to Lan WangJi until he pouts and says he wants to sit on his lap

Before anyone points how inappropriate this is, they think that Lan WangJi will stop him himself now that he has gone too far.

Lan WangJi, "Mn."

'Mo XuanYu' sits and the place is silent

Is HanGuang-Jun being forced or something??!?! WWX is having the time of his life, and he's holding back a laugh

You know now that I've officially finished all of the Dialtown routes I have to say Theoroar is probably one of my favorite antagonists if only because he is probably the biggest threat among the introduced antagonists, and I'm ambivalent in whether you'd put him higher or lower than Mingus because she ate lead so I lost respect tbh.

But I mean two things when I call him a big threat; first of all: he IS dangerous. Theo is a remarkably smart son of a bitch who you'd be fair to underestimate because everyone in this town is a fucking idiot or insane but he's merely an eccentric man very aware of what he's doing and how to do it, also equipped with a charged rifle that he's, good enough at using (aside from his hand to hand combat skills); but again, because of the fact that he IS smart, Theo is remarkably well at getting away from situations without losing in any way that could actually personally affect him, giving him a relative control of the situation at most if not all moments.

I think these things come really to shine in chapter 3 not only because he gets a mayor antagonistic role but also because you have the other goons to compare him to; out of everyone there he's not only the single one to get a job and have a reward granted (and also 1) be able to nerf little billy even if by explicit Mingus orders 2) own a loaded weapon) but by the end of his encounter the theme that played when you defeated all 3 previous henchmen that sounded like this goofy almost humillating circus melody doesn't play, instead replaced by his theme as HE decides to stop and "defeat" himself.

To put it in few words: Theoroar is plainly amaizing because he manages to be a physical competent threat while also a smart and level headed man which grants him the ability to be a comically terrifying karma houdini

Rating the Kommissar Rex/Il Commissario Rex/Hudson and Rex human partners for funsies, in chronological order. Contains spoilers, some bias, and opinions based on superficial characteristics. I will take the blame for any distorted memories I have of the shows, although I did a full rewatch last summer. (Rewatch refers to Kommissar Rex and Hudson and Rex. I could only watch Il Commissario Rex once. Well, 0.75 times. I couldn’t find some of the episodes.)

Kommissar Rex

Richard Moser: The blueprint. Not necessarily the best one in my opinion (although if you ask kid me, yes), but they modeled at least two other characters after him in the reboots. Pretty nice (although a product of his time), street smart, recently divorced, and the first few episodes where he and Rex are getting used to living together are hilarious. Moser’s dry humor was good too, also his whump scenes where great. And I appreciated the nude scenes a lot (thanks, German tv of the 90s). 8/10

Alex Brandtner: The hot one. Also, more of a “new age” cop (new age here means post 90s, don’t get confused). Kid me didn’t appreciate the hotness but I watched it in my teen years, and oh boy. And the action scenes, while sometimes ridiculous and making you wonder why???, really showed the actor’s training in physical scenes too. I always liked the way Brandtner immediately bonded with Rex and then we learn of the tragedy with his own dog. Too bad his love life was even more non-existent than Moser’s. 9/10

Marc Hoffmann: I’ll be honest, I just didn’t care for him for the most part, but I did like the fact that for the first time there was a ship with him and Nikki. They went for a different style with this one and it shows. Marc is less type A than the previous two, not a bad thing, but by that point, it was clear that Kommissar Rex as a show was nearing its end and I think it sometimes showed. 7/10

Il Commissario Rex (At this point, let me just say that I don’t associate the two shows with each other. And whoever has watched both, would probably agree with me. It hardly matters that the Italian show starts as a spinoff.)

Lorenzo Fabbri: Ugh, I don’t know what it is with this guy but I didn’t like him much. His style was a lot like Moser at first (adopting Rex, saving him from a miserable fate, learning to live with him, etc.). I absolutely hated the storyline with the forensics scientist throwing herself at him every chance she got and him trying to avoid her instead of flat out telling her he’s not interested, and then at some point they slept together??? Anyway, did not like. 6/10

Davide Rivera: I liked that guy but sadly we didn’t have that many episodes with him. He could have had more to offer as a character. More quiet than the sometimes too loud Lorenzo, and took some time to warm up to Rex if I recall. I liked that he took no flack from his boss (Sidenote: the boss didn’t like Rex at first and kept wanting to get rid of him, and I wanted to rip him to shreds). 7/10

Marco Terzani: I literally found one season of his episodes, so I’ll reserve judgment (if anyone has his second and third season, please give it to me lol or point to the right direction). He seems kinda reckless? He’s definitely attractive. ?/10, more research needed.

Hudson and Rex

Charlie Hudson: Started off as kind of mediocre for me, then he made me change my mind. When I started watching, I was hellbent on comparing every single thing of this show to the characters of the original at first, so I’m partially to blame for my initial perception of him. However, I won’t blame myself for the bad writing, pacing, and overall mediocrity of S1 that contributed to a big part of it. Anyway, they used some of Moser’s backstory (divorced, adopts Rex after his K-9 partner tragically dies) and expanded on it. Charlie has had the most development as a character than any of the others, which makes sense since he’s the first of Rex’s partners to live that long or not get rebooted lol. He definitely gets bonus points for having a love life too. And for not dying, despite all the whump situations he gets himself into. Definitely falls under the reckless category too. 70% himbo, 100% whump magnet. 9/10

#kommissar rex #inspector rex #hudson and rex #I bolded 'for funsies' so no one can tell me anything lol #like if you take this seriously that's on you #brandtner would have gotten ten if he'd banged anyone #*charlie gets a bigger review because he's stayed alive longer lol #despite his best efforts #whoever wants to disagree about the himbo thing I have one thing to say: I have evidence :P #you can tell the italian version didn't do much for me but I'm always mostly watching for the dog anyway #however just like with any other show #the more reasons you have to watch a show the better #like smart funny guys get points #handsome guys get points #female forensic scientists who don't act like the male protagonist is the only man in the world #and don't salivate in front of him and their character isn't just there to flatter the protagonist get points #at this point I have to say (yeah sorry this is never-ending)#that if hudson and rex drew inspiration for sarah from the italian forensics scientist #and managed to make such a good strong female character out of that mess #then kudos to them seriously
