Mowed & trimmed the front yard.

Straightened up my fire pit area & moved the firewood holder to inside my screened-in porch to help keep the wood fresh.

One of the most Rich batches I have done.

I put effort into the roux this time, and made use of a bit of 10%-cream, in addition to standard milk.

Cheese was a very good cheddar, and incorporated as well was Pesto, Garlic, Black Pepper, Chili Flakes, other spices.

I topped with Mozzerella since I ran out of cheddar.
