Smoked Tofu and Vegetable Stir-Fry (Vegan)

This tasty Smoked Tofu and Vegetable Stir-Fry makes a lovely and easy lunch --especially if you only have to walk in the garden to pick Bell Peppers! Cutting the carrots will be the longest step, then it all comes together quickly and deliciously!
Ingredients (serves 2):
2 large carrots, rinsed
1/2 green Bell Pepper, rinsed
1/2 red Bell Pepper, rinsed
1 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 large onion
100 grams/3.5 ounces firm smoked tofu
1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes 
2 tablespoon soy sauce
Peel carrots, and cut them into thin strips.
Seed green and red Bell Peppers, and cut them into thin strips as well.
Heat a large wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add sesame oil.
Stir in carrots strips, and sauté, a couple of minutes. Then add red and green Bell Peppers strips.
Peel and thinly slice onion, and stir into the wok. Cook, a couple of minutes more.
Cut smoked tofu into strips too, and stir into the wok. Sauté, 1 minute.
Season with Red Chili Flakes and deglaze with soy sauce. Reduce heat to medium, and cover with a lid. Cook, about 8 to 10 minutes more until carrots are just tender but keep a bit of their bite.
Serve Smoked Tofu and Vegetable Stir-Fry hot.

Ok so here’s my day very hunter Biden Timmy c went to the bank made appointments then it rained really hard so I had to run home and then I went to a tattoo place and got my Richie rich finished I’ll post pics later then I went to another one bc I wanted to get my ears pierced but they didn’t do piercings so I kept walking until I hit downtown I went to the Eaton centre I got kinton ramen it sucks compared to Toronto Indiana Jones is playing but I’ll just download it a mall cop gave me shit for charging my phone walking home a native guy was selling jewellery I got a quarts necklace and a turqoise ring and I fucked this girl w snake tattoos from the apps love her she fixed a knot in my back I wanted to dye my hair blonde or silver like riz Ahmed but the lady said it’s bad for men and my hairs not gonna grow back so I didn’t dye it I still have to buy a new iPhone , get a haircut , get my ears pierced and find some sort of lsd mushroom delivery service I also want drip but like I’m in my peaceful era and not attention seeky but like I should wear nice clothes to feel good not as a conversation starter same way I get my tattoos hidden like don’t look at me it’s all just for me

Smoked Tofu, Sweet Potato and Lentil Dahl (Vegetarian)

This hearty Smoked Tofu, Sweet Potato and Lentil Dahl makes a deliciously fragrant dinner for two, and excellent use of leftovers!
Ingredients (serves 2):
2 tablespoons Mustard Seed Oil
1 small onion
1/2 small red chili pepper (or less if you don’t like it too spicy)
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Garam Masala 
1/2 teaspoon ground tumeric
half a thumb-sized piece fresh ginger
100 grams/3.5 ounces smoked tofu
2 medium leftover cooked sweet potatoes (boiled)
1/3 cup split red lentils
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
3 Whole Peeled Tomatoes + 1/3 cup of their juice
1 1/2 tablespoon demerara sugar
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 1/3 cup water
freshly picked Garden Cilantro
Heat Mustard Seed Oil in a large Dutch oven, over medium heat.
Peel and finely chop onion. Add to the Dutch oven, and cook, stirring often until softened, about 3 minutes. 
Thinly slice red hot chili pepper, and stir into the onion. Cook, a couple of minutes.
Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, Garam Masala and tumeric, and fry, one minute more.
Peel and grate ginger.
Increase heat to medium-high, and stir ginger into the Dutch oven. Cook, a couple of minutes.
Pat smoked tofu dry, and cut into cubes. Add to the Dutch oven, and fry, coating in spices, until golden brown. Transfer tofu to a plate; set aside.
Cube sweet potatoes. Add to the Dutch oven, and fry, a few minutes, coating in oil and spices. Transfer to the plate, as well. Set aside.
 Add red lentils, stirring well to coat in oil and spices. Season with coarse sea salt.
Roughly chop Whole Peeled Tomatoes, and stir them in, along with their juice. Add demerara sugar, and cook, a few minutes until dissolved and caramelising.
Then, stir in coconut milk and water. Bring to the boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low, cover with the lid, and simmer, 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve Smoked Tofu, Sweet Potato and Lentil Dahl hot, garnished with Garden Cilantro, with cheese naans or Podeena Paratha.
