So my 4 day fast turned into a 5 day fast 😁
And after 5 days my weight has gone from 282 down to 274.6 this is the lowest i have seen since before i had my son almost 2 years ago. This makes me want to just keep fasting cuz the refeed will make it go up 😓 but hopefully wont be too much and get right back on track, i will be breaking the fast this afternoon. Just 6 more hours to complete a full 5 days which is when i'll be breaking later today

57 hours left. Tonight was really the first time since i started that I actually got cravings. Supps and vitamins really make all the damn difference, truly
Anxiety is almost non-existent, although i am a lil grouchy but that could be cause I'm menstruating.
Overall feel great. If i make it to Saturday, damn that first meal is gonna taste like heaven

3 Day water fasting.I usually do an extended fast 2 to 3 times a year and in between I do intermittent fasting with a limited eating window.I am documenting my 3 days of #waterfasting. Ive been fasting for years and did my first extended fast about 6 years ago before I went fully plant based.
If you are healthy with no medical conditions you can fast on your own but if you have other issues there’s various places that have medical doctors where you can fast to help treat certain illnesses and medical conditions. Theres also retreats where you can go to to fast. Theres so many benefits to doing prolonged fasting. I found fasting improved my skin, hyperpigmentation, baobab powder African baobab is very high in Vitamin C which is great at reducing hyperpigmentation, hydrates, and brightens the skin. #Fasting also helps with weight, slowing the ageing process and boosts brain performance.

Last day of the month weigh in time 🫣
I did have a walk yesterday but didnt have my phone, so i did complete my 5 walks for the week 🥳
As for weigh in
Its not exactly what i wanted to reach but its progress 🥳🥳
Tomorrow is a new month and am hoping to keep my weekly goal of 5 walks per week
And same weight goal 10 lb for the month, hoping next month i do reach my 10 😁

My general anxiety is always lowest during a long fast but 72s are becoming increasingly undoable due to unmotivation lately. Gonna try rolling 60s and see how that goes
I also just have a basement full of shit food that i previously didnt wanna toss cause "wasteful" so im gonna see if theres a food pantry or somewhere I can donate it to since fasts are easier/have a higher rate of success if i start after a period of eating keto-friendly

Given the chance I will not shut up about hedgehogs when asked about them. Everyone who knows me knows I adore hedgehogs and always give me hedgehog stuff as presents or tell me they saw some cute hedgehog décor at a store. I love to educate people on these cute little friends.
It was so bad my brother in law one day walked into my old apartment, looked around at my hedgehog collection and sighed saying, "Wow, you really do like hedgehogs."

Hey so I just fed my boy and he's been huffing a LOT since. I may be overreacting because I can't find anything on this online but he rarely huffs (he's only done it when I move him when he doesn't want to be even though it's necessary.) And he's huffing LOUD too; he's really quiet about it. I'm on the other side of my room and I can hear him. Is he okay ???
Adding on a few minutes after this was posted: he's opening his mouth too like he's hissing, but it's not that. I don't know what he's doing but this worries me more.

Okay so in this world, there’s magic, but it’s specifically stored in food, or more accurately, plants. And eating these plants gives a certain magical effect when eaten
And as a result, the animals of this world have certain magical properties based on their diets. This also can extend to humans and whatever other potential sapient species come to exist also
