One thing that AI excels at is cyberpunk cityscapes, so I had to use one in my Smaugust series. Technique-wise it's nothing new, I prompted Disco Diffusion then ran it through Snaphot for some extra detail - although since the outcome of the latter was barely larger than the original render, it didn't do too much. Then I took it into Photoshop for cleaning up and adding details. I have never played ShadowRun much, but the fact that a dragon (!) runs one of the world's largest corporations is just awesome. The amazing greenish colour scheme is also not magic, it's one of the Colour Lookup adjustment layers that I have been using for concept pieces a lot lately.

Unpopular opinion but I don't think SS or CE are the playboys or fuckboys people make them out to be. I'm sure in their younger years they enjoyed themselves (a lot of us did) but I suspect they are more often alone than people think. No, I don't think either one are monks living a secluded life. I just think both men work a lot and are away from home often- hard to maintain relationships. Also, not everyone lives on social media. Even then, you only get snaphots of their lives.

Yeah. We have to always remind ourselves that we often see these men when they are shared on social platforms either by others or themselves, so it’s chosen moments and usually very frequently not in their natural state and not alone and not in a relaxed setting. And when we seek info on them out ourselves either it be through gossip pages or Google, it’s biased inclined to the you-will-find-almost-always-only-drama-or-romantic-gossip-somehow-tied-in information. When we see them in magazines/online articles it’s at outings, with other people, events etc. when they are asked things, they are asked things that create conversation and interest. A lot of what we get from celebrities in general to us is fabricated in a way. In terms of love life, it may seem to some like they are fuck boys or always with girls or etc etc because it’s what’s most talked about by the media, aside from work stuff of course. Never mundane things. Obviously in real life, it’s very different. Brings back to my earlier paragraph from before. I think this is why when some fans finally meet their faves in person, they at times sexualize them less and talk about them differently. It’s just an interesting topic and I feel like I could better discuss this via voice than writing it out lol but I agree!
