AFTG from a D1 perspective

As a D1 athlete from a sport where men and women practice and compete together (thought we are separate teams) here are my thoughts ;)

Whenever the Foxes travel and stay in hotels they have to share rooms (but if Wymack is going to drop the $$ for shower stalls they def don't have to share beds like my team does) but I wonder if they randomize the rooms?? lots of potential there...

(however, USC?? They're big enough that I can def seeing them have to share beds hahahaha)

training trip? do they go on training trip Nora I need to know! Lacrosse sometimes does, so maybe exy would idk... (they go to Florida or PR, Kevin gets hella burnt and Neil gets freckles end of story)

Lift?? They have to be lifting!! I know Aaron and Andrew are really into it and Nicky and Allison fight over the aux

there are days where everyone gets along (even people who hate each other) and there are days where everyones HATES each other (even the people who are best friends) it just happens

men are always puking during practice. Aaron personally gives me big barf boy energy (Nicky canonically yaks already lol)

periods. Having men and women practice together means the women don't GAF about talking about periods while the men stare at their shoes and pretend not to hear hahahha

Abby definitely gets pissed at Wymack and lift coach (they have to have one okay??) for working the foxes too hard, it's the trainer's job to get pissed at coaches okay

just NCAA violations in general. We have to do quizzes and shit to show we know the rules we can't break/rules the school and coach have to follow. (I could make a whole separate post about all the NCAA violations broken haha)

this is no way saying aftg is inaccurate, it just means they didn't ever get caught which checks out

speaking of which, whenever Aaron get's pissed he definitely is like "And we went over 20 hours last week!! I could just report them!!" to Katelyn and she calms him down

Interactions with other teams/greek life. I know there have to be some mixers/athlete events, if not the Foxes then the Trojans for sure.

complaining about dining hall food, I know Kevin's pissed about seed oils or lack of protein, something stupid like that

hookups within the team. okay the Foxes are small, but that just makes it more messy. the trojans have insane teamcest I just know it. (being coed means even more hookups than normal) . cute relationship sex, hate sex, random sex between people you would not believe (i def don't know this from first hand experience what....)

I'm so excited for TSC because we get so see how a "normal" Exy team behaves (I put normal in quotations bc ppl need to understand that D1 athletes, esp ones on a team as good as USC, are definitely not normal people ahahha)

I'm jumping to answer this ask because I'm continuing the Austria train! And also because I have a lot of thoughts about this pairing that is (sadly) very overlooked in my opinion. Slight Spamano following.

OK SO I love SpAus. Great angst machine, I love their historical accuracy and a way to portray my view on Empires in Hetalia, since most of the time power gets into their head. Oh well, a marriage between two of the most powerful empires in europe, what's the worst that could happen?? a divorce that brought war to half of europe.

Spain and Austria's marriage was probably one of the longest and most powerful europe has seen, but that doesn't mean that it was good LMAO. I have an idea that for the first century or so of their union everything was...ok? Sure, it could be better, and it had it's ups and downs (I'm looking at Spain) but that doesn't mean that it was that bad. Except for like, the revolt of the Comuneros, that was a bad one.

I think their marriage started to go really south after the Netherlands' independence and the decline of the Spanish Empire, because after that things only started to spiral downwards. And I do not have a good and kind portrayal of "Empire Spain". He was awful both historically wise and also in his personal relationships and it SHOWED.

So, the war of Spanish Succession. A shitshow, Europe's messiest divorce, it did not end good, and Spain lost massive chunks of territories. The treaty of Utrecht/Peace of Rastatt was probably their divorce papers AHAHHA. In thirteen years more than eighty wars where fought.

And about Romano...I know many people make the love triangle between Roma/Spain/Austria and honestly? I like it. ALTHOUGH I have a very specific characterization that I am going to analyse through just now!

So, Naples was considered an "anomaly" in the Spanish Empire. It was the biggest and most populated city, and often times even overshadowed cities in Spain. Historically speaking, Antonio would admire the HELL out of Romano, even if he was one of his subordinates. I don't think he "loved" him yet, more than he considered him his favorite out of all his colonies.

Although I think the more his marriage with Austria deteriorated, the more his kindness to Romano turned into straight up obsession. The civil war twisting Spain's head in a lot of ways too.

That is to say, that while Spain was having his twisted villain arc, Romano would both hate and care about his superior. In a friendly way, of course, because it would be scandalous having an affair with his "master" that was married to another (plus not to mention Romano's internalised homophobia). So while my man was fighting to get independence, Spain was trying both to save his crumbling marriage and keeping his favorite colony with him (spoiler: he failed in both).

SO UHM YEAH. Romano probably wouldn't want to get into the SpAus business, and Spain obsession for Roma definitely irked Austria a bit. Can you imagine after all that crap that was the Spanish War of Succession going on a rampage in trying to reconquer South Italy?? From your ex husband?? Absolute madlad. I love SpAus. Spamano is my number one ship but this one is a guilty pleasure of mine.

[OH SHOOT, forgot about modern day SpAus. Uhhh, since I ship spamano it is a bit tricky. But most of the time I make them stay on friendly terms!! ex husbands that often nitpick at eachother yay. I touched the bed where he was supposed to be sleeping, but he was not there.As I open my eyes, I saw him standing by the end of the bed taking pictures of me sleeping.He noticed that I was awake and he started laughing.

"Haaann" I whine while still half asleep.

"Good morning sleeping beauty, ahahah" he laughed.

"Who gave you permission to take photos?" I asked while raising my eyebrow.

"Sorry Y/n. You looked so cute while sleeping. I wanted to capture the moment... by the way, I am your best friend,I don't need permission to take photos of you" he said proudly.I mocked his last words, which made us both start to laugh uncontrollably.Then he jumped on the bed landing on me and hugging me tight.

"I missed you so much" he whined

"I missed you too Hannie" I said while caressing his hair.

I wasn't weird for us to sleep in the same bed and have a lot of physical touch. The connection between us was very strong. Like our souls had already met in another lifetime. Seen from the outside, our friendship could've looked like a boyfriend and girlfriend relationship, but just thinking of him that way made me feel weird. He was like a big brother to me. We had a conversation in the past ,the first time somebody mistaken us for lovers, where we talked about what we really felt for each other, but we both agree that we saw each other just as friends. But that at the same time we were each others soulmate.I must've zoned out a little because Han's hand was waving in front of my face.

"Y/n...are you there?" I heard him say.

"Oh...I just got lost in my thoughts" I laughed.

At that, he hugged me tighter.

"Well...I need you to stay present. It's not common that we get to spend this much time together" he said while getting up and sitting against the wall behind the bed while tapping on the spot beside him, telling me to sit next to him.

This time, he would spend an entire month with me. It was unusual because of his job. He didn't have much time to travel, and since I lived kinda far from Korea , we couldn't see each other in person that much. But we would videocall everyday , even if our schedules were full , we would find even 5 minutes to just say goodmorning or goodnight.

"What do you want to to today?" He asked.

"I want to take you to my favorite ice cream place" I responded.

"Omg yess. I was craving something sweet" he said while smiling.

I couldn't resist his smile, so I pinched his cheeks.

"Mmm stop y/n...it hurts" he mumbled.

"You know I can't resist ahhahah" I said while laughing.

[ 2 hours later]

We got out of my house headed to the ice cream shop. When we arrived Han looked like a child at Disneyland. There were so many flavors to choose from,I couldn't blame him. It took us a while to decide, but after we did we sat down at a table facing a big window where you could see the beach.

"You really spent 20 minutes choosing a flavor and ended up choosing strawberry?" I teased hum

"I was so confused...I choosed the safest option" he said seriously.

I laughed and Han gave my a side eye

"I definitely think your right though. I also choosed a safe option" I said.

"Then why were you laughing?" He frowned.

" 'Cause you looked so serious about it ahahha" I said while laughing. Which made him start laughing too.

After we finished our ice creams, we took a walk down the seaside. He wasn't afraid to get recognised. Where I lived not many people knew what K-pop or Stray Kids were, so he felt safe not having to hide. "It was good feeling like a normal person" he told me the first time he came to my hometown. And I was happy to hear those words. I really wanted him to feel the safest possible. I never treated him any differently because of his job and his fame. He was just Han, the cute, goofy and most precious person in the entire world. He made me feel safe too. He never judge me for having anxiety and panick attacks. Because he was experiencing them too and people most of the time misunderstood him.

* flashback*

I still remember vividly the first time we met. It was my first time visiting South Korea and I was by myself. While walking through the city, I stopped at a crossroad feeling the anxiety take control of my body. People were pushing me, but I was unable to move. The caos and the loud noises of Seoul triggered an anxiety attack. Suddenly I felt a hand taking mine and helping me cross the road and taking me to a much quieter zone. I looked up wanting to thank the person who helped me and when I saw his face I immediately recognised him. But I decided not to say anything.

"Thank you" I said, while a sob left my mouth. I didn't even realise I had started to cry.

"It's okay. It had happened to me too. I recognised what was happening and I couldn't help myself. I had to take you to a safer place" he said gently while handing me a tissue.

"What's your name?" He asked me.

"I'm Y/n...Nice to meet you" I responded.

"I'm...H-Han" he said hesitant. He didn't know whether he was allowed to say his name if I didn't recognise him.

I smiled at him.

"Thank you so much again" I said

"You're welcome...I was headed to a convenient store...uhm...come with me I want to make sure you're fully okay" he said taking my hand and starting to walk to the destination.Arrived at the convenient store he grabbed some instant noodles and then I turned to me.

"Take whatever you want...it's on me" he smiled.

I wasn't hungry so I grabbed a water bottle...and I didn't want to look like I was taking advantage of him, even though he didn't know yet that I knew who he was. I had been a Stay for a year, but I wasn't the kind of fan that would jump on them If they ever met them. I knew they were humans like the rest of us and needed privacy.He grabbed my wrist gently after paying and he sat down at a table inside the convenient store. And he started making his noodles.

"Are you sure you just want water?" He asked.

"Yes...I'm not really hungry after what happened...I don't really know why it happened...I thought it stopped" I said while lowering my head and playing nervously with the water label.

"Hey...it's okay. You can't predict something like that. I'm glad I could help you" he said and then he smiled at me.

I smiled back, his smile was so contagious I couldn't help it

"See you are smiling now...you are okay...everything it's okay. You're safe" he said.

After that we talked for a while until it was time for him to leave.

"Are you sure you know the way to your hotel?" He asked.

I took my phone out of my bag

"I think I got it...I have Naver map" I said while opening the app.

"Ehm...your phone case..." he said frowning

Oh shit, I had a Stray kids photo card in my phone case

"Well...uhm...I recognised you from the start but I didn't want to make you feel uncomfortable...I know people can be crazy sometimes knowing who you are...I didn't want to...I don't know...I'm so sorry..." I mumbled. I felt my face turning red and tears about to start running through my face.

"Hey...hey. It's okay...I understand...don't worry about it...guess I won't have to hide from you" he responded while stroking my arm.

"Is it really okay? I understand if you are mad at me" a tear left my eye.

He wiped it and smiled

"I'm actually thankful that you didn't say anything...you could've told me though...I wasn't going to run away. You treated me with respect the whole time. And didn't take your phone out or acted crazy" he consoled me. "It really okay, I'm not mad at you" he continued.

I smiled shyly.

"Well...it's time for me to go. Uhm...can I have your number? I wanna check on you later, see if you arrived safe and sound" he said.

"Yeah sure" I smiled.

I gave him my number and then we hugged goodbye.

A couple of hours latee I got a text from a unknown number.

*unknown number* : Hi :) it's Han. Are you at the hotel? Hope you're safe. Just wanted to thank you again for treating me like a normal person.

That was the first of many texts. After that night we never stopped talking and   we became bestfriends...he became the best thing that ever happened to me.

" Y/n look. A playground! Can we go?" Han asked me with puppy eyes

"Of course my son" I mocked him

He sticked his tongue out and starter running towards the swings.Seconds later I was beside him but he pulled my shirt and asked

"Can you push me?"

"How can I say no to you?" I laughed.

We spent an hour at the playground and since it was dark already we decided to head back home.

While on the way home I felt like somebody was following us.

"Do you feel something weird?" I asked him.

"Uhm yes...I didn't want to bring it up 'Cause I didn't know If you felt it too" he said.

I looked around and saw that a group of teen girls was following us.

"There's a group of people following us...just walk faster so we can get further from them. Maybe they are not actually following us" I said nervously.

Not even the time to say that, that they starded shouting repeatedly

"Han, Han Jisung is that you? Can we have a picture?"

I felt so mad in that moment...why people don't understand the word "privacy" !?

I felt Han's hand take mine ad as soon my eyes locked with his , I knew what was happening. He was having a panick attack.

"Hannie please stay with me for a second. We are gonna run away from them.Don't worry" I said while I squeezed his trembling hand harder.

I started running while our hands were intertwined literally dragging Han behind me. I knew I had to look for a safe place. A couple of meters after I found a short cut that led to my house. We finally stopped after I made sure they were not following us anymore.

He was shaking, staring at a blank point.

"Hannie can you hear me?" I asked while taking his hands.

He nodded.

"You are okay now...you can feel my hand in yours. You are safe with me." I said calmly while putting one of his hands where his heart was.

"Concentrate on your heartbeat and on my hand squeezing yours"

He did as I said. And after a couple of minutes his breathing was back to normal.

"Are you okay?" I asked.

"I think so...I didn't expect to have such an intense reaction" he whispered

"Hey" I said while lifting his face so he could look at me "It's not your fault. And you're safe with me. You always are. You know?" I smiled

"Yes...thank you y/n" he smiled.

"Aaawweee...here we go. My beautiful smiley boy is back" I said while hugging him. He returned the hug giggling.

"Let's go back home" I suggested

"Can we cuddle?" He asked

"Of course Ji" I said

We returned home safely. I knew that it would take a while for us to go outside comfortably again after what happened. But I was okay with it. My bestfriend's mental health came before anything else. I wanted him to feel as save as he could possibly feel.

A hug took me back to reality.

"Thank you y/n for always making me feel safe" He whispered.

I turned around to hug him properly

"You know I would give my life for you" I said to him. Then I kissed his cheek.

"I love you so much Hannie" I whispered.

He was currently working on the chorus of a song for their comeback album in the kitchen.. For some reason, but due to the fact that his attention was bruffly stolen by the laughter of his member, he quickly got up to go see what he's about to encounter.

"You knew that was the last of my cologne, and yet you took it for your own desires!" Seokjin said, going for Jimin's ribs now to emphasize his disappointment.

"AAH-AHAHA, I'IHIHIM SOHOHORY!" Jimin yelled.

"I'm ashamed, Jimin.. Really ashamed." Seokjin swung his head from side to side to show more of his disappointment.

The rest of the members were sat on the couch, watching the scene unfold while laughing by Seokjin's playfulness.

"..W-what's gohoing on here?" Jungkook could be heard from the two. Seokjin stopped his playful attack to look at the Maknae, who was standing at the frame of the entrance to the Livingroom.

"What do you mean? Jimin stole my cologne to smell like his wonderful hyung, but unfortunately, due to stealing the last of it, I'm giving him a taste of his own medicine!" Seokjin said, giving quick pokes to Jimin's sides which caused a squeal out of Jimin, who then covered his side the best that he could.

"I mean.. What are you doing to Jimin that's causing him to laugh so much?" Jungkook said, staring at his hyung with a confused look.

Seokjin, and even the rest of the members, looked at Jungkook with their own confusion. Seokjin then got up from where he was sat on Jimin, and walked over to Jungkook.

"Are you saying that.. You dont know what tickling is?" Seokjin said, stopping within his tracks once he got close enough to Jungkook.

"Uh oh~ looks like someone is in trouble." Hoseok could be heard from a distance, who was then snickering at his own playful tone.

"I-I mean.. I've heard of it, b-but.." Jungkook seemed nervous now that he thinks he's in trouble with his hyung.

"But what? Have you never been tickled before?" Seokjin said in a soft voice, knowing that the younger was a bit on edge.

This brought attention to the others now. How can someone go on with their life without being tickled ONCE?

"Y-yeah." Was all Jungkook could say before he saw Jimin get up to walk over to the two.

"Lihike, never?! Not even by your paharents?" Jimin said. Clearly still trying to recover from Seokjin's ruthless attack seconds ago.

"I mean.. They might've, but I don't recall them ever tickling me." He said, thinking back to his childhood, but it was no use in finding any regulation of his parents ever being that touchy with him.

"Do you want to find out if you're ticklish or not?" Seokjin said, suddenly. He placed his hand on Jungkook's shoulder gently.

Jungkook looked at his hyung in shock. Now knowing what tickling looked like from earlier, he was curious as to know if he, himself, was ticklish.

"Uhm.. Yeah, a little bit." Jungkook said after a moment of thought. He glanced every once in a while from his members, who were all still having their attention on him, and then back at Seokjin, who kept the soft and welcoming look.

"Alright then! Why don't you lie down on the carpet over there." Seokjin said, pointing to the living room carpet.

Jungkook nodded his head and walked over to the carpet to lay on his back, comfortably.

Seokjin and Jimin then walked over to Jungkook. Seokjin sat on Jungkook's waist, while Jimin sat near his head, but didn't do anything else but to sit there as he were to be given orders from his hyung.

"If you get uncomfortable, or if it seems to be too much for you, then say Bangtan as our safe word, okay?" Seokjin said without glancing away from Jungkook.

"Okay." Jungkook said, mentally preparing himself for what's about to come next.

"Jimin, I'll chime you in on my que." Seokjin said, looking at the younger.

Jimin only nodded at that.

And without a second thought, Seokjin silently chose to move his hands close to Jungkook's sides. He was about to scribble away until jungkook stopped him, panickly. He held onto Seokjin's hands tight.

"WAIT! uhm.. It won't hurt, will it?" Jungkook said, gripping on to Seokjin's hands tighter.

"Noho, it won't hurt Jungkook-ahh, I promise!" Seokjin said. He then retrieved one of his hands to hold out his pinky for Jungkook to swear on it.

Jungkook hesitantly let go of Seokjin's hands to bring out his pinky to lock with his hyung's, and then let go to put his hands back down to start.

Without another thought, Seokjin went straight for Jungkook's sides. He scribbled his fingers soft enough for it to not be too overwhelming, but it would still have someone be driven up the way by how tickly it feels.

Jungkook felt something weird in his stomach. Like butterflies, almost. It was a new feeling, for sure, but it was also making him want to laugh.

"Ehehahah- ihihit fehehehels weheheird!" Jungkook giggled out, letting his bunny smile shine with embarrassment.

The others on the couch cooed at how adorable Jungkook was being all so soon. I mean, it is his first time being tickled, after all.

"It's supposed to feel weird, jk. That's what tickling is!" Seokjin said. He moved his hands a bit higher up now to reach the bottom set of the maknae's ribs. This made Jungkook squirm and grab a hold of Seokjin's wrists.

"AHAhaha! Thihihis fehehehels wohohorse!" Jungkook tried to push Seokjin's hands off with no actual strength being involved.

"Well, a lot of people seem to be quite ticklish on their ribs than their sides. How about we try going more up, hm?" without getting an answer, he moved inches closer to Jungkook's top ribs, putting a bit more pressure than before.

Jungkook wasn't expecting the new sensation and immediately kicked out his legs while holding onto his hyung's wrists with more strength.

"NAHAHAHA! HOHOHohohow WOHOohorse cahahan thihihihis feheheheling GEHEHEHEHET?" Jungkook cackled, while closing his eyes shut.

"Oh~ it depends on how ticklish someone is. They could be~ more ticklish on their armpits!" Seokjin said, digging straight into Jungkook's armpit, and successfully went into contact with the hollows of Jungkook's underarm.

Jungkook went ballistic. He squeezed his arms close to his sides while Bringing his hear back and squirmed about on the floor.

"NOHOHOHO! SOHOHOMWEHEHERE ELSE! HYUHUHUNG, PLEASE! SOMEWHEHEHERE EHELSE!" Jungkook cried out, shaking his head to try and rid off the feeling.

"Yohou kind of have my hahands in a tihight squeeze, you gohoof!" Seokjin laughed along while trying to get his hands out.

The rest of the members laughed along with them as well. They all had the same thought as their eldest member. Jungkook is an adorable mess. Props to bring the maknae, after all.

"You should try his neck, see if he's ticklish there." Taehyung suggested.

"Good idea, Tae!" Seokjin said. When he finally got his hands out from Jungkook's underarms, he went straight for his neck. Though, Jungkook's laughter died down from the change in spots, he went back into being in a giggly mess.

"Hohohohow ihihihis this pohohossible?! Ahahehehehe!" Jungkook scruntched up his shoulders, and tilted his head towards the hand that was causing more tickly sensations than the other one. Every now and then he would also scrunch up the bridge of his nose while squealing here and there. He never would have thought that his neck would be this ticklish, let alone the feeling be giggly unbearable.

"Awww, Jk! I think Taehyung led me to a sweet spot of yours, how cute!" Seokjin cooed.

"Nohohoahahat cuhuhute! Thehehe feehehelihing ihihis weird!"Jungkook retaliated. He tried to hide his embarrassment by hiding his face in his hands, but that was when Seokjin cued in Jimin to pull his hands away.

"NOHohoho! Lehehet gohoho!" Jungkook said, trying to pull back his hands from Jimin's hold, but it was no use. Jimin pulled his hands to Jungkook's chest to have them rest.

"Do you like this, Jungkook?"Jimin said out of curiosity.

Jungkook didn't know what to say. The feeling is weird, obviously, but he knows he's not getting hurt by it, so what really IS there to dislike about it?

"I think he dohoes!" Seokjin chuckled out. To which Jungkook wanted to bury his face from that comment.

"Nohoho ihihihi dohohohon't!" Jungkook giggled out. His ears started to go red from the teases.

"Awe, did we almost forget these cherry-like ears of yours?" Seokjin said, suddenly, but gently, scratched behind the shell of his ears.

"AHAahahaAHAaha-! Oohohoh myhihihihy gohohoOHOohohod!" Jungkook all but turned into a red tomato. 'ᴍʏ ᴇᴀʀs ᴀʀᴇ ᴛɪᴄᴋʟɪsʜ?! ᴀɴᴅ ɪᴛ's ᴛʜɪs ʙᴀᴅ?? ᴡʜᴀᴛ?!' Jungkook thought to himself. He never even knew that you could get such a reaction from just scratching at the ear.

"This is so adorable, what?! ᴛʜᴇ Jk has ticklish ears?!" Hoseok blurted out loud.

"That's pretty cute. How come we've never tickled Jungkook before?" Namjoon asked, looking at Hoseok.

"IhihIHIihihi hehehere yohohou, you knohohohow!" Jungkook said the best he could due to how ticklish he was.

He can't lie to himself though. Although he's embarrassed by the attention for wanting to be curious of himself, he couldn't say that he didn't like it. Which was probably why he hadn't said the safe word, much to Seokjin's thought.

Seokjin saw how tired Jungkook was getting, so he stopped his attack on his ears and got up from where he was sitting on Jungkook's waist.

When this happened, Jimin also let go of his hands, and Jungkook immediately curled in on himself while covering his ears.

"So, how did you like it?" Jimin asked again, curiously.

"It wahas.." Right as he said that, he finally sat up to look a Jimin. "Ihi wouldn't say that Ihi.. Didn't like it." Jungkook said, looking away from the older now.

"Awwee! Kookie, I knew you would like it!" Hoseok said while getting up to hug him randomly.

"Dohon't make a big deal out of it!" Jungkook said with embarrassment.

"Can I at least get a thank you for letting you know your ticklish spots?" Seokjin said, teasing Jungkook by wiggling his fingers at him in the air.

"Stohop! That's nohot funny!" Jungkook turned his head away from Seokjin.

"Oh Well, at least that's done.. Jimin, I'm not finished with you yet!" Seokjin said, turning his head towards Jimin with a mischievous look on his face.

"are you sure about this?" george stood in front of you with his arms folded. you smiled and straightened the dress you had on,

"of course i'm sure."

"but what about-"

you cut him off before he could continue, "it's your home race, gorgeous. there's no place i'd rather tell the world you're mine."

"well if you put it like that," george outstretched his hand which you grabbed happily, "let's go."

it was safe to say that silverstone received the both of you with open arms. all the fans shouting and whistling as you both walked from the car to the paddock, hand in hand. it was overwhelming to be very honest, but you definitely could not stop grinning from ear to ear.

george stopped for a couple of people once you both entered the paddock while you walked ahead for a bit, stopping soon after to wait for him. you made small waves to the individuals you were familiar with, until one voice made you cringe.

"george huh? who's next in the paddock?" you turn to see pierre, a fake smile plastered on his face for the cameras, his sunglasses still covering his eyes. to the media, this would look like ex-flames reuniting for a short chat, but you knew it was more than that. you knew it was his attempt at making small, insulting digs at you. were you going to let him do it though? absolutely not.

you roll your eyes at the frenchman, "unfortunately for you, i'm still not the whore you think i am."

pierre seemed to be unfazed by your words as he moved closer beside you, voice low so the numerous microphones don't pick up his words, "but the last time i remembered, you loved being a little slut for me."

your eyes widened at his words. you couldn't believe how belligerent he was acting out in public. sure you had an ugly, sad breakup, but was this really necessary?

before you opened your mouth to say something back, george was already by your side, arm snaked around your waist. he greeted pierre with a handshake and side hug, pretending to be completely oblivious to the tension in the air.

"what's up mate?"

"oh nothing much, just saying hello to your missus here." he gave you a sick grin, and you smiled back - just for the cameras.

the interaction didn't last any longer, with both you and george making a short walk to the mercedes building. he had intertwined his fingers with yours as you walked in, greeting various team members.

"you alright?" george asked as you both waited for your coffees.

"mmhm, i'm good."

he hugged you from behind, resting his head on top of yours, "sorry about earlier, shouldn't have left you alone for so long."

you spun to face him, hands resting on his waist, "i'm fine, georgie. i can handle a little bit of pierre."

"i know," he takes both coffee cups, leading you to his driver's room, "i just didn't like that he could get so close to you."

you sigh, following the brit up the stairs. you understand where he was coming from, especially since george witnessed firsthand the catastrophe of yours and pierre's breakup.

the end of that chapter couldn't have been more dramatic. when practically the entire world knew about you and him; and neither of you were ashamed about it. from throwing snarky remarks during his interviews, to shading each other on social media platforms, nobody could piece together how such a happy couple turned out so bitter after two years. and to be honest, you couldn't figure it out either, how those nasty words and bullets shot out from either of you. it was almost as if a switched turned the both of you against each other, from lovers to enemies.

but that didn't mean that you stopped caring. you still looked out for him, still watched as his name travelled up and down the rankings; still watched his stories and instagram posts of lake como.

still loved him.

you just did it from afar, from the arms of another man.

the start of silverstone pretty much happened in a blur. george's car getting a good start and into turn one, you were at the edge of your seat. until you saw multiple cars sandwiched, and a certain alfa romeo spinning off course. your breath hitched.

an eerie silence enveloped the garage. no one had seen such an ugly crash since 2019. the cameras panned to a mercedes that had stopped in the middle of the track.

"george..." you mutter under your breath, watching as the replay showed your boyfriend running across the gravel to the alfa romeo. you shook your head, watching the screens for any sign or news about the drivers. but the clip replayed pierre's radio about being sandwiched and you could only think of the worst.

"i was sandwiched- i- i had no where to go." your heart squeezed at the sound of his worried voice.

toto had now let you into the pitlane, allowing you to watch as the cars started rolling in. the mercedes had been towed back, but your boyfriend was no where to be seen. you knew he was okay, judging from the recent radio messages, so you continued to watch as mechanics worked on the cars lining up in the pit lane.

then you hear his voice, turning your attention to the commotion at the end of the pit lane. george was having a go at reading the rule book to the stewards.

you didn't know how to react. on one hand you were relieved to see your boyfriend, but something else was occupying your mind.

the blue and white race suit. the french flag.

the replay shown that he had gotten sandwiched between two cars, causing one of the collisions out there. you could tell he was shaken up, worried about his friends; you watched him speak to pyry in the pitlane, a slight tremor of his hand that he was trying so hard to stop. it took everything in you to not rush by his side and squeeze his hand.

george had now returned to the garage, his attempt at getting back into the race had been rejected by the FIA. you comforted him quietly, arm wrapped around his torso as he spoke to his race engineer. you knew you should have focused on your boyfriend, but your gaze travelled to pierre, who was now sitting on some steps, sipping on his drink.

its almost as if he felt your gaze, when he turned and his eyes met yours. you smiled softly - a look that he had gotten so used to over the course of your relationship. you nodded, and he did the same.

word got back after ten minutes - both alex and guanyu were conscious, with minimal injuries; allowing everybody including yourself to breathe a sigh of relief.

the rest of the race went by, particularly uneventful for your boyfriend, but spirits were high as lewis clinched a podium. you stood outside the hospitality building, waiting for george as he bid his goodbyes when you heard the all too familiar accent.

"chérie..." you turn to see pierre stood behind you, a small hopeful look in his eyes.

"can we talk?" he asks. you look at the doors to the mercedes hospitality building, then back at pierre, and you nod. he leads you somewhere quieter, away from prying eyes. you wave to a couple of engineers, and finally settle in a small alleyway between two motor homes.

pierre clears his throat, "thank you for earlier."

you look at him slightly confused.

"the smile, the nod. it meant something to me."

"oh- yeah, no it was no big deal."

"it was to me." you decide not to protest, just nodding.

"i'm sorry about earlier," he apologises, and you could tell, from the way his blue eyes pierced yours- that he was being sincere.

"it's okay, we all have our moments."

silence falls between the both of you.

"are you happy now?" the question came as a surprise to you, and it must have shown on your face.

"i-" you look over to george who had just come out of the hospitality building, darting his head around searching for you. but you look back to pierre, and oh- your pierre, the one you knew from the very beginning, the one you could never let go, and answered honestly,

"i am, but i was happier with you." pierre was shocked by your words, but he couldn't hide the subtle happiness he felt. and you could tell, from the way the corner of his lips curled upwards.

the excitement didn't last long though.

"there you are!" george kisses the top of your head, pulling you towards him.

"ready to go?" you smile sweetly at your boyfriend, nodding at pierre, who looked as if the wind had been knocked straight out of his lungs.

i am happy, but i was happier with you.

first of all, i'm someone who follows all the trainees really closely and have for years. there's so many things i can't figure out about this one. first of all, how he's been a trainee for so long allegedly and he's older than most of them, but hasn't made much progress. on top of that, he vanished and reappeared again. i guess there's a reason for that. like... he's way too old for the standard debuted idol now so they're just pitying him with gigs. maybe i just don't get the hype around him beyond his voice being great and being good looking... shouldn't he be doing something by now? instead, all i see is his youtube variety show all over my feed. and tbh, I don't find him all that entertaining and he's actually a bit annoying... and i don't like the way he treats the guests on his show at all. especially the female trainees and idols. it's way too friendly for my taste... and even during spring boys, he was so obnoxious and he tries way too hard. it's so obvious his friendships with other trainees are fake. who does he think he is anyway? is he an idol wannabe or a youtuber? didn't he also once want to be a rockstar? yeah right... -_-

Magnus was panicking. You weren't anywhere in Valhalla he's checked everywhere. You were supposed to meet him in his room so you guys could hang out but you never showed up so he started panicking. 

He knew this whole week you seemed tense. Like you knew something was gonna happen but he thought you would tell him when you wanted to.  He thought it might have had something to do with you being a Greek demigod like his cousin but he really had no clue. 

After he searched almost everywhere he finally went back to his hall and saw Alex leaning near his door. “Hey” Magnus said, breaking Alex out of what looked like deep thoughts. 

“Hey” She replied back. “Where's Y/n? Weren't you guys supposed to be hanging out” 

Magnus sighed and looked up to keep it together before he focused his gaze on Alex's eyes. “I don't know where they are i've searched everywhere and i have no clue” 

Alex tilted her head. “Have you i don't know thought of asking any of the valkyrie” 

Magnus looked around “Well no i uh didn't think of that” 

Alex rolled her eyes and started to walk toward him. She grabbed his arm and started to drag him in the direction of one of the areas the valkyrie tends to be. 

After a little walking they finally made it there and went to one of them. “Hi, I was wondering if you knew where Y/n was? They live near us and we can't find them” 

The valkyrie they were talking to glanced around as if to make sure no one was listening then pulled them both into a small space. When they got there Magnus was sure these valkyries' features kept shifting until they settled on ones that looked similar to yours. It really freaked him out so he hoped that they would tell him and Alex what happened quickly. 

“I'm not supposed to tell you this well i'm actually not supposed to be here at all but that's a story for another time” The valkyrie smiled and continued talking. “Someone not dead came here yesterday. We don't know how but he was able to get in and get out quickly.” She glanced around again. “We noticed that after he left a room was empty we went to check and Y/n was gone” 

Magnus went numb. You were gone? How this place was protected the valkyrie were supposed to stop anyone from getting in. He saw Alex glance at him out of the corner of his eye but he kept his gaze on the valkyrie.

“We're not sure where Y/n is now but we're all trying to find her.” The valkyrie sighed as thunder boomed from somewhere. “That's all i can say for now but just know i'm rooting for you too” She winked and turned around to leave. When Magnus looked back she seemed to have disappeared. 

He felt Alex place a hand on his shoulder. He knew she doesn't like touch so he was thankful that she even did that even if the touch made him feel more overwhelmed. 

“We need to find Y/n” 

Alex nodded her head. “I agree but i don't think we shouldn’t drag Sam into it she needs time” 

Magnus agreed with that so they went to his room to start talking about what to do. After a few minutes of silence Alex said “Do you think this has something to do with Y/n being a Greek demigod?” 

“I do” Magnus said. “This whole week they've been really tensed almost as if they were waiting for something” 

Alen leaned back into where she was sitting. “Didn't Annabeth mention stuff about Greek demigods having dreams? Do you think Y/n had one?”

“They could have yeah i just don't know why they didn't mention it to me” Magnus breathed out a frustrated sigh. Why wouldn't you tell him you had a dream if you did? Didn't you trust him? 

“Hey” Alex caught his attention. “It's going to be ok we will find Y/n”

“Thank you Alex”

The next day Magnus called Annabeth hoping maybe you were with her. Instead she asked for them to meet. 

He went alone and met Annabeth in a coffee shop. 

Her eyes lit up when she saw him sit down in front of her. “Hello Magnus” 

“Hey Annabeth. Why did you want to meet instead of telling me over the phone” Magnus immediately questioned. He wanted to know what was going on. He didn't like being left in the dark which probably had to do with his dad Frey but whatever. 

Annabeth's hands went up to the beads on her necklace. She started to fumble with them when she spoke. “Y/n showed up to camp last night. They were injured so we healed Them and this morning They were gone”  Annabeth sighed and continued. “When we talked to our camp director about it he said we would know soon and that Y/n had to do something” 

Magnus narrowed his eyes and asked “But you have theories?” 

“Yes” Annabeth took a sip of the drink she had and told Magnus what she thought “I think they may just be on a quest for a god or it has something to do with Nico one of our campers he's also been acting weird lately” 

“So they could just be on a quest? But why didn't they tell me” 

“I'm not sure Magnus im sorry” 

After that Magnus left. He was frustrated over the whole thing and he just wanted to see you. He started to walk when he noticed a kid motioning him over. The kid had black hair and looked severely sick. 

Magnus made sure that the kid was motionting to him then walked over. Which was stupid but he brought his hand up to Jack's charm to make sure he was safe.  

Once he was near the kid he spoke “Who are you and what do you want” 

“Im Nico Di Angelo son of Hades and i know where Y/n is”

That got Magnus’s attention “What? Where are they?” 

“A god. A Greek one specifically Hypnos wanted them for a quest. Now though they are lost on the new Circe island and it's up to you and you alone to find them”  

This Nico kid seemed dramatic. You were lost? How and why did this guy Hypnos want you for a quest? 

After Nico told him everything. About how you were looking for a bottle of whatever it was for Hypnos and how now you were stuck on this Greek sorceress island. He set out to find you no matter what. 

He knew it would take awhile but he was prepared to do whatever. He went back to Valhalla and packed a bag full of supplies. 

He told Alex she couldn't come as for one Nico said it had to be alone and secondly not that he would ever admit but he didn't want Alex to get hurt as this whole thing seemed dangerous. I mean a quest for a Greek demigod being led by a Norse one? What could go wrong?.

~Time skip~

It's been days since he found a boat to get him there. Apparently he was getting closer now. The reason he knew that was because Nico told him where it was and he also could just tell it seemed to get dark and gloomy as soon as he kept going further. It felt as if two types of magic were fighting against each other.  

This whole time Magnus felt worried for you. He hoped you were ok and that you were safe. He finally saw something in the distance. He squinted his eyes and saw an island that seemed to glow. It looked magical just the right place. So he sped up. 

He finally made it to the edge of the island and had to walk in the water a few steps to get there. He ran to some bushes so he could be covered and so he could see what was happening. 

His eyes immediately found you. You were sitting at a table and opposite of you was a woman that was enchantingly beautiful. She had dark long hair and eyes that looked like they could see through you. Which they probably could. 

He really focused in when he saw you guys talking 

“Oh my dear you will make an amazing apprentice you don't need to finish this foolish quest” Her words seemed so enchanting that even he wanted to give in. 

He saw you clench your jaw “No i want to leave Circe now” 

Circe rolled her eyes. “You don't need to go back to that boy your way better off here” 

Magnus made a plan in his mind. It was stupid but it was a plan. 

He popped out of the bush. “I for one think that they should come back to me and their friends” 

Circe got up immediately. “No no no HOW did you get here!!” 

Instead of replying he ran to you. “Are you ok?” 

Your eyes filled with tears. Magnus was here finally. You nodded and got up to stand beside him. 

Magnus got out his weapon and you grabbed a silver platter from the table. It was the only weapon like thing around. 

Circe laughed, “It's amusing that you think you can beat me!” Lighting struck near her when she said that last word.

You and Magnus looked at each other then ran at her. You both fought against her attacks with you hitting her in the head with the platter that didn't seem to do much. 

After you both failed to at least knock her out you finally made a plan. Wait until she throws a spell and lift the reflective silver platter so hopefully it would go back to her. 

Finally she threw a spell and you lifted it. Thankfully it seemed luck was on your side. The spell went back to her and hit her, she immediately passed out. 

You both sighed in relief and ran to hug each other. Magnus cupped your face “You're alright?” 

“Yes” You nodded your head. 

He kissed the top of your head. “Don't leave again promise me” 

“I promise”

It's so old, but my Vampire!Eddie Boyfriend headcanons. Looking back it could do with a lot of editing, but the idea that Eddie was actually turned into a vampire because of the bat bites was brilliant (credit to whoever came up with that first).

A character who is perfect to me (wouldn't change a thing)

I got TWO, season 1-3 Hopper, because I really loved his whole punch first ask questions later. And his weight, I loved his weight. I think his weightloss in season 4 wasn't just for Stranger Things, I think he genuinely wanted to be skinnier. Which ... I mean his body his rules, but I loved him more when he was heavier tbh.

And OBVIOUSLY EDDIE. HOW DID THEY COME UP WITH THE PERFECT CHARACTER?! They could have made him a one, maybe even two sided drug dealer who couldn't graduate high school. But no, he has so much heart and SOFTNESS. I actually fell in love with him after the cafeteria scene, when he was with Chrissy. He just became this caring, open, kind guy who also had a LUNCHBOX full of fcking DRUGS.

The character I relate to the most and why

You already hate me by now because I've spoken about Eddie so much, but yeah ... Eddie. It's one of the reasons why he's so well-loved. The outsider, the one everyone thinks is weird - I think all can relate on one level or another. Especially growing up ... not so well off. Seeing Eddie live in a trailer but he's still so popular; it gives a lot of gratification (if that's the right word?)
