tbt to that one time i tried to dislocate my hip changing a bed sheet, iced it for 10 minutes, called it good and then helped move furniture for the next two days before going home and realizing fuck my hip still hurts, but even worse now bc "apparently" when you "have your hip at the exact angle to dislocate and the only reason you didn't is literally only and exclusively because you didn't exert enough pressure to pop it out" and then "do a lot of physical exercise" you might "do considerable damage to several muscles, tendons, and ligaments" and then "need to rest it as much as possible" and "go ahead and get amazon prime for one (1) month so you can order a hip brace and get it ASAP bc there is no store within 50 miles that has a chance of fucking stocking those" for the next "2 and a half weeks"

#slice of my pizza life #this was approximately 2 and a half weeks ago #by the by #past two days i've been no pain and even did some exercise again so like Thank Fuck #was gonna go stir crazy there #the eternal battle between ''i feel like i'm being a lazy fuck'' and ''if i don't rest this i will have permanent damage forever'' #and like #a shit hip would fucking ruin the career i'm going to college for #been doing a lot of research though #i'm SO fucking excited about marigolds you wouldn't even believe #yessssss phytotoxins for plant against parasitic nematode #i'm gonna have SO MANY WILD ROSES #and ALL MY BITCHES are gonna have BOTH rose PETAL and rose HIP jam #bc these roses aren't invasive here bc they don't like the nematodes and the hot summers make them more susceptible #so if i've got SO MUCH marigold in the soil poisoning the fuck out of the nematodes that try to eat them for a season or two #then a fairy ring of marigold around my rosies #throw some nasturtiums in there just for the fuck of it #maybe find some dark pink and red flowers for the Aesthetic bc my roses are pink #and just have a gradient from pink to yellow #there is so much love in my heart for flowers
