#before anybody says anything i have never played cotl in my entire life and i dont plan to. but. crow showed me some narilamb art #and i. well.. The day of Suzume's first blind date had finally arrived and the person she met was Naoki Ito! During their walk to the restaurant, Suzume tried to engage in his conversations and asked questions about him. Naoki was happy to be given this much attention and felt attached to Suzume already. "He's a bit clingy..." Suzume said in her head then she heard a girl giggle behind them "Otosan?" His kids were there.

She had no idea what was happening to Naoki's marriage, but his kids seemed cheerful about both their parents and she got the impression he was happily married. In the nicest way possible she said it was best to end the date and stay friends (really she wanted to get out of there). And that was how the blind date was over before it even started 🫣

i couldn’t do it, y’all. i spent the time to age up and adjust ivory’s save, because playing her in a world where dallas didn’t exist just felt wrong 🥺 that’s one dinner party of five down! (which i missed, bc i left my computer running dhdhs)

for those of you who don’t know, dallas (sixth pic, they/them!) was a nameless sim i’d created with the idea of playing through the joy of life legacy with! they became much larger in-game than the confines of the challenge, though, and while they were working on starting their own 🌿 bakery, dallas was also working as a stripper and a sex worker at “the flamingo” in del sol valley.

dallas wasn’t on any protection when they successfully seduced mayor ted roswell at the club and freak-a-leeked the next month’s rent payment out of him. when they found out they were pregnant, they resolved to raise their daughter as best as they could.

little ivory was born maybe three in-game weeks into the game, i’m not kidding.

though she was a major upset in the course of the challenge, ivory has been a delightful sim to watch grow up! dallas did a wonderful job raising her - but their fate was never to be a simple legacy founder!! so while dallas is freed of mantle of “tjol gen one”, ivory gets to don the “tjol+ gen two” crown 💛 i did a timeskip in-save and now we catch up with her fresh off of her graduation from ubrite 😌

i hope this can help explain a little bit of what’s happened and why the legacy has been all over the place! we’re sticking with ivory from here on out, who has a much more streamlined gen dhdh

morgan fyres, wolfgang munch, savannah price, cassandra goth, and gemma charm are ivory’s best friends since highschool. she used to date cass when they were still teens, but they cooled things off before going to college. now, ivory’s crush on savannah has been popping up in her mind from time to time… 👀 shingo sasaki (fifth pic) was ivory’s nanny from the moment she was born to the moment she grew into a teen! he was there since day one, and over the course of the years has woven his way into the kruegers’ lil unit of two. he’s wearing a ring because dallas proposed to him, not the other way around 🥹 he’s also the reason our girl is level 5 in komorebigo, and they exclusively gossip together in this language. (shingo has never learned simlish dhdhd he’s like level 4 and we love that for him) ivory calls him “toji” or “otoji” — basically “grandpa-dad”. cliff kiser (by @gothoffspring) and anaya jang (third pic) are dallas’ best friends and the first two sims outside of her parent and nanny that ivory ever made friends with! they’re solid figures in her life, and ivory views cliff as the fun-uncle-slash-father that she never had in ted!

(ivory has been thinking a lot about ted in-game, though: she’s been calling him to chat every day bc her “think about family member” dialogue is always him. i’m imagining that the motherfucker didn’t exactly go to any of her graduations 🙄 ted still doesn’t recognize ivory as legitimate, even if he was paying her child support and even if she’s met her half-sisters and they adore her!)

i haven't played minecraft in years, but with the armadillo winning the vote, i think about how wolves don't really have much going on in terms of their utility. like anytime i tame a wolf, i end up just kinda keeping them sitting at home.

i think if mojang really does feel like wolves are deserving of armour, with the addition of armadillos, they really need to update wolves to be more useful as companion mobs, because personally... i never feel the urge to bring a wolf with me when im going out to do things, especially if it involves combat.

like, what do dogs do best? fetching stuff and digging, right? like i wish that i could just mill about with a wolf and they track a scent or something and start digging into the dirt and then proceed to bring you that item. like it could range from rarely digging up iron nuggets to digging up vegetables or whatever, yknow. combine the fetching stuff with combat and you wouldn't have to manually pick up stray arrows or items from mobs your wolf kills.

the only other thing i wish you could do with wolves is automate their health in some way, like give more utility to the bowl item so you can place it down for them to eat from so you don't have to constantly manage their health by looking at their tail. just minor quality of life stuff i guess.

idk, that's just my thoughts. i do like wolves in minecraft, they just feel rather lacking with the way some new mobs have so much going on, like the sniffer and allay and so on.

#id like to play minecraft at some point but sadly i dont think my current computer can run it due to not supporting opengl #but yeah. i usually keep this stuff to tags but i figured my thought process wouldve ended up with more than 30 tags #so thusly just. lone post of my thoughts. #but back on subject. i kinda think about how you could automate like... mob farms with wolves. but i run into dead ends #like how do you specify which mobs to have your wolf ignore. and how do you target them in the first place without attacking them #like. maybe the scope? like you zoom in on the mob you want attacked. idk. thats a tough one to figure out. #cause like it has to be something that can be easily executed. and easily managed. #like im imagining going to a pig pen and letting a wolf in to go kill and then bring back the items #but like you dont want the wolf to kill all of them... and yeah ik theres more efficient ways to farm mobs #i guess i just want it to be a bit more player involved. add some fun to it. #i like going around and doing things. automation is kinda less of my thing in most cases #especially with the complexity of some things right. like having a simple easy option would just be nice to have i guesz #its just all about how you go about executing it in gameplay #anyway thats all my damn brain power #minecraft #tagging that for myself for if i gotta find it later

His team and current detective position were not equipped for the job and it was too risky to face the unknown. He speculated Veronica would return after completing her affairs and they would question her then. Renee began talking about Vincent's disappearance and then there was a knock on the door...

Payton came in. Before Renee had a chance to speak, Payton frantically told them what had happened to Vincent this past week and how he was in hospital. She had no messages come through and thought nothing was wrong. It was only when he was discharged, that everything started showing up on her phone, including Bryce's missed calls and messages. Everyone was worried and she knew to come straight to the station to inform Billy that Vincent was ok.

Bloodborne is seriously the most beautiful game of all time i think about this every single time i replay it but genuinely. Just exploring yharnam and staring in awe at how gorgeous everything is, its never about graphics, bloodborne has a noticeable stylization i think in a way even stronger than other fromsoft games, and the use of lighting and color palettes is just so good it makes me want to Be there. The game is already so stunning as it is ingame but i think having access to the map viewer on my own to the side made me appreciate it even more i love seeing the way everything is constructed and put together with just the flat textures before applying any engines and even as flat surfaces you can just feel the cohesion in the backgrounds, even textureless stripped of everything that makes it "beautiful" it still feels so unique and already gets the vibe across and that explains how the game feels the way it does visually, which is something i think a lot of current gen "high fidelity" games struggle with. Hard to explain what I mean but I feel it. Also i love the slight like chromatic aberration effect bb has on the edges of the screen it adds such a nice touch to the atmosphere honestly. #like every single location is so unique and has its own style separate from each other #but in a way thats really cohesive and still makes it feel like part of the same thing #and theyre all so beautiful in their own way #ppl dunk on the forbidden woods and nightmare frontier a lot for what i think are #just gameplay reasons but their blind hatred of those areas extends to the way theyre often excluded when #people talk about all the 'prettiest areas' and whatnot. but i think they deserve the love just as much as anywhere else #when youre not panic running through it the woods are really beautiful and well crafted #its all so skillfully put together to give exactly the atmosphere it needed #theres so many parts of it that feel iconic to me or at least could be #and the nightmare frontier i think genuinely has some of the most stunning environment designs #that were introduced by it later reused in the hunters nightmare. so it should #have its own little pedestal as The OG i think. like all the spirals and etchings that feel like #a naturally occurring phenomenon but also does not look like one. you know what im talking about? #and the strangely bright sky and fog in the distance... so so good #i have paragraphs upon paragraphs to say about each area obv but these two feel so underrated #do the fucked up graves in the woods mean nothig to you... does the little cave you spawn in in the frontier mean nothing to you...

i think the moment i fully accepted that IW's story was. Definitely A Story was the moment ebina announced 'bleach japan'. like i think leading up to that point i was thinking to myself 'oh i hope i see X happen' or being like 'i wonder where this is going' and that sort but the proverbial bucket of ice was definitely that moment
