I know there's some parts of your fanfiction where Clora has some passing feelings of jealousy because of a comment or two made by background characters towards Sebastian, but I was wondering how you think Clora and Sebastian would genuinely react to a situation where someone was actively trying to pursue him? I was just curious since the raven and the snake have a good bit of people chasing after Clora and Sebastian being jealous (cough physically violent cough)

BAHAHA seb doesnt get physically violent when he gets jealous, he just gets irritated and petty LOL. gotta defend my boi for a sec, hes only gotten physically violent twice, and once was when clora was being blackmailed/SA'd, and the other was when he was corrupted by the relic, so it wasnt REALLYYYY him.

BUT to answer the question, this is what happens when clora gets jealous LOOL basically its: she gets jealous > knows that its unfounded and seb wouldn't reciprocate, so she keeps her feelings to herself > but still cant help but feel down about it > seb catches on and makes sure to reassure her. and seb would 1000% be willing to just never talk to the other girl ever again if thats what it took BAHAHA but obvs clora would reject that and tell him thats way too extreme. and altho seb thinks its cute when cloras jealous, he also doesnt like making her feel that way, since he considers it a sort of failure on his part (like, if ur feeling jealous, it means im not proving that i love you enough LMAO) whereas for when seb gets jealous, its: he gets jealous > tells clora of his suspicions / that the dude is trying to get with her > clora tries to reassure him that its nothing, and that its all just platonic (bc it IS from her POV, whether the dude actually likes her or not, bc shes naive af) > seb has no choice but to put up with it LOL bc he's self-aware and knows he gets jealous easily, and accepts that he might be overreacting, but he'll still keep an eye on it regardless. he trusts clora but he doesnt trust the guys, and unlike seb, clora wouldnt stop talking to someone she considered a friend just bc seb THINKS they like her. unless the dude is straight up asking her out/being super bold and obvious about it, clora would just default to 'oh hes just being friendly😇 LMAO. basically seb is too jealous and clora is too naive and they both know this about themselves and each other, so they kinda have to meet in the middle on these things HAHA. for seb its like yeah fine, i might think every guy has nefarious intentions, but YOU also think every guy is completely pure and has absolutely NO romantic intentions ever LOL. but they know this so it works out LMAO (plus even if it is slightly infuriating for each other at times, seb still finds cloras naivety/innocence endearing, and clora also finds sebs possessiveness/jealousy endearing as well🥰) also unrelated but i finally changed my pfp after a year and its cracking me up. that is all

I don't really know if demons/angels can die, or if they can do it with the same ease as a human do but...

Okey imagine that in the journey something goes so wrong that a powerful enemy attack MC and the Ro. The attack should and will be lethal to anyone who would take it, and that person is, unfortunately the ROs :( no more himbos for us, nor queens, f**ING boss Victor nor baby Bois. Press f in the chat to pray respect but... And is a BIG but! At the end, MC stands between the blow and it's fateful victim, saving the life of his beloved in exchange for their own, their last wish being not to seek for revenge, but for their sister, who must be lonely without their sibling, to save her and take care of her until she becomes more independent

What would be the reaction of the Ro in this scenery? Muahshaha, who would try to fulfill their wish and who would try to avenge their loved one?

They warned you all that your journey would be dangerous, that Inferno would take everything for you. At the end of the day, they were right. Here you stand on the face of destructive, watching as one of these dangers is about to destroy the one you're closest to.

You make a choice, and you run forward.

The pain is out of this world, overpowering, it shatters all thought and reason, it's all you can think about. Then you remember Chrissy, you grit your teeth and beg to them to look out for her. Please.

“Me? Wha—” Dante rubs his eyes with an urgency that would be suspicious—but you find it more understandable given the situation, you want to think that he wants to stay strong for you—were you not so overcome with mind-shattering overwhelming pain.

“Please, Dan,” you sob, mind hazy “I trust you, I need you to do this.”

“Hey, hey, hey. I will. Thank you,” Dante sniffs, not bothering to hide the fact that he's crying anymore “The rules say I shouldn't, but screw them. I'll do it for you.”

It does ease your mind in a way. You've never heard Dante sounding so determined.

He rambles, you think he begs at some point that you try to stay awake, and then you don't hear him anymore. Like an echo, you slip away.

“Oh, love,” Lilith frowns, looking more distressed than you've ever seen them “You can't ask that of me. I'm—”

The Succubus gulps down their distress.

“Are you sure that's what you want?” Lilith asks gently. The way their cool fingers soothingly run through your hair like they're trying to weave the pain out of your brain.

“I'm sure,” you force yourself to nod.

“That's alright. I promise. You can trust me, gorgeous,” they smile, smoothly wiping a stray tear running down their cheek.

“Of course, [Name],” if Josh's lack of use of his usual nickname doesn't give away just how distraught he's probably feeling, the way his voice cracks under the weight of the situation does.

Your best friend takes a few minutes to breathe.

“Josh—” you gasp.

“I’m here. Don't worry, I'm right here,” Josh clenches his hands to keep them from shaking “Of course I'll find and look after Chrissy.”

He says it like it had always been a reality, like he wouldn't have had it any other way. Like Josh has always been ready to give up anything in case something like this happened.

Josh intertwines your fingers with his.

The eccentric witch swallows the lump in her throat, her tears fall like rivers before she can hold them back. Villanelle breathes deeply, nodding quickly and urgently.

“Of course, [Name]. We'll find her. We'll— I'll take care of Chrissy.”

Her soft hands—even the coolness of her rings feel somewhat soothing—caress your cheeks with a soft whisper of her touch. Villanelle rubs her eyes, wipes her tears only for more to come out.

“Chrissy will be my little helper in the shop. She'll fit right in. I'll make her hot cocoa, and read her cards, and I'll never let any of us forget about you...”

Villanelle talks and talks, and then you can't hear anything anymore.

To have such a responsibility placed on his shoulders doesn't seem to phase Victor. At all. He grips your hand like he's trying to give you strength, stops squeezing almost immediately when you wince.

“I will,” Victor promises simply. The determination in his eyes speaks loud, even if his expression remains as neutral as ever.

You manage to sob through the agonizing pain, “Thank you…”

“Don't worry about it. None of this will happen again.”

You know that Victor speaks like it's a personal thing, you also know he's thinking about his missing sister. And then you don't know anything anymore, you close your eyes and slip away. Victor stands, intent on doing the thing he does best: killing demons in the name of revenge.

The Genie winces, frowning, clearly unused to being thrown off her game. The game is over, though, you're in no shape to play anymore.

“Why would you…?” Aliyah asks quietly, genuinely confused “Why?”

“I need you to find Chrissy,” you demand, forcing the words and pushing through the pain threatening to shut you down.

“That was always the plan, stupid—” Aliyah flinches as if she's about to touch you, but seems to think better of it “Why did you get in the way?”

“Promise—”

“Yes, yes. Fine, I will. I always was going to.”

Aliyah—awkwardly—forces a cheeky smile. She promises:

“I'll get revenge for you too, as a favor.”

Nathan looks like he wants to laugh but can't force the sound. He looks like he can't speak at all, like the concept of mortality is foreign to him—a being clinging to life like a cockroach despite his impending doom of falling—and he's rediscovering Death through you.

“You know I can't,” Nathan says somberly. He barely acknowledges his own corruption most of the time, you unconsciously fear he'll completely brush you off with no explanation “I can heal you. I still— I'm an Angel, lovely/loverboy/lovergirl, I can make this right.”

“Nathan,” you gasp, pain rattling your brain “I need you to do this, please. I trust you.”

“You're such a poor judge of character,” the Angel forces a chuckle. He hesitates, says “Okay.”

When you close your eyes, Nathan stands with the word vengeance in his mind.

Eden's lips part, his initial reaction quickly shut down as he thinks it over better. It's a rejection if you've ever seen one, or a serious contemplation of your request—your mind isn't all there anymore, and you don't have time to analyze Eden's mannerisms.

“You think I'll do a good job?” he gently caresses your forehead/brushes your hair out of your eyes “You know the dangers of being close to me, right?”

It's not like you could forget, the evidence is clear in his unnatural eyes, white like snow. You wonder if Eden blames himself for a brief second.

“Please. I trust you.”

When your vision tunnels, he's all you can see. He smiles soothingly, he grips your hand, he says:

“Fine, I'll take care of your sister.”

LMAOOO this episode (ep3) is just too funny HELP. there was so much chaos going on, but i'll just mention the ones i laughed hard at

the fact that Ex called her excited face as "Dumb Face-o-Meter" cracked me tf up

then it gradually goes up which makes it more funny but i really like the transitioning of her facial expressions, it's just TOO good

and finally her final "Dumb Face-o-Meter" when she finally confesses is my favorite expression this whole season. this show is really making my whole week, strengthening my reason why Comedy is my top favourite genre lool

and here goes our Demon Lord who's done nothing but be RELATABLE and making everything an excuse to not raid the humans despite all the useful information he's got. i love it.

pls this was too funny. this ep started with him literally chanting and if i count it right, this mf been chanting for 3-4 days just for the effect to last no longer than a minute LMAO i cannot

and finally... LMAOO reality definitely can be quite something huh (jk he seems sweet) but yeah, girls (like me) who love shoujo manga have definitely gone through the harsh reality of life—okay i'm kidding but the shoujo girls get it. yes, yes.

anyways, i really enjoyed this episode, if i was to rate it, i'd definitely give it a personal score of 5★ for entertaining me till the end.

Also, I now have to ask you a random Oni question that doesn't require a drabble unless you wanna write that out: What's Oni's fave hobby/past time when she's not doing Hot Girl Priest Stuff? I know she has to have something she can relax and do in her downtime, right?

I cackled at Hot Girl Priest Stuff. 💀

Tbh, if Oni isn't sparing or practicing with weapons in the woods by herself, she's probably cracking open a book or wondering in nature (ex. exploring or hiking).

I'd imagined that dealing with people and trying to live up to her role as the priestess and vessel of Bast can be socially and physically draining. So, moments of solitude are definitely appreciated. Especially Pre-Namora.

I'd say Post-Namora, she still enjoys moments alone, but doesn't mind existing in silence or sparring with Namora either. I think Namora would expand her areas of exploration after realizing how much Oni thrives in nature. She'd take Oni to a few coral reefs, lakes, and rivers to see the flora and wildlife that live around them underwater.

Also, Oni definitely has a scrapbook filled with pressed and dried plants she's seen on adventures. It's the plant lover inside of her peeking out. Once Namora discovers it, she starts bringing her flowers and plant clippings to add to it.

Once they're married, I think Namora would build her a greenhouse of sorts and bring her plants from missions and special gift-obtaining expeditions. Oni often pretends that she hates gardening because that's technically her job with the Heart-Shaped Herb. However, with the greenhouse, she's more open to 'tending to the little plants her wife brings her from all over the world'. Namora just likes seeing her wife happy, so she's always bringing her things. 🥹

The blurb I thought I wasn't going to write, but I couldn't stop imagining:

"Eh... in lool? (my flower)"

"Mm?" Oni looked up from the book she was reading underneath a plum tree as Namora slowly made her way towards her.

"I got you something."

"You got me something?" She looked her over, taking note of her hands hiding something behind her back.

"Yes. A gift."

The vieled priestess closed her book and tilted her head at her wife. "Are you my gift?"

Namora's face purpled at the suggestion. "No." She looked away shyly. "Just close your eyes and hold out your hands."

"Aw. You're no fun, Amora."

The warrior rolled her eyes before refocusing on the priestess.

Her hands were held out, and her eyes were supposedly closed.

Namora squatted and waved a hand in front of her veiled face before gently placing a small potted plant in her palms.

"Can I look?"

"Mhm."

Oni slowly pulled the plant towards her face before gasping. "Wha- Where did you find these?!" She looked up at Namora. "I was just reading about Venus fly traps the other day."

"I know. You read seven books about carnivorous plants and kept talking about how much you wanted a venus fly trap."

"Yes, but these are native to the southeastern part of the United States. Like South and North Carolina. How did you-"

"-I went there at night with Attuma and Aj K'uk'ulkan." Namora offered a warm smile.

"Just for a little plant?"

"Nothing is little if you want it, in lool."

"But you got Attuma and the king of Talokan involved."

"I help them get things for their lovers all the time. How could they refuse to help me?"

Oni couldn't refrain from laughing at the thought of the three of them venturing around at night to find a tiny carnivorous plant. They must have fought snakes and gators and all kinds of things to get it for her.

"I almost wish I could have been there to see you all get it for me."

Namora clicked her tongue in feigned irritation, revealing a habit she had picked up from her wife.

"Eh?" Oni laughed as she grabbed her by the jaw and pulled her forward while she held her plant with her other hand. "What was that, warrior?"

Namora's cheeks purpled slightly. "P'atéen tíin juunaj. (Leave me alone.)"

"How could I ever leave you alone?"

The warrior felt her muscles stiffen as the priestess tugged her closer.

"Oni, not outside." Namora grunted as she crumbled on top of her, inhaling sharply as she was quickly flipped over and pinned to the ground with one hand and two legs.

Her lungs expanded with the faint scent of incense and plum as she looked up at her wife, her lilac veil billowing enough to reveal her soft two-toned lips.

Blowing enough to almost reveal her dark brown eyes that melted like chocolate in a fondue fountain whenever they rested on her.

By Chaac, she was in love.

"Why not?"

Oni's voice broke her from her reverie and Namora frowned at the pout in her voice.

"You can't remove your veil outside."

"Oh?" Oni leaned in, still holding her gifted plant close. "So, if we go inside, I can thank you properly for my gift?"

so when I worked at the old waxing franchise where we regularly had to do Brazilian waxes in fifteen minutes* we saw a lot of college students from the nearby university. and well. okay so one of my coworkers runs up to a couple of us after a wax and is like pale as fuck. she was doing the butt strip for a college student. the butt strip is the last part of the service - once we've done the bikini area we have the client bring their knees to their chest so that we can wax the butt crack lol there's no nice way to put it.

so sometimes it seems like people from certain communities are less hygienic than others - these white tiny college girls were the biggest offenders. I hate to say it but unfortunately at that job it seems like clients took less care to clean themselves up before their appointments, and lol we didn't have time for that shit so literally sometimes we'd have to wax around shit or whatever debris lmfao. my clients now - some of whom followed me ALLEGEDLY lool just in case my weirdo former boss finds this for whatever reason - are not like this, i haven't had a poopy butt situation since I opened my business tbh.

but anyway. this coworker tells us that her client had a LITERAL TAPEWORM on her crack. I knew immediately what was up because I used to have an eating disorder and had heard of this idiot tapeworm diet thing (never would have done it omfg). so yeah the waxer had to literally wax AROUND the tapeworm on this girl's asshole.

anyway please for the love of god don't do the tapeworm diet, but also please if you do? don't but i guess if you do and then you decide to get waxed.... idk check yourself? you should always clean yourself anyway but like yeah especially if you take a PARASITE that you SHIT OUT please just actually don't ever do that omg

Second Week in Paris!

19/9/23

Still so surreal mannn. It feels so crazy to feel the way i am feeling - I cannot express how nervous I was before coming. I am so thankful to my past self for pushing past the fear and doing this. So so proud of myself. It's so funny as well as I was beginning to really feel regret about doing it. The nerves have completely gone and on top of that, I feel super calm, happy (I have been grinning teeth all day) and so much self-compassion. Sounds cheesy but it is the honest truth.

The day after writing this I felt a bit differently haha. Things were getting to me a bit and was feeling quite homesick and down. But, it has only been two weeks, so underneath it all I know it’s normal - so there is a sense of calmness beneath it.

On Tuesday, I decided to pluck up the courage and ask one of the girls I really clicked with at one of the picnics if she wanted to go on a walking tour to Montmartre with me. I was very happy to know she reciprocated my energy and felt the same way and wanted to meet.

Wednesday - tried to go to the welcome picnic but ended up at the wrong building :( the French security guard was so sweet though- he even offered to have ridden me on his motorbike had he had a spare helmet. My French friend I had made (with our limited convo because of my bad French vocab) was going and was hoping I could make it but I had missed it ugh.

Thursday - went for Italian w my midlands uni lot! Was a nice atmosphere and they are all really sweet, chill and funny. we then went to this shit student boat party with these other two from my home uni. One of them I had not met before but she is one of the funniest people I have met LOOL. Giving Year 6 disco vibes again and then we had to cycle to a restaurant and be jobless in Paris till the metro opened up again. The funny girl was hungry so we cycled to this 24 hour restaurant with all the rats mingling about haha. It was on that bike ride that it really sunk in for me I was here and a wave of sadness kind of came over me. I just felt unsettled and missed the comfort of my beautiful, amazing uni life (this sounds like I am seeing it through rose-tinted glasses but I can testify in the moment I felt this way too). However, that build up to that feeling was after feeling times of being unsettled in the beginning. As my second mum Cleo Sol says, good things take time. The restaurant we got to was kind of rude and we suspected potential racist vibes (we were all people of colour). all we wanted was some water and some fries but they just essentially refused to give us that and said we needed to order a big meal? It was way too pricey. Besides me and another girl, they can all speak French so it is not like the issue was us being unaccommodating English people or anything like that. Went back to two of the girls place and got some food and then I headed back at the crack of dawn to my place - I even had to crawl under the door of the metro because my ticket didn't work.

Friday - randomly went to this meeting that was not meant for English taught course students - only the French as other people from our uni were going. However it kind of worked out as we got stuff semi sorted (writing back on this retrospectively, there are still major issues). but then we got bubble tea, and climbed arc de triomphe! it was a cute vibe and nice to get to know them more. although I of course want to make friends outside of my home uni, it is nice to have them as people to connect with and for us to all look out for each other. I was too tired to go to the student party that was on later that day.

saturday - went out with the lovely german girls to bar and got crepes after :) we went to this amazing square which was buzzing with energy and I loved the atmosphere so much. they were super lovely and reciprocating of energy and they have lived in many other places. both 23 as well, so it was nice to have that almost older sister energy, connect and chat. really cheered me up! they were going to flea markets the sunday after but I couldn't go :( another time and I am excited to be closer to everything when I move to my studio.

sunday - montmartre tour and picnic. went for coffee with this other german girl that I really connected with at one of the picnics before we went on the tour. she is so genuine and I really enjoyed our chat :) the coffee was super bougie and I did have a bit of a headache after from lack of food and general exhaustion. I am excited to properly cook at my studio too. the tour was cute and met a lovely italian girl and it was cool to see the area, though quite hard to hear everything the tour guide was saying.

second long convo with my flatmate: we talked all about films and he wanted to bring me back some food from this restaurant he loved but the queue was so long. but he got me a nutella crepe instead, so sweet! so we planned to go to the cinema the following week. just so heartwarming to be looked after so well by the host family :) so grateful for them taking out the time to speak to me etc. Morals and heart all in the right place

monday 18th - finally (ish) got credits sorted. was fun just laughing about it all with the girl from my uni who is in the same boat as me. even though it is disorganised, the french staff themselves are sweet and are so chilled and laid back haha. we got stopped on bus by ticket inspectors with home uni lot on our way to urban outfitters LOL.

Tuesday - went to english lecture with a home uni girl, felt a bit sad as it was a great big hall and difficult to mingle. she is not too interested in socialising which is perfectly okay but I personally would really like to, and a big part of the reason I decided to opt into this optional year of living abroad

wednesday - was half an hour late to lecture as had not received timetable update as i am not properly on the system yet as admin is rubbish. was ready to give up but finally made it. had to sit on the ground of the hall with these two other girls because there was so many people. one girl was native French and super sweet. she let me see the notes from the part of the lecture I missed and the other girl was also lovely; Canadian studying Hong Kong raised. we grabbed lunch at the Crous canteen right after and sat on the grass, chatting about the differences between our cultures. I learned that French people who are not from Paris do not really like Parisians - they even have a special name, something like "Parisienne Chien" like Parisian dogs haha! People here are so shocked by the fact I have had to get a visa and just the difficulties that have ensued from Brexit alone.

In the evening I went to one of my German friend's apartments which is in a super nice area. I dropped off my stuff as I was staying the night at hers, then we headed to my future road for when I move to my studio - another girl we met at the picnic had a little pres before we went to this student night. It has been so fascinating just observing the differences between how cultures interact, but also with language/native barriers. Like, the way a lot of British young people chat and what they chat about. But it is also about character too, i.e. the kind of personality you have and how you act in social situations to make other people feel welcome and all of that kind of stuff. It is also to do with age too. A lot of this is self-explanatory but I am just becoming more aware of it now I am in this setting.

The event was kind of dry but I didn't have high expectations so I was not disappointed. These types of places love to play such Year 6 disco music. Back when I was 11 years old I would be eating it up but it just feels weird singing along to Kesha and Pitbull. They did play a bit of Parado no Bailão, but I am sure for the Brazilians that is their equivalent of us hearing a Stormzy song or something. It was so nice to leave at 2am and get the night bus back and be home at a decent time as I was staying with a friend. We snaffled some biscuits and had such a hilarious moment. Laughter is actually the best thing and it was just so nice to proper laugh. Writing it out it won't seem as funny, but she is the same age as me and we both did "gap" years, two years of university and are now here for a year before completing our final one. In her year out, she worked at an elderly care home in the Northeast of France. Her English is immaculate, but of course there are some words that get lost in translation, or a better word would have fit the meaning intended better. She was talking about how she had to move the elderly in their wheelchairs from one location to the other. Instead of saying "wheeled", she said they "rolled" them, and it just conjured up search a funny image and we were in stitches of laughter.

The next morning we went to her local boulangerie for a pastry and had a lush baguette. The quality of food is truly way better here. London is such a rip off. Growing up as a child there you don't really notice the price of stuff like that, and as a young adult I have been in the Midlands most of the time which is way cheaper. Events and some food spots can be pricey here, as well rent... but galleries are free for students, transport is so much cheaper and day to day eating is less (besides Mcdonalds lol). We had another funny moment where we were speaking about guys. I was sharing with her the woes of having to interact with London boys. I cannot speak for all of them, but most I have come across are just childish, arrogant, unromantic, aggressive, scarily persistent, disrespectful, unnecessary amounts of pride, worship their boys, weed addicts and actually quite misogynistic (the list goes on; single ladies we are in the trenches. Hard to not feel like all the good ones are already taken). She asked about my opinion on speaking to older guys, as she feels often their maturity is at a level we can actually take on. I said how even the older ones I had come across also fit this typical London boy trope, and that ultimately I never want to feel inferior to a guy and at a similar stage in life to them. Additionally, that I feel like older guys interested in younger girls often like doing that because they feel like they can take advantage of them a bit more. I finished this long spiel to find out that she had a boyfriend who was 25 hahaha. Though we laughed, as the day before she had mentioned that she was a bit scared/would not feel to comfortable living on the street that she did not realise was the street I was going to be moving into next week.

I had a class later that evening and had travelled all the way there to find no one in the class, even after triple checking with any staff member I could see that it was the right place. None of them knew what the issue was; I only discovered the day after about the timetable change but as stated, I did not receive this due to all the admin issues meaning I cannot access my emails yet. I met a Greek girl who seemed nice - quite straightforward seeming haha. More people know about the area I go to in the Midlands for university more than I realise. Anyways, the lack of class upset me, especially as I was going through PMS. Due to the lack of campus, missing out on some welcome events in the initial week and the international community not being so apparent to me, these lectures feel like a lifeline for actually interacting with people from my university. So I had a cry when I got back. Felt nice to release some pent up feelings. I just have to get used to the fact Paris universities are ridiculously organised and not think about the fact that this could have been avoided if I did what I usually did and researched heavily before doing this. Also, my host for where I am staying in was super reassuring. I am so grateful for her and her son for making me feel so welcome. Even though it is an hour away, I would not have changed this being my initial experience into Paris. So thankful!

Friday I really enjoyed myself :) I had a french language lesson in the morning. Although it's complete beginner class I have to be in (learning the alphabet and our names), the teacher is super lovely and funny. It really made me feel super nostalgic because it was a classroom set up, we had to take it in turns doing different activities and embarrassingly over exaggerate our mouths when we did the phonetics. Also, she had this erratic, funny energy which heavily reminded me of my French GCSE teacher. Though she seems super sweet and understanding. The classroom environment also meant we could connect as a class and laughed over funny moments. Like, we had to ask each other "Comment ça s'écrit?" when doing this name game, and one girl accidentally repeated it when it should have been everyone else repeating it. So the teacher joked that it came across like she was saying, "how you spell me?".

I sat next to another super sweet German girl (I need to visit there again, literally not come across a German I did not rate since being here) and would be really lovely to meet up with her - I said once I move into my studio but maybe I can see her in the day next week. It was also really nice because I actually got to speak to other Erasmus students in the same boat as me: the few lectures I was able to attend, you have no idea who anyone is and the layout is not catered to speaking to people. I had to hurry to my next lecture which was in our other building that was a twenty-five minutes away. There were two girls I saw ahead of me rushing in the same direction, so I decided to ask them if they were heading there. They were so sweet and we got to chatting. They are from Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, how cool! It is also really nice chatting to people with such an age range. A few years ago I had this thing about thinking I could only become good friends with people my age but it is actually really nice to have the range. In the same vein, I used to think I would only truly get along with Londoners. Although there is a shared experience and that can translate over to bond and personality, I really enjoyed getting to know sweet Northerners and non-Londoners at my Midlands uni and now here - from people all over the world!

● Mark Lee: award shows ●

anyone who saw him would think he purposely powdered too much blush on himself because that's how pink his face was.

dreamies would affectionately make fun of him for his super red ears, like, really red ears.

would try to befriend his crush and accidentally play it off as 'bestie' energy on the first meet.

Do you know how much Mark has been pacing around in his room? Johnny said that he had a hard time falling asleep because his little brother kept nervous laughing the night before. Or that Johnny could hear the sound of Mark's socks gliding across the floor, left ear - right ear again and again for a good 30 minutes or so.

The day after the awards, the program released a digital gallery of the best candid pictures taken during broadcasting. And take a grand guess who was sandwiched in between the pictures? That's right, the one and only Mork-Milk Mark Lee.

" {did Mark have beef with their makeup artist? lool}, {mark really said early Halloween didn't he?}, {ok yo wait what is going on? mark new bestie list?} .... bro the comments are roasting you!" voiced one his brothers back at home.

"stop! I tried really hard to be normal you know! Don't do me like that!" defended Mark. He thought he was doing a great job at being friendly but the colours of his ears betrayed him.

"I honestly think your crush thinks you only like them as a friend hahaha" teased Renjun. Marks messy hair got even more disheveled than before and he was definitely ready to throw his chopsticks but he's too manner of a boy to do that for real, or Taeyong would scold him more like it.

"NOOO" poor Mark ....

● Huang Renjun: shared schedules ●

would come to the filming site early and secretly make sure the area was comfortable

would compliment and praise their crush a lot while they were on break

he would lowkey get jealous when one of the staff would be too friendly but not voice his thoughts.

"Ah! Would you please hurry up? We are going to be late if you're this slow" sighed Renjun early in the morning with his fuzzy slippers on and his hot mug in hand to combat the cold weather.

He could hear Jeno muttering 'you mean you?' but choses to ignore it. He recently got casted as one of the main roles on the newest high-teen drama and through the casted list found their name right near his. He could not believe it, he thought he was dreaming, no he had to be right?

Well, reality hit him soon after because Renjun would arrive at the filming sight slightly earlier than he was needed, just making sure the atmosphere was just right. Through the grapevine he learned that his crush was just like him and did not like sitting around mess; so he made sure to have their place cleaned up if anything was amiss.

"Waahh~ Oh nice nice!" He successfully hyped his crush. "They're doing good aren't they?" he asked nobody in particular. He was all relaxed and happy until he saw the photographer getting too friendly with them. Ah, jealousy has finally struck him! Wish him luck guys!

● Lee Jeno: shared schedules ●

He may be an introvert but around the people he has gotten comfortable with, he's like an extrovert.

Not always the loudest but has a lot of crack moments every now and then.

Hyper Jeno means flirty Jeno; will try his best to flirt even though his crush keeps laughing at his silliness.

On the way over to the filming site, all Jeno did was lay down in the reclined seat and browsed through his phone. With the blue-light filter on, the boy kept changing between different apps, one of them being the one he uses to talk to his crush.

But no one start a conversation willingly at 7am would they? Most people would still be half-asleep, perhaps grumpy even if they ever heard the notification bell ping when they're not ready. Not Jeno. He was ready as ever to see his crush instantly reply to him not a minute later his move. Jeno is very much comfortable to poke the bear, a close combat because he knows his crush can't actually get mad with him, its a charm only he has; or at least that's what he likes to tell himself.

Jeno wants to send the loudest voice message but doesn't want to annoy his manager hyung, so he patiently waits until they park at the site.

"EEEEYYAAAAAHHH!!!" and all other martial arts noises comes out from a hyper Samoyed, who looks like he is about to crush his ...crush (i swear i did not do this on purpose) as they try their best to run away.

"You look gorgeous ... like me ... manager my phone now! I need to make a report for visual attack, for me i'm the attacked" his crush tried their best to not laugh like a donkey, i promise you that.

● Lee Haechan: award shows ●

This loud, attention seeking boy becomes really quiet when he is sitting next to them.

Taeyong thought he lost Haechan back at the dorms on the way to the award show.

Seems to fiddle with anything in sight, avoid eye contact with them but says he isn't avoiding anyone.

"whaddap Johfam! Guess what we have special for today ~ drum rolls please ... a quiet Haechan!" boomed Johnny as he pans the phone camera towards his younger brother. Haechan looks like he had been caught red handed eating the remaining hot cheetos.

So NCT21 were invited to one of the biggest award shows but unfortunately fate was cruel. Somehow, the staff in charge of the seating for the groups on the second floor got messed up and that was how Haechan found out that he would be sitting at the table his crush was placed; two tables away from his members.

Thankfully Taeyong was most near him, but the leader genuinely thought he had miscounted his kids because Haechan was that quiet. Being very timid, fiddled with his fingers or hair a lot, looking anywhere but facing their crush.

"You're gonna have to try talk to them somehow" supported the leader.

"i will, one day .... which isn't today. Hyung please switch to this table with me" begged Haechan, who only got a tight pity smile in return.

● Na Jaemin: shared schedules ●

Surprisingly, he still has one of the more chill personalities when around them; doesn't change the fact.

Might open their arms, making 'grabby' hands at them when he finally gets to sit down.

wakes up to a photo of him sleeping with his crush sleeping on them in a star position (write it as he shares the picture with czens).

"Yo oh yes frenn oh yeah sexayy" and cue the confused faces of his crush's staff crew. On the other side, behind him you could see the manager pinching the bridge of this nose, 'ah ... he's started again'.

"ayo ayo whaddap sexihh" his crush played along his rather special dimensioned mind. They knew Jaemin has a crush on them and were grateful to him that he did not pressure them into anything. Although that did not stop him from bringing the biggest one person blanket he could find so that he could trap his crush with it while they rest in between shooting.

*click* *click* sounded the camera shutter of Jaemin's polaroid camera. Towering over his sleeping figure was their 2 managers giggling like high school teens, "what's going?" he asked in his sleepy state, somehow automatically adjusts to the fact that his crush was a sleeping star on top of him, flattering.

Jaemin's loud laugh woke them up as he held up the 2 pictures in front of their face, "look at you ew you look funny! ahahahaaa, I'm showing this to czennies~"

"NA JAEMIN PUT THE PHONE DOWN!"

"too late!" but no one was really angry actually.

● Zhong Chenle: award shows ●

he would try and make the atmosphere not awkward because he hates when it feels like that.

would try make small talk but quickly starts talking about other things out of context.

he actually manages to score their phone number and bragged about it to Jisung.

Out of the things one could find to use as a conversation prompt, Chenle used only about half of one .... and threw the rest out the window. No quite literally; Jeno has slipped a paper listing different conversation starters but after reading out loud, he threw it away.

"who even uses those HAHAHAHAHAHA" laughed Chenle with that high pitched dolphin noise he could always make.

"Jisung did, i got some from Taeil hyung the other day" "HEY LEAVE ME OUT OF THIS!" and so this brings Chenle to the very moment he decided to put on a 'jeno' hat, with his,

"losers would question if its one butt or two butts, but i question if its mint brushing your teeth or brushing an exposed skeleton of yourself" someone please call one of his crush's staff ...

" mint brushing your teeth!! no other arguments allowed!" because even his crush acts just like him.

"THAT'S NOT IT!" see, Chenle was smart because at the end of the day, he succeeded getting their phone number; under the disguise of the on-going debate.

● Park Jisung: shared schedules ●

goes into Taeyong's bedroom at midnight, trying to ask for some tips on love-life.

gets caught by Johnny and Johnny teases him even more.

begs for his hyungs to be super serious but ends up attempting all the dumb ideas anyway.

In a dimly lit, orange and blue tinted enclosed space of Taayong's bedroom, sat 2 figures of people who looked like they were having some very serious conversations. Jisung at midnight knocked on the leader's door and blurted out that he needed help on how to start courting somebody.

Taeyong could not believe his ears. He did not think his youngest would ever come up to him to ask about dating but he pretended everything was all good and invited the boy inside. He started advising Jisung to be brave and just ask them for their contact.

"I cannot do that" "he cannot do that" barged in Johnny. Big brother Johnny has other ideas.

"You can't drive, so I'll drive for you. but buy all the flowers they like and tie it to helium balloons. release them and yell 'PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR NUMBER!'. that'll surely lure them in.

"ah HYUNG!!" "we are ... not doing that. I will not be responsible for the potential damage on all aspect" "dang rejected ~ well ok then"

Johnny gave even more ridiculous ideas for Jisung, even tho he begged him to be serious. So in the end, Jisung placed a flower pressed frame with his number on it, slyly slid it between their script at the end of the day. Now he plays the waiting game, please cheer for him ~
