"Oh my God please never do that again!" Este says, and Charles can only nod, her stomach hurting from laughter.

"You just don't appreciate me," Pierre says, and Charles laughs so hard she almost pees herself. "I am a cowboy and I'm ready to ride!"

"You're spending too much time with Danny, you fucking idiot," Charles laughs, and Pierre takes off his cowboy hat and puts it on her.

"It suits you," Este says, and Pierre nods. "Miss Cowgirl here to take COTA."

Charles beams at them, and decides not to ask about why they are acting mature and polite with each other. She's not about to spook a gift horse, or whatever the saying is.

"That's right," she says instead. "I am leaving you all behind in my dust, and you can suck it."
