Danny has an Ice Core.
He isn't aware of it, but this does, in fact, greatly influence how his ghost form looks as he grows up.
His appearance starts getting more rugged, eyes a paler, more piercing green, hair a bit more uncontrollable and wild.
He packs muscle easily, even in human form.
When in ghost form, he has an aura of something patient and dangerous, and that sense only grows the older he gets.
Basically, our boy starts to look like a viking.
No matter how goofy and bumbling he really is, his first impression is always a horrifying moment for whoever is meeting him.
And as his ghost form grows with his human form, he outgrows his hazmat outfit. Frostbite and the Far Frozen fashion him some new clothes-which only compliment and play off of the viking aesthetic he's got going on.
And with the height he inherited from his father?
Our man is a very, very intimidating figure to look at. More so than Dan; because while Dan was dangerous and scary, he was all energy and lightning and rage.
Adult Danny comes across as lethal and terrifying, all ice and persistence and that final, terrible silence before you realize you've already died.
Dan felt like the warrior in front of you. Danny feels like the wilderness in winter, vast and unforgiving.
Anyways, when a summoning for Klarion goes horribly wrong and Danny gets called instead, the Justice League has a moment where they're convinced they've summoned something much, much worse than Klarion.
And Danny, standing there completely confused, is not helping by remaining silent and still while staring John Constantine in the eye.
Good news, the bad guys are also very concerned about the weird ghost viking and are actually moving to stand side by side with the Justice League on this.
Bad news, who the fuck is this guy?
"...Fuck," is all Constantine whispers, backing away slowly.

I love seeing Danny Phantom showing up and being like ‘don’t ask too many questions but John Constantine I own your soul. All of it. Lmao sucks to suck bitch’, and he’s usually all Ghost King Full Regalia as he does it, at least in front of the Justice League, but consider—
He just shows up as Danny Fenton.
“yeah I got bored and collected the pieces like Pokémon. Gotta catch ‘em all” says the 5’2 teen who looks like a stiff breeze could trip him. He denies being a sorcerer, or a magician, concedes he’s maybe psychic but mostly he’s just…. The kid of two mad scientists—who have a basement lab where they opened a portal to what he SAYS is not hell but no one is frankly CONVINCED, by the way—and he hasn’t decided what to do with Constantine yet besides getting Danny into some r rated horror movies, but figures he should tell the dude probably.
“What’d you even trade for some of his soul contracts?”
“Don’t worry about it”
They worry about it

y'all remember when book fairs used to have those "banned books" display sections that advertised books based on that fact that they had been banned in schools in the past and everyone went "haha wow, it's crazy that they banned books like this! what a wacky thing to do!" haha........ yeah....... who would even do that......

I think one of the most surprising parts of transition, specifically going on testosterone, is just how... normal it felt to me. When I was watching other people go on testosterone and describe how they felt, I anticipated that I'd feel the huge emotions, the spark, I guess. But I didn't. If anything, I went from being a neurotic mess to being... normal. Almost painfully normal. It's like I've gotten a cloth and dusted off this thing I call my body.
I honestly think it's interesting how natural I feel on testosterone. I never really thought I could feel this normal, but I do. It's like I can stand in a crowd and not feel like eyes are watching me, like ants crawling on a log.

Okay I can't believe I have to say this: I am 100% against fakeclaiming. Meaning if you even squint in the direction of someone who says they have OSDDID, I don't want you near me. My last post was explicitly anti-fakeclaiming, and if you read it as some mild in-between of "Well, I don't mind it when people fakeclaim in SOME instances uwu" NO. Not a single one.
Fakeclaiming completely destroyed my ability to trust my mental health professionals. I was convinced they'd believe I was faking it. I haven't told most people in my life despite desperately needing accommodation, because the first (and only) time I opened up about it to someone, they instantly fakeclaimed me. I already doubted myself and it took me MONTHS to disclose my DID symptoms to my psychiatrist because I was so scared I was secretly faking it. I still cannot properly believe myself, and I was diagnosed nearly a YEAR ago. I have been petrified of being open as a system out of fear of being harassed on the streets.
Fakeclaimers cannot see that they are damaging people with OSDDID, because they've convinced themselves their fakeclaiming exists in a bubble. They thrash wildly in every direction and just hope they're mostly taking down fakers. But if they take down actual systems? Collateral. Maybe don't act like such a faker next time. There was literally no part during my life where I felt as though fakeclaimers AT ALL helped me. There was no point in my life where I ever wished "Man, I just really hope this random 14-year-old system on TikTok gets harassed or I'm gonna have a rough day."
You know what I've wished for? I wished I knew for certain my friends and family would believe me. I wish I didn't have to be worried that the first words off my mental health professionals' lips would be "You're making that up." I wish I could be open about this illness when I'm more stable and it's less dangerous for me without the risk of people assuming my openness came from a lack of pain and understanding, rather than a domination of it. I wish I could casually bring up I'm a system in conversations without being worried that someone is going to interrogate me. I wish I didn't fear waking up one day to someone deeming me one of the cringe systems and launching a harassment campaign against me.
Fakeclaimers are actively stripping this reality away from me. So I'm going to make it clear again: I am not on your side. I am not some mild in-between of "Sometimes fakeclaiming is okay!" If you fakeclaim people, even the ""real fakers"", get away from me. If you actually gave a shit about systems, you would be using that energy to prop up systems and OSDDID resources, not harassing random internet users.

Y'all. Probably the most UNIVERSALLY ACCEPTED criticism against grrm is the abundance of gratuitous extreme sexual violence against women in asoiaf. GoT doubled down on that and is endlessly criticized for that. On the ONE (1) INSTANCE where sexual violence was NOT part of a female character's arc in grrm's work, HotD decided to introduce it as a means of giving "nuance" to a story and making a character more sympathetic. And now not only is this not considered a sexist narrative but on top of that you call this an inspired twist ffs I'm gonna eat my hair

DAVE: you guys dont know how much south park and adult animated sitcoms hurt me. my bro has watched adult animated sitcoms all day every day for half my life and everything he says is a family guy reference or something. i came out to him as trans and he literally says like "well you know on family guy they at first had a hard time with this kind of thing but later they came around. that was a good lesson" its like his religion
JUNE: somehow, the weirdest aspect of this is that watching family guy made your brother LESS transphobic.
