I really love your Atla x rottmnt fic, it was definitely not something I'd ever think of but now need. I noticed that you were connecting each brother to a different element, Raph with earth, Mikey with fire, Leo with water and Donnie with air, which to me all made sense except for Donnie, but after some thought I remembered the whole story with the Mechanist in atla and how he and the others in the northern air temple used tech to connect to the element. So I'm just wondering if you had already thought of that connection or have other reasons for connecting donnie to air.

Of course no need to reply to this cause I know if you do it could be potential spoilers.

I can answer this because I don't really see this as a spoiler (at least I hope not lol). The turtles aren't connected to any element, that's just how the atla world sees them. When they see mutant turtles, they think spirits, and when you hear that there are four of them? Misconceptions abound!

Now I personally have my reasons for setting them where they are, but I'm not going to disclose them. I'm hoping that my writing will give a hint as to why the turtles landed where they did.

All that to say the turtles do not represent an element, but they will to different people.

side note: It's been interesting to see where people place the turtles when it comes to the 4 elements. Although, everyone seems to agree that Raph is a rock!

After taking an Uber to make a delivery from Taishido to Yoga, I had a grilled salmon set meal with rice for 920 yen at Meoto Shokudo in Sakurashinmachi, which made me want to go home, so I came home. The “"Husband and Wife Diner" was run by an old man. And there was a poster of Komeito ( =the ruling party. And the party of the cult "Soka Gakkai”). The food was delicious.
