The new collab…..it’s quite SolxKy in a way that feels coincidental, like the romantic tension of having to turn sideways to get through a tight hallway by going around each other. I’m not sure how to feel……..

The way they pose these two in the Strive collab art cracks me up like wtf is Ky's face in Tower Records II. The hand on the obi too?? Come on, man.

And then the Tower Records 1 art where it's very obvious they're wearing the same shirt size despite Sol being like an XXL and Ky a medium at best lol

(I forgot Sol was allowed to have his ponytail in this one 😭)

If there is ever a ship that got UTTERLY derailed and stranded, it has to be SolxKy from Guilty Gear. For you see, and this is canon, Sol is the father of Dizzy. Dizzy is now Ky's wife and mother to Sin. So Sol is Ky's father in law. Given how popular SolxKy was, I truly hope the ship still sails in some way.

How do you feel about fanon in the GG fanbase? Do you think there is some ideas/headcanon that make the character more interesting or that you just like? And on the other side, have you seen fanon that you dislike or hate because how much they make the character go against who they are? Btw, I love your tumblr. ;)

Let’s put it this way, I’ve seen generous portions of Fanbased Garbledegook enough to give Bedman’s Nightmare Theater competition!   Not the least of which are the ever-persistent SolxKy shippers.  Though some stuff is weirder than even that.
