Just watched Wolf Pack again, I've got even more questions and theories after 7 episodes. We still don't know what happened to Connor, he wasn't in the pile of bodies. So where is he, dead or alive ? Turned or not ? Did Ramsey save him, 'cause then I'm betting the poor kid is locked up somewhere safe.

Am I the only one thinking maybe Ramsey set the fire? I mean she's there as a chief arson investigator, they only needed one if there was a fire and we know she's also there for the werewolf. Coincidence? 'Cause it would make sense she'd help Everett and Blake surviving, they are the perfect guarantee that the werewolf is going to keep showing up. Ramsey is the mom... But how can she have fought with her son if Baron is the same age as the twins and she lost him 17 years ago ? Or maybe he's much older and they're wrong about his age... Do the wolves not age as long as they don't go to a human/monster werewolf form ?

Also, pretty sure she saved Danny from becoming the next kill because he hit Blake and the werewolf would have seen this as a threat. Does this mean she can control her werewolf form?

That amazing scene in the woods with those poor guys running for their lives... But if they killed dad, why would the mom just go after them and not stay with her pups ? I mean kids surrounded by fire > revenge or you're just not a good mom sorry XD

(also, one of they guys is still alive, if you go for revenge go all the way you know what I mean... but since she's putting up everyone to believe there's a sort of serial killer running around, maybe Malcolm will get what's coming for him)

Don't think she wants to kill Garrett, but then again if he becomes a threat I don't think she's going to show him mercy either. If she's the twins mom killing him would be a bad idea but well, can't trust a beast when it gets angry.

Everett is so linked with Baron.. And Blake, it's weird that he doesn't have this powerfull bond with the twins... But then again, they weren't bitten by Baron.

He's not just standing up to his horrible mother out of nowhere, that's the wolf peaking through and not liking the treatment, go wolf go 'cause that woman is a nasty piece of work and the ep 8 promo has told us enough about what her reaction is gonna be to him standing up to her.

Austin, well, if he makes it through the finale it's gonna be nothing but a miracle, because if he really killed Baron (still not sure that's enough to even kill a werewolf btw), then I'm pretty sure Ramsey will be coming for his head... Fine by me, sorry Austin #notsorryatall. And did I see Cyrus in the finale promo ? Talking with Baron ??? Need that boy back because I can't believe they just threw him in the plot to be the potential BF and arson suspect. Who calls a group of friends a 'pack', seriously ? And even if he never believed Malcolm, how can he not start to believe him after seeing an actual werewolf ? I sure would.

So many questions, one week for a few answers and they better answer them all because so far no season 2 was confirmed yet TT

The spiral is dead. It’s a coil. (And I love love love spirals) Looking at spinal coupling images last night and Fryette’s Laws, and I just couldn’t find an image that I thought I was looking for, and then, I stumbled on the little background image with green arrows… “Oh who put this together?” None other than @thedavidweck so all credit to him on that image. I’ve been seeing something in movement and locomotion that hasn’t fully downloaded into words yet. The basics are spinal mechanics and Fryette’s laws. The importance of this coil and what it does for your spine. The evolution of the spine and the movements that are necessary and vital for it. When we side bend from neutral, there’s a rotation to the opposite side. When we side bend from flexed or extended state, rotation is same side. If there is a lack in one plane, all directions suffer. Why have we lost the coil? Why does lateral flexion initiate the coil so well? And what does the coil do on a deeper, intrinsic and energetic level? If love lights up DNA, what about movements? There is silence, I can see the sun.

Towards what?

A new purpose?

Freedom

There is too much noise, I cannot think. 

We are lifted, flipped, sorted. 

Banished are the blemished

And I briefly wonder:

Why? 

But then I have my own tempest to contend with,

I am being pushed

                 Down

              Down 

      Compressed 

      So that

      I ache

      And my

      Peel pops.

      This is what

      They wanted

      Me for? 

      The juice I

Our Good Friend COVID-19

You head to the grocery store and on your way there, while listening to the radio, your state news source chimes in with the governor’s latest press conference regarding the global pandemic. Shelter in place requirements beginning Friday. Interesting, you think, wondering how on Earth they could possibly keep track of what people do and where they go. You head into the grocery store, only there to grab the bare minimum of your weekly groceries, the things you buy almost every week: a couple packs of meat, a gallon of milk, some frozen veggies, baby food, and maybe some Lunchables to take to work if you’re feeling wild. As you walk through the store juggling your items in your arms (never thinking you actually need a buggy) you begin to notice people looking at you strangely. All of the people around you are wearing gloves and masks of all sorts. You maintain a safe ten plus feet from everyone. You’re careful to not touch anything you do not intend to purchase. Despite following all possible precautions these people are still judging you. Brushing it off, you head to the check out to pay for you items and the employee just gawks at you, remarking, “you came in here for just these??” You look at her strangely, because yes, yes you absolutely did come in there for just those items. “Yeah, what good that shelter in place thing is going to do when people like you are running around buying stuff they don’t need.” You cannot even form a sentence. She doesn’t now what you have in your fridge or freezer at home. She doesn’t know how many people live with you or if you have kids. The lady behind you pipes up, “well personally I have four teenage mouths to feed and I WILL be going to the store when I need to. Please be gracious you have a job as so many people would LOVE to have yours right now. Leave the poor girl alone.” You thank her for her for saying everything you couldn’t, quickly gather up your groceries, and scramble out the door.

Schools are shut down for the remainder of the year. Every business, big and small, are shut down if deemed “non-essential.” You’re one of the lucky few to still have a job during it all. Your husband is not so lucky. His company will lay off 75% of their employees, and sadly enough, will probably go under. 

You have twin daughters, no where near old enough to understand, wondering why they suddenly can’t see their friends at daycare or go to the park with you after you come home from work, not that they mind all that much because they get to spend time with their dad all day.

You worry for the future. Your future, your husband’s future, the future of your little girls. Will the economy come back? Will you lose your job too? If that happens, how will we make it on unemployment alone? Will it all go back to normal in a month or so?

This pandemic has brought out the worst in my community, surrounding communities, honestly the whole country. I pray for everyone who has been impacted by this horrible virus and for all that may be impacted to come. I hope everyone grows to be more understanding, more grateful, more humble, and most importantly, more kind from this whole situation.
