Okay so this new AU has to do with two cats as brothers both seeming to have the same entity such as dream and Nightmare however one may be golden and have wings maybe like dream while the other one is black and has tentacles such as nightmare but however their personalities are switched the golden one with the wings acts more like nightmare well the one that's black with tentacles acts a lot more positive such as dream

These cats names are catchfire and blackbird

This specific are you that they're from is called either songtale or songcats but I need help choosing another name you may leave a comment of which other names I could use for this new AU but this new au was created by me 3 years ago but I have not really settled on a proper name for it yet but however everyone in this au is named after a song

Blackbird and catchfire are the two twin princes of this AU in this au in one of the twins get hurt the other twin can usually actually sense and actually feel that pain but they will have trouble knowing where the twin is but however they may have a idea for the twin may be because of where the pain may be coming from

So and wherever direction the pain came from is where one of the twins made perhaps be when they get hurt which has happened quite a bit in the story that I have made called the twin cats/Wattpad.com

I will make a fair warning though a couple parts of the story can be graphic but also can be very NSFW if any of you all are minors I would not suggest any of you to read this story but if any of you are safely over the age of 16 or over the age of 17 then you all may read this story it is a very very cute story and pretty soon in the story the two twins are actually going to have a child after all they may be brothers but they are shipped to one another

As I said this story is after three parts NSFW so if you guys are under 16 or at 16 I will not suggest any of you to read the story but if you guys are 17 and over 17 you are all suggested to read the story it's a very cute and sweet story about two princes but one other spoiler their parents are no longer to be after the first or second part

But one other thing I'm going to say is yes I do need a proper name for this new AU they are all based off songs and they're all animal-based this AU has to be named something like songcats or catsong or songtale or songtwins

I'm not sure of a proper name for this au but I'm going to leave the decision up to you guys about which name gets to be my new au's name

New Undertale AU? (if I'm accidentally stealing someone's idea that's already up please tell me)

So I have an idea for an AU called songtale (and songfell because I adore underfell). Essentially this is where all the monsters in the underground sing to get their emotions and points across.

I'll be trying to get a post or two up every day about what's going on in this AU but if I don't I'm sorry.

And just as a note. I can't draw, so if anyone wants to draw this and tag me or submit anything to do with this AU I would love that.

The Beginning Pt. 1

You wake up on a bed of music sheets with a slight headache. You don't remember anything, except your name. You looked up seeing a huge hole letting light into the cavern; however, no matter how hard you try to remember why you were down here, you just couldn't. You stood up and wiped your pants free of dust. You looked at your clothes seeing that you were wearing jean shorts, brown leather boots, and (f/c) sweater with (2/f/c). You took a look around the room and spot a piano with a microphone next to it not too far away. For some reason you decided to walk to the microphone; thus, you see that it's not hooked up to anything. You laughed softly and tapped it anyway, pretending you were about to preform in front of a large crowd. You cleared your throat and hummed softly, before letting lyrics leave your lips singing a song you never knew before. "You're alone, you're on your own, so what? Have you gone blind? Have you forgotten what you have and what is yours?" Your voice rang through the room as you sang the song, and soon someone was playing the piano and singing with you. You're singing came to a stop and you quickly become curious about your partner. You looked at the piano and saw a boy about your age, gracefully playing and singing. He was wearing a pair of jeans and a green sweater with a single yellow stripe around the middle of his torso. His hair was to his shoulders and a beautiful shade of brown. He looked over at you and smiled softly, his reddish brown eyes urging you to continue you with the song. You nodded slowly and started to sing again. "Glass half empty, glass half full Well either way you won't be going thirsty. Count your blessings not your flaws." "You've got it all You lost your mind in the sound There's so much more You can reclaim your crown You're in control Rid of the monsters inside your head Put all your faults to bed You can be king again..." "You don't get what all this is about You're too wrapped up in your self doubt You've got that young blood, set it free." When you turned around to say goodbye, he was already gone. You sighed and smiled softly, before picking up the sheets of music and looking over them. For some reason you understand the notes. You fold the papers and place the in your jean pockets. You spot an arch down the hall and tilt your head a bit confused of why you didn't see it before. You walk through the hallway and then through the purple arch. You ended up in a room with a large oval of grass with light coming down on it, and there in the middle of the oval was a single buttercup flower with a face. "Howdy! I'm Flowey, Flowey the flower." ((A/N Hello there beautiful! *wink*. Welcome to songtale! An undertale au. Now you must be wondering where's the pictures? Well, I don't have a computer to do drawings on and I wouldn't have the time to draw in paper and pencil unless I have time to do it, which isn't very often. Where does night songtale take place?

Nightsongtale takes place above ground after the barrier has been broken by song frisk giving up her soul song. Mostly the place takes place in the nightclub TheLAB that Suave and Mixer run (and a few humans)

We are working on getting the tumblr going with character sheets and hopefully the story out on aoe3

Please don't steal my art!

This is my OC Brokensong Sans. I came up with the name of the AU but there might be the same AU by someone else that I don't know about, if so, sorry?

I have more characters for the AU and my other AU Songtale (again if there is the same AU, I'm sorry). I plan on drawing them at some point but I don't know when that will be.

I do have a story that I have started for Brokensong, if enough people want to see it I'll put it on here. It is not a comic though, I'm not that good at drawing yet.

Also, if you want me to draw an Undertale AU character I am taking requests, they can be from one of my AUs or another one. And if you want them doing something just ask. This will help me build my drawing skills and maybe in the future there will be a comic from me.

If you have any questions just ask, please. I hope you enjoy what comes in the future.

SongTale AU Idea

Haha, found the DanceTale AU and had an idea. Its called....SongTale!

It’s kinda inspired by the Silverwing Series, which i quite like.

Basically:

Monsters are able to create attacks with their song. Each monster has their own unique song to sing with. They often get together for karaoke parties and sing-offs.

Monsters usually have a preferred instrument that they often play to when singing.

Unknown to them, monsters actually live off of their songs and they are literally made of sound. Fortunately, singing for ages in a place with no sky caused songs to bounce everywhere, sustaining them quite well.

Asgore wants (maybe) to take the human souls not just to break the barrier, but to also give a piece of the human souls to each and every monster so that they live outside the underground, where sound sustains them less.

Song battles are often fought through the underground, usually for fun. There are often two sides, the attacker and the defender. The attacker sings a melody unique to themselves, and the defender has to sing a harmony, along to the melody, or an accompaniment to the song to avoid getting hit. They each take turns. It all relies on skill.

When monsters sing with each other, it gives them a surge of energy and their souls resonate. Their song styles can be different from each other but will merge into a beautiful song nonetheless. Sometimes only the instrument is used in a song.

When the humans fell, the queen found them. She taught them of song, and each found their own unique voice, but were unable to make their way past the king. All the monsters felt a surge of energy each time a human fell, but shrugged it off for they didn't know what it was.

I’m not sure if i would actually create something like this. I just really liked that idea and expanded alittle on it

History of Monsters (under a cut)

Once, humans lived with monsters and everyone lived in harmony. The princess of the human king was friends with most of the monsters. She had a beautiful voice that could sometimes bring things even into reality.

One day, a war broke out. And long story short, the monsters were completely massacred. In the end, the humans thought about what they had done, and decided to preserve the souls of the recently fallen, sorta as a memento. They stored the souls in Mount Ebott, but created a barrier if the souls were to rebel.

The princess, stricken with grief, climbed Mount Ebott to be alone. She accidentally fell into a hole in Mount Ebott and there, she found the souls of all her friends. She sang to them, a clear voice, heartfelt and soft, that flowed through the whole underground. And through her voice, the monsters were recreated in sound. They each found their own voice and they, quite literally, sang for a living. The princess, overjoyed, stayed with them for a long time.

She became like the monster royal family's own daughter, giving hope and joy to the underground and, most importantly, music. She would sing and play with her adopted brother Asriel.

Until she lost her voice. She couldn't live on without singing. So she made a plan with Asriel.

She died one night. Asriel absorbed her soul and sang a path through the barrier. There they were to take six more souls to break the barrier, the princess's final gift to the monsters.

Asriel carried the princess's body through the barrier. The villagers saw and immediately recognized the princess's body. Thinking that Asriel killed her, they fought him. The princess, enraged in Asriel's mind, tried to fight back, but Asriel couldn't. He didn't want to hurt the people. And because he was defenseless without attacking and partially made of sound, he was greatly wounded. He stumbled back across the barrier and sang one final song to a golden flower, and dissipated.

The king and queen were devastated to find both children dead in one night. Blinded by rage and dismay, the king ordered that every human who falls down must be killed and their soul taken. The queen, against his rule, left him and ran away. And from that point on, the monsters had to sing for themselves, because they had no human voice to sustain them.

As time passed, the monsters adapted to their weaker bodies but still sang for a lifetime. They forgot that they had a human friend who once helped them and even what a human looks like, but hears the rule the king issued.

Songtale Frisk

Alright, so I've been gone for awhile (my apologies) but I now have a few ideas for certain characters.

For Frisk I don't have any specific songs in mind, but I feel like the style they would sing would be almost like a music box or lullaby. Soft, sweet, and meant to calm more than anything. This is the idea for a very Pacifist Frisk.

Tell me if youve heard this one

I’ve had an idea for a loosely related/updated webcomic for undertale au but i dont know if anyone knows if something exactly the same exists yet

The idea is tv audition talent show where several monsters audition, pap does surprisingly well at signing and his general positivity draws in huge fan numbers. Sans comes along to support (“yeah so my bro is super cool, you should totally put him in ;D”) and whoopsw sans is way popular/secretly super good at voice stuff too but doesnt really put effort in bc heh imma a boring pile o bones. They put him in, various degrees of comedy skits and banter. Several other monsters also win, along with (attempted) anon-style humans

This works better with comic style than written style imo, but i dont know if this specific type of songster au exists yet?

If i make it, i want to put it under its own blog title for simplicity sake. Something like songtale or auditiontale? But catchier.

Anywho PEOPLE TELL ME ABOUT MUSIC AUS PLEASE
