So it's not a dream? [Ray x f!reader] [contains spoilers] part 2

Summary: ray and reader swapped bodies (soulmate au) ray's timeline is that they're still with mujika and sonju, while reader is with norman at the time he escape

Warning: mentions of dying, trauma, curse words, death, please tell me if i miss anything ;-;

Her back ached, has she been stirring during her slumber? Before she could answer her own question, she was tackled by two boys, both had weird hair and wearing a white long jacket, making her think that they're scientists. The [hair.color] flinch at the impact of the hug, they being so cloose to her which was making her very uncomfortable.

[Name] woke up at the sound of running, according to the footsteps it sound like there are two of them. she went back to sleep, not wanting to be interrupted.

"Ray! Can we go hunting with you, right?!" The onion hair-shaped boy exclaimed, followed by a "yeah!" On the other.

Emma instructed everyone that she and Ray are going on hunting for food with sonju and mujika, the two wanted to join too. A little adventure won’t hurt.

the [eye.color] eyed had a different perspective between the three on them.

Hunting. That word send shivers down her spine, flashbacks running through her head. When she was running, running for her life. Those beast chasing her like a Rabbit getting hunt by wolves. Pouncing at her trying to take a bite.

"Hunting? Again? why am I not suprised, of course you're gonna throw me in again." Her masculine voice caught her by surprise but her angered sarcastic tone is still there, she didn't even notice that her left eye was covered with her...hair?

Thoma and Lani shared a confused look. Did he woke up in the wrong side of bed err-- floor? Ray's glaring eyes pierced through them, making them shiver a little.

"Throw you where Ray? You're the strong on here!" The dark-haired boy tried to shake off the tension that was building up, lighting up the mood can help right?

Strong? Is the drug already acting up?

She looked down at her arms, muscles are formed, she can saw her(ray's) biceps are big and quite muscular.

Drug is now showing effect, am I dying? What about the others? Where am i? Did the bomb work? -

"What are you saying Ray? We escaped right? You're not gonna die, no one is.." Thoma nudges Lani, signaling him to go get emma and the otehrs, and of course Lani obeyed. Slowly backing up and before going on the run when he reaches the entrance of the tunnel. "...and what do you mean by bomb?" [Name] realized she said her thoughts out loud, making her panic when the boy signaled his friend.

He's getting the others to..

"You're trying to get the others... you're gonna put things in me again, aren't you?!"

The boy flinched the tone of Ray's voice, he never raised his voice like that, not to them anyways.

"What do you mean?... we're never hurt you, we're famil-"

"Family...?" [Name] scoffed, turning her head away, shaking it in disbelief.

Family? That word exists?

"FAMILY DON'T PUT EXPERIMENTS ON YOU!" She felt furious, seriously? After all of they did her? She will call them family?

Bad memories are comming back to her, those things that are injected to her, causing her body to tremble, and making it hard for her to breathe, which cause her not to talk and just focus on breathing.

She turned her head back at the small boy, her eyes widden when she saw him holding back a sob, tears running down his cheeks, while his fist clenched into a ball. At this moment, she realizes that he's still a child...

"H-hey, I'm sorry I yelled.."

"No no no no, Ray! It's okay! You had a nightmare, I know you didn't mean it!" He smiled at the teenager before quickly wipped his tears in his sleeves, sobbing quietly. He doesn't like being yelled at, especially by Ray.

[Name] debate in her head wither she take this opportunity to run, or comfort the kid. She shakingly reach out to Thoma and awkwardly hug him. "Um... sorry, I just got overwhelmed.." she whispered, still uncomfortable with the sound of her voice and the stranger.

The raven-haired boy snuggled up to Ray, liking the warmness that was given to him. He doesn't know what's going through his brother's head, or why is he acting like that, but due to the comfort, he doesn't want this moment to end.

Just like they say, good things must come to an end. The moment was broke when they heard many footsteps running towards them, the [hair.color] was quick to put the boy behind her, glaring at the entrance of the cave, her heart (Ray's (1)) hammering at her (ray's (2)) chest. A bunch of people went running in, all of them have worried faces.

The first one to approach them was a teenage girl with a bright orange hair, "Ray! Are you alright-"

"Stay back! Don't touch me! Go away!" She was panicking, there are so many people stepping close to her. She can see that they're all just kids, but with the jacket, she assumed that they're trainees. Training to be a scientist, to make people like her, suffer.

Her(ray's (3)) body and froze as well as her thoughts, a huge beast stepped into the room, it's a lot taller than the ones she have met, the spear in its hands made her blood run cold.

"Ray, calm down." Sonju calmly stepped forward.

"[Name] calm down, you can trust us, we don't eat humans. All you have to do is sit here, it will hurt a bit, but we will make you feel better. No more suffering..."

"Ray-"

"NO, NO, NO STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM US. DON'T YOU DARE LAY A FINGER ON ME NOR THIS BOY, OR I WILL TEAR YOU APART-"

She felt a bang on her head, knocking her unconscious.

Ray can't believe want happend, that was even worse than he imagined. He cringe at the thought of him being at that state,

It's clear that she's bluffing, she doesn't have any weapons on her, and according to her body she's not that strong either.

"Sorry, I have to knocked you out, Ray" Don started, "I figured that it will be the only way to calm you down, since we're all in the room, i know it can be overwhelming at times".

The green-haired turnes to Ray and asked "you really don't remember?" Mostly everyone turned to the Raven-head.

With an arch brow, he replyed "Not really, sorry"

This just confirms it. We really switched bodies... Does that mean, norman really is alive...? According to the people around us, we acted out of character.

"What date was yesterday?"

"Um... friday, [day n month] ?" The tall boy hesitantly answered, "right?"

"Yeah, thanks don." Ray paused, "I need sometime to think, I'll wash the dishes."

With that he got up, but before he completely got out of the room he turned. "Thoma, Lani, can I speak with you guys?"

"[-me]... [name]..."

Did they killed me...?

"[NAME]! Are you alright?" Cislo shaked her awake, a worry writed all over his face. Barbara and zazie not far behind, with the same expression.

"You suddenly screamed, are you okay? Did you get hurt?"

Heavy breathing, she sat up holding her aching head. " 'm fine, don't worry," she paused, noticing that she felt different, she felt like her body is heavier than before.

looking down, her once skeleton like body turn into [body.type] muscle are now visible here and there. "It's just the drugs."

She took a deep breath trying to calm her racing heart from a nightmare.

Wait...? She can breathe normally now, so this is the effect of the drugs.

The [eye.color] eyed took in her surroundings, making confused on how she got here. Turning to her friend, "where are we?"

"We're in a forest [name]" cislo gently smiled at her.

Wait- what? How did she...?

"Was i asleep when we escape? Sorry if you have to carry me" she pat the older boy on the back, thinking that he carried her since he's the strong one on the group.

"What do you mean? We ran all the way here, did you forget again? Just like how you forgot my name last night?" He chuckled at her. He thinks it's the drugs that made her forget things, and that's okay to him. It's normal.

[Name] is now confused, she can't remember the events that had happen last night. The only thing she remembers was her dream.

Now that she mentioned it, the dream was odd. They keep called her "Ray"...

"Who?" The white haired teen, turned and face her. His expression was unreadable.

"Huh...?" She asked, looking up to their savior.

"The name. The one you just muttered."

"You mean, 'Ray' ?"

"Where have you heared that" Norman kneeled down, meeting her level.

"In my dream." The boy infront of her looked at her with amusement, but you can tell he's deep in thought. "Why do you asked...?"

He must have snapped into reality since he lightly shook his head, he looked at her and said. "I would like to have a conversation with you privately, if that's alright with you?"

"Do you remember, any events yesterday night?" The albino paced infornt of her, trying to think of the possible things that may have caused this.

She called me norman yesterday, now she mumbled ray's name. There must be a reason, correct?

"Um, i think its when i planted the bombs near the control room when they left me infront of the... hunting area."

Norman shook his head and finally turn to face her, "I meant, the events when we escaped, do you remember our conversation? By the fire?" He look intensely into her eyes, full of curiosity.

"I'm afraid not, I'm sorry."

Norman hesitated if he should ask her about the "Ray" thing earlier. "How do you... know Ray?"

"I don't exactly know him, but everyone in my dream keeps calling me that."

"Is there a girl with bright orange hair and green eyes?"

Wow, that's too much detail to be a guess.

"Yes actually, how do you know?" Her brows knit together, staring at her boss suspiciously.

How many rays did i said? Ksksksksksks, Have a great day/night everyone, i hope you enjoy. And before you asked, yes I'm planning to make a part 3, but I've been busy so, I'll try my best, stay safe, and drink a lot of water <3

Norman seemed unbothered by her stare and just stood up, "I'll explain later, for now we need to keep moving, demons learking around might find us."

Note: this ones diolouge heavy my bad, and I might take a break to write some other x male readers or just x readers general,

Y/n rushed into the bar, everyone held at gunpoint.

"Stay down." Isabella argued, a foot on Wrecker's back as she held his own blaster to his head.

Jacob and Evie had both Tech and Hunter at blaster point.

"Hey! Stand down! Stand Down!" Y/n deamnded, hands in the air, "stand down!"

"I found another one." Sonju spoke walking in with Cid at spear point.

The three kids surronding Omega just in case with there own knives and blasters out.

"Stand down!" Y/n demanded once agian.

Everyone slowly lowered there weapons.

"Okay. Good. Connor get out here!" Y/n demanded, everyone pocketing there blasters and knifes as the many stepped out from the dark.

"We were very unprepaired for that..." Tech spoke under his breath.

"Y/n?" Wrecker questioned as Isabella picked him up to his feet, "haha! Y/n!"

Y/n was immediately pulled into a hug, being picked up even as he chuckled, "Yeah, Hiya Wrecker."

"You've got a lot of explaining to do!" Cid argued walking up on Y/n as Wrecker set him down, "comin in barging into my place like you own it!"

"Correction. They very stealthily snuck in." Tech corrected.

Y/n looked down at the lady, "Shut it goggles! You-" Cid turned back to Y/n, "Better start explaining!"

"We tracked the ship." Sonju spoke.

"Uh no. I tracked the ship." Ray commented stepping up to Y/n's side.

"None the less we came for him." Connor spoke his arms crossed and now besides Y/n as well, gesturing towarss Echo.

"Me?" Echo spoke.

"We'll pay for any damage done." Y/n spoke.

"Good because someone broke my desk!" Cid argued as Sonju shrugged.

"I put a slice in it I didn't break it." Sonju told Y/n.

"I told you we werent killing anyone." Y/n told him.

"Well." Sonju spoke, "I swung. Oh well."

Y/n sighed, "comn mujika she'll come and bring credits."

"Yeah yeah.." Sonju spoke walking towards the door and up the steps to go to the street.

"Then I apologize for my friend. We're quiet jumpy, and are use to having to fight. That was Sonju,' Y/n told, "We'll be on our way once the credits are given to you."

Cid growled, "Im tired if you and your friends makin a mess of my place!' Cid shouted at Hunter walking away and back to her office.

Y/n crossed his arms, the others coming in to speak to him.

"It's been a while..." Hunter greeted.

"It has indeed." Y/n spoke, "Surpised?"

"Quiet a bit." Tech answered, "after all you teaming up in a sith lord and the crime syndicate."

"Im not teamed up with them they owe me." Y/n told, leaning onto the nearby counter, "but that doesn't matter, meet part of my team. Connor, the frye twins Evie and Jacob, Emma, Norman, Ray, Isabella, and Sonju went to het Mujika."

"Yes they were on Zut with us, some of them." Tech repsonded.

Y/n nodded, "Guys meet clone force 99, Hunter, Wrecker, Tech, Echo, and Omega."

The group nodded in greeting as they stood on one side of Y/n.

"Why come find us?" Hunter questioned, "i have a feel its not for a reunion."

Y/n looked at the clones, holding eye contact with Echo for a momment.

"No. It isnt." Y/n spoke pushing off the counter standing back up straight, "We may need help."

"Help with what?" Wrecker questioned.

"You all know about Order 66?"

They nodded

"Good, that chancellor? He's a liar, he played us." Y/n seethed, "he played all of us, the republic? The Sepertist? It was a game for him to watch, so he could gain power. He used the jedi, used the battle droids- we have a plan."

"A plan?" Hunter questioned.

"Our first attacks consist of research facilities." Y/n told, "places where they expirement on people like some of us. The end goal is to kill the chancellor."

"There's one problem." Hunter told, "Crosshair's with the empire."

"I know." Y/n told him, "we talked."

"You talked to Crosshair! He knew who you were?" Wrecker cheered.

"It wasn't a happy reunion. If you could call it that even." Y/n answered, "Reason wasn't in his books that day it seemed, I know of the Inhibitor chips. It was my parents who created them, seems they're leading scientest for the empire so I do not blame him for it."

The brothers went solemnly quiet, Mujika breaking the silence as she came down with Sonju a bag of credits at hand.

"Rosyln. I have the credits." She smiled walking over to him.

"Thank you." He spoke taking them and setting the bag on the counter, "Mujika meet the bad batch."

She bowed her head shortly in response, "It's nice to meet you. I also hate to rush us along but we must get going. Remember?"

"Yes. Unfortunately." Y/n responded.

"Wait. You're not staying?" Echo questioned.

Y/n looked back at his group, "Go ahead. I'll meet you there."

They left without another word. Ray making sure he waved to Omega who had seemed infautated with there small trio of kick ass kids that consisted of himself Emma and Norman. Y/n smiled smally watching them leave. Sonju staying by his side still.

"You too." Y/n told him, "I'll be fine trust me."

Sonju looked at the group then turned around walking off to follow his own group. Y/n turned back towards the clones.

"You gonna tell us whats really happening then?" Hunter demanded.

"I told you." Y/n responded.

"So no? No comment about anything you gave us?-"

"There's nothing to tell. You saw it. Why must I talk about it." Y/n argued.

"Nothing to talk about? Are you serious-"

"I didn't come to argue. Especially not with you Hunter." Y/n defended, "I didn't even come for you. I came for Echo."

"Well too bad because you come for him, you come for all of us." Hunter responded, anger dripped from his voice.

"I use to think the same, but that doesnt work anymore" Y/n told, turning around he walked away.

"You're serious?! You're leaving!?" Echo argued heartbroken, "We need you're help either we like it or not."

Echo looked back at Hunter who still held his glare towards Y/n, "You know it Hunter- We can't Crosshair back! Not without help!"

Y/n took a short glance at Echo, "Y/n. Please. I want you here. I need you here. We all do!"

"I can't just abanon my people Echo." Y/n told him, but with that sentence Echo's eyes filled with heartbreak and fear, "I. If Hunter allows it, we'll be leaving next rotation. You...and maybe the others will join us back to our planet after you report back."

Echo looked back towards Hunter, Hunter still wearing his glare, but seeing Echo's look of despiration he cracked, his gaze dropped.

"Be back with a report early." Hunter demanded as Y/n turned away to walk off, Echo grabbing his helmet on the way out as he followed quickly.

Echo stayed close as they walked through the streets, Watchung Y/n's hands sway by his side. Slolwy he reached out, his gloved fingers kissing Y/n's hands. Y/n pulled his hand away.

"N-not now Echo..." he spoke, his teeth gritted as he rushed through the streets, he was obviously in pain, and all of the sudden.

"Are you okay?" Echo questioned.

"Just...lets get to the ship." Y/n spoke, Sonju was waiting for them at the ramp.

"You brought one? Why?" Sonju pressed, but seen Y/n's face, he immediately dug around in one of his belts pouches, handing him a vile, "here."

Y/n took it quickly, "Just bring Echo inside-"

"Come on." Sonju spoke pushing the clone along.

"What- no! What's happening!-"

"Just go!" Sonju argued pulling him inside.

Y/n quickly pulled the viles top off, drinking the thick dark red liquid as quick as he could, chugging it he pulled it from his lips, panting heavily from his lack of air.

Mujika walked out of the ship standing on the ramp.

"Sonju told me what happened, you're days of consumption are getting farther and farther apart." She spoke.

Y/n turned his head looking up at her, "good." Wipping his mouth with the back of his forearm.

"There's no shame in it." Mujika spoke, "you didn't do this to yourself."

"I...I know." Y/n spoke finally his breath caught up and he was standing tall again.

"So." Mujika spoke, "Who's your tall pale handsome ghosy lookin husband?"

Y/n flushed, "Really Mujika?!"

"What! Oh come on! I seen the way he was looking at you during that tense conversation," She teased happily, "We're cellmates after all you can't hide anything from me."

Y/n chuckled rubbing the nape of his neck, "you really do know me too well."

Mujika smiled, watching Y/n hop onto the ramp, standing by her side, "Lets go in I'm dieing for some solid food."

The two walked into the ship together. In silence but with small smiles on there faces.

"See, I built it." Emma praised herself a traditional bow in hand, "It's not a fancy blaster bow or light bow but I like it. Connor helped me make it better- he's from the inner rim! And he's from a tribe- I don't know which planet though."

Y/n watched, Echo sat down infront of Emma who was glad to make him her friend, he smiled at her as it was handed to him.

"It's made from wood from Kashyyyk!"

"Impressive." Echo congratulated as Emma smiled happily, "all I have is a blaster pistol."

They exchanged weapons, "Yeah! But its super cool!"

It reminded him of a time, a long time ago, but a memory Echo was able to rekindle, Princess his young sister decorating Echo's face with purples, blues and reds happily, he had come just from talking to his mother about dinner. He didn't remember what was said exactly, but he remmeber Echo, with a happy smile on his face as he talked to the young girl.

Y/n leaned against the doors frame as the two switched back to there original weapons.

"Rosyln!" Emma smiled rushing over, "Sonju said you didn't feel good."

"Im better now." He smiled, "and. You can call me Y/n, after all. You like that name better right?"

Emma nodded, "Go on now Emma. Rush off. I heard Connors working on his bow again."

She nodded rushing off to Connors bunk. Y/n turned his gaze back towards Echo, who kept his gaze away.

"Are you okay?" Echo questioned, Y/n walking into the common area.

"Yeah. I am now." Y/n told him, taking a seat across from him.

It was silent, Echo still refusing to look at Y/n.

"Look..Echo, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to push you away like that." Y/n spoke, "you. Well you know."

"No. I don't."

Y/n looked over at him, "you didn't read the disk?"

"I didn't the others did." He told.

"Oh.." Y/n spoke, "Better tell you this now than later...Echo. I- the empire...when they took my family, when all the kids got traded in...they, did something-to me- they expirement on me- Echo I can't eat like a normal person."

Echo side-eyed him softly asking to contuine, "Echo they turned me into a cannibal. I didn't realize what they had done till I ate my first person. A um. 501st trooper. Dogma."

"What-"

"He was my cellamte through the walls, we'd talk to hours and hours and hours. It turned into weeks, and when I got fed finally, he was no longer there..." y/n told him, "I- I didn't realize what I was doing till they told me-"

"Hey. Hey." Echo quickly kneeled down infront of him, hand holding Y/n's face, tears falling from his eyes,"I. I can't get over the fact that you ate someone, I could never come to mind with anyone doing that, but I do know one thing. You didn't do this to yourself. You're like this your parents the empire, they used you. But it could have been stopped if I had just come for you in the first place."

"No- Echo, it's not you're fault," he sobbed out quietly.

"You've done so much for me. And I just left you there. It's my fault what happened to you."

Y/n shook his head,

"You loved me at my lowest, its when I met you." Echo spilled his heart out, "Just let me love you at your lowest, I want to lead you this time. I love you no matter what Y/n. I'll follow you anywhere even into death just to prove it, I won't loose you again."

There foreheads rested on one anothers, Echo wipping away his tears with a gloved hand.

"You need some privacy. Where's your bunk?" Echo questioned.

"Down the hall on the right..." Y/n sobbed out, Echo helping him stand up carefully as they made it down the hall.

Y/n felt lucky, everyone away in there bunks or in thr cockpit as him and Echo traveled down the hall to his room. He stayed alone in his room, the top bunk being used as a shelf where things like a blaster sat, room fairly clean.

Echo walked him over to his bunk sitting him down carefully, Y/n pulling him into his lap where he rested his head on Echo's shoulder

"It's okay. You're okay." Echo spoke softly, his chin resting on Y/n's head resting on his knees for height as Y/n's sobs slowly calmed down to sniffles, "I'm here. I've got you."

Y/n kissed Echo's neck covered in his blacks softly in love and thanks. It had been so long since they had been so close. Taking them back to a time where things were so much happier with both them. Times of rolling around in grass or laying on the bed after a passionate love session. A smile on both of there faces as they looked at one another in silence. Which usually led to a random laughing fit.

Y/n's arms wrapped around Echo tighter, pulling his head away Y/n looked up at him almsot in awe as Echo's gazed down at him, smiling softly he leaned down kissing Y/n's lips, Y/n kissed back the last of his tears falling from his eyes as Echo's hand held his face. Y/n letting out a small hum in pleasure, Echo pushing him to his back.

Y/n fell down onto the bunk softly, shifting under Echo as he fully shifted onto the bunk, Echo raising his leg planted onto the floor onto the bunk, his body laying ontop of Y/n's. He broke away shortly there foreheads rested on one anothers again.

"I love you Y/n."

"I love you too Echo."

Mijika x Reader: Demon Tamer

You and the kids ran be chase by a demon, and you helped Emma go help Ray but something happen.

“Y/n this way” Emma said helping out Ray till a demon was right behind you. *Oh shit* you thought *This wasn’t the plan at all* you ran till they cornered you. You try to fight it off but by accident you touched it, then something happen it wasn’t attacking you ad when others came you thought. *It would be great this thing helped me*, then you shall two demons fight you watched *Did i do this-* your thought were cut off by remembering Emma and Ray you were running till you shall two people but you were tired just so tired *What happening to me was it that demon what is happening*.

You woke up in a cave of some sort, you remembered everything before you passed out. You quickly got up got some light from these plants to find Ray doing the same thing. “Ray your okay” you said hugging him and hugged you back “Wait we need to find Emma” you nod and when you found Emma she looked like she was still sleeping. You both woke her up and when she shall you both she hugged you both you smiled knowing your two best friends were safe. You all got out seeing what Ray found out to be a demon and was reunited with the rest of your siblings. When it was time to eat you sat with Ray and Emma like always till the tall male demon Sonju asked you about the demon fight.

“Oh may i ask them about it” the female demon said to soon you find out the name to be Mujika. “Um sure all i did was touch it and boom it stopped and when i thought about something for the thing to do and it did it” “I thought they were all dead” Sonju thought “What do you mean suppose to be dead” Ray said angrily “But are you okay Y/n” “I will talk to Y/n about it later and they can decide if they want to tell you or not”.

The next day after getting yelled at by Gilda you hanged around Mujika just talking. “And thank you again for helping me and my siblings out” “No problem” you smiled at her knowing she was a good demon to trust. “So did Sonju talk to you yet” “No i was wondering about that” .

“Well years ago around the time when the demons and Humans were fighting a demon felt bad so they gave them abilities to help fight back the demons. One can tame for what they call wild demons, two can fight demons who are all ready inteligente they can turn them back into wild demons, three can only control fused demons, and four well they can do all that and i think they were named the Demon tamers”.
