the shadow self is all the parts that have become fragmented from being whole, healing means becoming whole, it’s an illusion that we’re separate, when you incarnate as white light into the physical vessel the white light fragments into the body and self organizes by vibrational frequency, but essentially that fragmentation is a temporary experience until the vessel wakes up consciousness to remember that it is white light again, the shadow self is all the fragmented parts that haven’t remembered they are white light,, so to heal all we have to do it’s super simple, get to the fractalized parts of yourself and walk them back to the light or allow them to see themselves as white light again. our life is a journey of learning unconditional love because unconditional love is that white light and you become white light when you are unconditional love. this gives you the ability of seeing yourself and all things as a part of you, you break the matrix , you’re seeing beyond the veil of separation into the unity that is all, and the fact that you create your reality. the way the mechanisms of this hologram work are that you project into your reality, your dna code stores information of fractalized experiences past and present, projects through the self organized system of the chakras into your everyday life in order to create a “life “ the life is the sequence of experiences in order for you to experience. infinite consciousness learns through you, you and i we’re a spectrum of different experiences. white light holds the spectrum of all vibrational colors learning through all the different colors, green, blue, pink , orange.. it learns and it experiences and through this it expands it’s own range of colors essentially. that’s why we can’t take this life that serious and we also have to understand that it’s very short it’s a very short temporary moment of experience that you’re here to have. many of you have such heavy heavy traumas and hearts so we gotta get that going.. because it doesn’t exist right now, and if you’re going through a hard time right now we have to readjust our perception to remember that this is a temporary experience. but we also need to understand how we got there because we got there because we wanted to get there ok. you wanted to experience that suffering, if you don’t know how you got there you better know because otherwise you’re gonna keep getting there over and over again and that’s the mechanisms of this experience because that’s what it’s for.being fearful of not being accepted by other’s in such a strong way that you hinder your own expression is an example, to change this shadow part of you which is the judgemental part of yourself.. immediately come into self love, self acceptance and remember that your acceptance doesn’t come from the external it comes from the internal, you immediately shift that program and you begin to expand

Jeina explaining what a flare is to Will.

She beckoned him to stand beside her at the open edge of the solid white cement patio, “Look out there. What do you see?”

He scanned the area. 

The small valley stretched out before them in the waning daylight as clouds drifted overhead, disappearing behind the low mountains. Puddles speckled the dirt from a fresh rain. Water droplets glittered in the blades of grass.

 The scene pulled every detail out of his dream. He knew this valley, including the bleached white chunks of masonry spotted all over it. At first he wondered why, then recalled that he had seen it when he’d sat on top of the ship. But he was far away on the ridge then. How could he know the up close details?

“I see…yarf, nathreep, a lake, clouds, rocks that don't look like they belong…It’s just a valley.”

“Anything else?”

“The…ring? And three floating islands - those are still really cool.”

“And?”

He bit his lip. That wasn’t all he saw. What he’d first noticed was blatantly obvious. But if he mentioned it, she might mimic Siffon and think he was nuts. Or she could mimic Yune, and further prove that he and his twin weren’t hallucinating.

Might as well take the risk. He could always pretend he made it up if she didn’t believe him, “There’s a blue light hovering above that rock over there,” he pointed to the nearest large rock. 

“Good. That one just showed up. I was going to bring it into the house, but you saved me a trip,” she smiled at his expression of awe.

“You can see them? Do you know what they are?”

“They’re called flares. They’re localized high concentrations of Source Field energy that appear anywhere at random,” she tucked her hands into her pockets.

“What’s a Source Field?”

“The Source Field is an energy field that appears as a blue light to those who can see it. It exists everywhere. It’s the life force of the galaxy itself.”

He tried to fathom how the galaxy could have a life force, but failed. 

She left him with that new information to retrieve the light from its place, scooped her left hand under it, and carried it back.

He backpedaled away as if she held a bomb.

“There’s no need to be afraid of it.”

“Says you. They bite.”

“...Did you absorb a flare, Will?”

He suddenly felt the spur that he’d done something wrong and got defensive. “Not on purpose.” He kept his eyes glued to the shifting blue ball of light. A small tail of illumination streamed upward from it. 

She realized at that moment why this young boy had fallen into a lighrey even after absorbing all the energy of his companion; he had used the stolen energy to fight against the invading force of a flare. He either absorbed it by accident trying too hard to interact with it, or lost so much of his own energy that he involuntarily took it out of desperation - like a starving person will eat grass just to find food. She’d put her money on the latter, considering their circumstances.

He shuddered at the memory of that feeling, “It hurt.”

“Well, of course it did. Field energy and Living Source energy aren’t compatible. You can’t use it to replace what you lost.”

“Why not?”

“It’s not ‘alive’ in the sense that you are.”

He recalled the brief -yet-vague lesson from the cave. “Light poisoning. That’s what Yune called it.”

That one statement told her more about that other young man than she’d learned since they’d arrived.

She let the flare go to hover in the air between them. Its fluctuating light cast a soft cerulean glow on its immediate surroundings, including them. 

Curiosity overrode his trepidation. He stepped closer, but avoided touching it, “What makes them?”

“Have you ever seen a whirlpool?”

“Like when you flush a toilet?”

She blinked. Of course a ten year old would come up with that analogy, “Um...ok, that works, I suppose,” she cleared her throat, trying to get that image out of her head, “Sometimes the flow of Field energy entwines to create eddies, gathering more and more energy until it ‘flares up.’ Some only exist for a few seconds, some can last for hundreds of years. There’s no way to know how long a flare will last. The stronger the Field energy is in a location, the more flares you’ll see.” 

He reached out for it, though a shot of warning made him back up, “Ok, but I’m still never touching a toilet tornado ever again.”

“Please don’t call it that. That’s disgusting,” she moved it off to the side.

“Keep that thing away from me and we have a deal.”

This boy was stubborn, like the other one on the couch. He would eventually learn to manipulate flares, but not today. 

It evaporated at her touch into a mist that dissipated into the evening light. “You needed to know about the Source Field to begin to understand the nature of the lighrey, and yourself.”

I was reading some manifestation posts, and I realized a few things that I've learned should probably be spread in the community ...

You cannot manifest outside of your karma. Karma is just unfinished business. If you have things from the past that you are holding onto by resisting them, and they relate to your desires, you must heal from that and learn to release it before you can manifest that thing.

All you "need" to do is ask and have faith. None of this "pretending to be the one that has it." Once you have cleared the karma surrounding your manifestation, you can ask the inner man/god/source/the universe for what you desire, and thoughts and feelings aligned with that desire will come naturally to you, no force required.

All things are possible, but narrowing down your manifestation to one single possibility will likely make it take longer, as the events have to line up for you to get that desire. It's better to manifest general things, like "enough money to not have to work" instead of "$10,000". It's much easier for Source to line up events if your main goal is to be happy and comfortable, instead of fixating on a specific outcome.

Your soul/higher self/inner man/spirit is always running the show behind the scenes, so yes, technically you are always manifesting. Things will always line up to give you the best chance of success, you just have to be willing to work with what Life gives you instead of trying desperately to change it into something it's not.

Be genuinely grateful for what you have, and appreciate the world as it is. Gratitude and love for all that is will 100% help you manifest more things for you to appreciate, even if you aren't trying to manifest at all.

I was weary Abt posting this because I know how desperate some of you are to have control of your life, but I promise that turning away from that and learning to trust Life to have your back makes things infinitely easier.

You as a human cannot control reality, but you as a soul can. Ask your soul for help, give your manifestations and your worries to it, and you will be grateful when you reap the rewards 🥰

I also just want to reiterate that healing is SUPER important to this journey. Almost everyone on the planet has a large amount of unhealed karma, which limits your manifestation potential. Ask your soul to help you heal your karma, and be committed to following its guidance.
