デゴルジュマンで生誕祭前祝い

Twitterでお馴染みのメンバー？とデゴルジュマンで泡大将のお誕生日の前祝い。

DELAMOTTE 2012(マグナム)/ 1985(マグナム)

2012の方は持続性のある泡、非常に芳ばしさがある香り。カシューナッツにメープルシロップ、バタービスケットなど。

1985の方はほとんど泡は見られない。紹興酒、蜂蜜などの熟成した香り。酸は細いが綺麗に伸びる。余韻は長く、凝縮感はあるが軽やか。

EGLY-OURIET 2008

この日一番気に入ったのはコレ。エグリ・ウーリエ2008。最高に美味しかった！まず、とても美しい泡立ち。黄金色の液体にそよそよ立ち昇る泡がとても優雅。少し熟成感も感じられて、紹興酒のニュアンスもほんの少しあり。酵母の自己分解はブリオッシュかな？穏やかだけど、重みがある。後味にはまだ若いレモンのような酸味。
