1928 Spanish style villa on Gibson Island, Maryland has 5bd. 6ba. $5.995M + a whopping $869 mo. HOA fee.
Yes, it’s white, but think of it as a blank slate. After all, if we have $6M to buy it, we should have the money to paint it, right? It’s a shame that the white beams just blend into the ceiling. Beautiful windows, though, w/a great view of the Magothy River.
This is a nice feature with the dining area is raised above the sitting room.
You walk thru the pantry/bar from the dining room to the kitchen.
The kitchen also has a great view of the river.
If you’re wondering where the fridge is, it’s in the storage room.
Interesting stairs- they must’ve been service stairs.
Nice renovated bath.
This looks more like a den than a family room.
The main bd. has a great view and is on the ground floor.
There’s a closet in the room, plus a walk-in.
And, this nicely renovated en-suite.
Double doors open to the garden and river.
Stairs to the 2nd fl. bds. and baths.
Nice large room with access to a terrace.
Isn’t this nice?
Seems like all of the bds. are spacious with nice en-suites.
Look at the guest house outside.
1.05 acres of land.
The views of the lake can’t be beat.
