Heyyy, so I decided to give affirming a try I’ve been seeing it everywhere. so the first day I tried it later that night I had a dream where my sp did what I affirmed I even remembered what we were wearing and where it happened at. So my question is does that mean a good thing like it’s working?

this is literally scary, i just uploaded a post about how i had a dream where my boyfriend asked me to be his girlfriend and then the next day, he literally asked me, and then you inboxed me asking this like minutes after i posted that. wild.

anyway, when you are asleep, your subconscious mind is fully awake and operating. and since your subconscious is what makes things manifest, then yes, this means that your affirmations are working. your subconscious mind is just showing you the thoughts that you are feeding it. this is also why people listen to subliminals overnight, your conscious mind is obviously asleep, therefore it can't really disagree with the subliminals, nor can you conjure up negative or opposing thoughts. keep doing what you're doing and affirming.
