Doctors less concerned than me

I know I’m a fixer but surely there is more than sickness and pain for something so damn beautiful

I believe it in the deepest depths of my soul that you can be healed

So I make an urgent plea to Mother Earth

To scoop you into her arms and breathe live into you once again

I grew up so poor. Like canned pasta and no fresh food poor. Like don’t tell dad how hungry you are because he can’t do anything poor. And today I got a raise after busting my ass for 4 years at my job after getting 3 degrees. And I got a Costco membership!!!!

I’m so happy I can feed my babies without worry and this privilege is not overseen in me. I was once hungry. This is me today. It gets better. And my kids won’t have to suffer like me. The cycle ends here

It may seem silly and small but for me, this feels like making it. 🖤

Also, Costco is hella cool- and those hot dogs 🌭 👀
