I see you’ve already gotten an ask about shigaraki/natsuo so here’s another weird ship that I’m weirdly attached to: dabi/spinner

It all started because I wanted to write a spinner-centric fic and the idea I got was “what if he gets cold easily due to his quirk and he gets snowed in with someone and has to cuddle with them for warmth” and guess who the objectively best (warmest) candidate for that is? 😂

I accidentally made myself ship it while writing it and you know what I have no regrets because spinner deserves a human heat pack and dabi deserves a cuddle buddy with thick enough skin to withstand his staple-y skin

I fuck with it so hard, bro. Love this ship very much! Yes to everything above <3

A random headcanon: i ADORE the spinner had a tail but it was lost in his childhood concept!!! it hurts a TON and also makes me accept the fact that he's tailless bc that's the only acceptable reason he shouldn't have one

General Opinion over said character: sometimes the guy that most people hate because he looks like a lizard even though this is a plot point addressed as a bad thing within the story happens to be even gayer than the actual canon LGBTQ+ characters

There's so little Spinner and Magne content and it gets even smaller when you look at ships invloving then and other league members (like spineraki, spindabi, magnetmagic, etc)

It really is sad, Mr. Compress doesn't get much either. Kurogiri's gotten more lately because of manga events, but even so it's almost all about his backstory unfortunately (not that I can point fingers, I'm absolutely feral for his backstory)
