Commissions Open I have a Ko-Fi Social Medias Character (Jamilah) © @CentaurWorks Jamilah is a freed genie, with this infinite time. And with that time, she prefers to practice and hone her martial arts skill within the deserts. She punches and kicks from day to night, letting the sand swirl and dance around her while focusing on perfecting her fighting form. We're finally here in Djinnuary! I wanted to start it off with one of my Genie characters, Jamilah. This idea has been done sort of in commission form but I wanted to work on her doing martial arts. I always saw her as more of the fighter. But MY GOODNESS, this came out beautiful! There are elements that reminds me of Genshin, I think just from the lighting and the effects around her. I went with Cel-Shading due to wanting to have a strong lighting effect around her to go with the strong kick. Experiements with Smudging, speed lines, lighting, and I think this came out really damn well!

I wear heels most of the time. Stilettos or pumps almost always at work, and chunky heeled combat boots when I'm not. If I'm not in heels I'm probably in heavy winter boots or rain boots, which are practical but don't lend themselves to agility.

So on the rare occasions when I'm wearing lightweight flats, I'm constantly aware that I'm just that much more maneuverable than usual, and for some reason that translates into an urge to spin-kick absolutely everyone in the face. Not for any reason. Just because it would be so easy. I could do it. I have the ability. Just let me do it, I'm so fast--

ngl, I got taken in by IG reels and thought Edith/Suna would indeed run off with Rhynon (coz that wouldn't be typical) so I started reading casually out of curiosity. As it turns out, they don't in fact run off together and end the plot in 3 chapters, coz that's not the untypical bit of the story.

Skywounds An AU where after reversing back time with the wish, it still keeps the injuries they got and they have a vague memory of what happened is like a swap Jay and Nya still got back together (eventually?), I dont have specifics but probably because after the whole thing, the anger mellowed out
