Ognebal

Ognebal is the Goddess of Passion and Spirit, and is among one of the few members of the Grey Sphere of Deity who are of great cultural importance among Orcs. Wood Elves, Hill Giants, Gnomes and Hobgoblins also have a number of rituals dedicated to Ognebal, and Ratlings dwelling in the Underground or in the Hazarit region are also especially inclined to worship her.

The avatars of Ognebal, when she manifests in a physical form, is that of a humanoid woman with a lean stature and four muscular arms, each of which carries a different implement. The items are mutable and shift depending on the context, but scimitars, gardening tools, scales and other measures, walking canes, books or ledgers, and writing implements are all common objects she may hold. Her apparent species itself often changes as well—usually she appears somewhat Human-like, but can have features which also make her appear Orcish, Elven, or Hobgoblin. Sacrificial offerings to Ognebal, when made, tend to be made of salts—though the cultures who worship her vary on how they present these and what salts exactly are given. Her symbols are the eternal flame, the disembodied heart, and the boar.

connecting to water spirit

1. strengthen your intuition. stop looking for outside proof and trust yourself. listen to the callings of your heart. if it feels wrong, don’t do it. if it feels right, trust that. also, work with the cycles of the moon.
