For the last week I have been working on one fairly large-scale project, which is spontaneous, a little grateful and generally full of bright feelings.

my biggest issue watching supernatural is that I simply do not care for the 'hot bod' fanservice. like yes messers padalecki and ackles your abs are very impressive that must have taken a lot of hard work now can you please cover yourself in blood and lie on the floor and pretend to be dead while the other one loses themselves to grief at the sight of it? much sexier like that.

i want little spoon castiel mainly because I am projecting and I want him to be held. but my justification for this is that I think dean would just really like holding him, having the ability to like. reassure himself of cas' presence like that. atleast for a while after the empty rescue. (or even post s12 finale!!) close contender to this is them just sleeping facing each other. which would also work for them i think.

the thing is that i do not care if someone wants to steer clear of the whole mess of sam & dean and the dynamics of abuse going on there, because fandom is supposed to be fun and hell knows even though i like thinking about it, it's always on the knife's edge of risking a panic attack lmao.

but i do care if someone's reasoning for it is 'actually, dean can't be abusive towards sam because sam is an adult who can leave whenever he wants.'
