season 8 dean winchetser is the phattest hypocrite alive and i'm quite obsessed. sam often found solace and at times friends in the supernatural but dean did not allow it under any circumstances even killed them (ruby, amy) and yet dean becomes best buddies with benny (maybe it was never about them being supernatural but instead sam getting figuratively close to anyone but dean 🤭)

His WILLFUL IGNORANCE during his "Heaven Trials" with Metatron. Sam is over there being purged from the inside out, Dean is fucking praying for him to survive, and Castiel what?
