I refuse to complain.
I have no right to complain, not about my appearance nor about my health.
I have all the tools and knowledge to transform myself into the best possible version and until I tried everything, I simply refuse to complain about anything.

need the car fixed asap so we can get the kitty litter from Jayson's dad. Lulu yells every time she uses the bathroom because she is displeased with the low level of litter.

To all the quitters out there
Hey girlies,
I know that I can‘t be the only one that likes to quit as soon as my motivation wears off. It‘s such a bad character trait and I could kill myself for being like that.
I am blessed to practice selfcare.
I should be grateful that I have the means to better myself when other people would but can‘t do it.
The next time you sit on your ass and think about eating a whole bag of chips in one sitting…take a moment and really think about it.
It‘s not even the health aspect. It‘s the way that you‘re able to buy fresh vegetables, fruits and good quality meat and you still choose to feed your body nothing but crap.
The next time you drink nothing but soda and sugary iced coffees the whole day…think about how you‘re blessed with fresh affordable water but you still can‘t even finish one bottle of it.
The next time you want to stay in bed and sleep in, instead of going to the gym or to school, please think about how lucky you are to treat moving your body and your education so lightheartedly. In some countries women literally get beheaded for wanting an education and need to walk miles for even one sip of water.
The next time you don‘t want to wash your hair or exfoliate your body because you’re tired or you feel like it‘s to exhausting, think about the fact that you‘re able to buy shampoo, peelings, conditioner but you‘re still to lazy to use it and look your best.
Don‘t get me wrong, you should be allowed to have bad days. Lazy days. Days where you lie in bed the whole time and eat nothing but sweets and McDonalds.
But my point is: don‘t complain about anything if you don‘t do anything to change it.
Many of us are blessed enough to buy the right foods and drinks, to have time for a workout and to study but we choose not to do it.
Why?
Because we‘re not suffering enough. If you would suffer enough you would change.
