i remember seeing an interview with nate where he was talking about the creative process. and he said that whenever he needed a scene to be more comedic, he would just ask bow's VA to add in a voice crack while recording his lines. which shows us how much effort they put into writing good comedy (or heck, good anything) for the show.

So you know how everyone who's glowing during the Battle of Bright Moon has magic... except for Bow? I mean, Sea Hawk's not glowing, why is Bow glowing? A mystery that has plagued the masses, right?

Well, I just think it's interesting that the only part of Bow that's glowing is his heart which is, huh, also the part he contributes to Adora's new She-Ra form. As if the glowing was residual magic representing the strength Adora was drawing from her friends even then.

Which makes me wonder... if Catra had been with them during that moment, instead of against them, might her mask have been glowing too?

So I'm working on this ridiculous post-canon crossover adventure fanfic where the protagonists of a few different adventure cartoons are gathered together and save a whole other universe but also mostly just interact with each other, and there's this scene running through my head that I'm working on and I HAVE to share.

Anyway I’m back at it with begging for elaborations.

HELLO THANK U FOR ASKING SO!!!

I love giant crossovers so much (evidence: my hobbit Macarena fanfic) and so I am writing another!!! Plot goes as such;

Bingqiu be chillin a few years post canon, which is great for them!! But the System gets very fucking BORED bc their domestic bliss has nothing for it to fuck w other than the occasional side quest— the main quest is done, the spice has gone, due to sqq amassing a frankly Stupid amount of points he was able to buy a perk to discuss the System w Lbh so now they’re just having a great happy relationship and the System wants to fix SOMETHING!!!

So it gives them a quest. And they accept. And the System then goes into 7 other tragic gay universes to “fix” them too!!! So everyone is musical-chairs-style dumped into a new universe in another tragic gay couple’s bodies to fix that plot as best they can!!

Our characters are:

Ash/Eiji from banana fish in the bodies of Lance/keith from voltron (sometime mid s3 or somn, tryna kill zarkon)

Lance/keith from voltron in the bodies of Clarke/Lexa from the 100 (in ep 4ish tryna broker peace between trikru and the arkers)

Clarke/Lexa from the 100 in the bodies of Barbie/The Fairie Queen from Barbie swan lake (toward the beginning of the movie tryna defeat Rothbart)

Barbie/the fairie Queen from Barbie swan lake in the bodies of Dean/Castiel from supernatural (sometime in the beginning of s13 tryna kill god)

Dean/Castiel from supernatural in the bodies of Catra/Adora from shera (sometime in the beginning of the show, tryna kill horde prime)

Catra/adora from shera in the bodies of Wei Wuxian/Lan Wangji from mo dao zu shi (when they’re like 17, tryna end the war w the wens)

And finally, Wei Wuxian/Lan Wangji in the bodies of Ash/Eiji from banana fish (in like ep 2, tryna rescue themselves and skip from marlen and get to Eiji’s family in Japan)

Meanwhile poor fucking bingqiu is tryna put everyone back in their correct universe 😂😂😂😂

11. Is there an unpopular character you like that the fandom doesn’t? Why?

OUAT: Hmm... This is a tough one. I wouldn't say there's any unpopular characters I like. A lot for the opposite tho ha. I do like Dorothy. She's not necessarily unpopular, she's just kind of obscure, not really talked about too much by the fandom besides as 'Ruby's girlfriend.' I just think the (minimal) backstory they gave her in the show was intriguing, how she went home before returning to lead Oz, how her family tried to have her committed when she told them about what happened in the other realm. Its interesting how she went from a kind, naive little girl to the gruff, closed off woman she is as an adult. Her relationship with Toto is also adorable. I know we don't get much of her, but I think she had a lot of potential.

She-Ra: I'm a fan of Sea Hawk, honestly. I know a lot of people in the fandom think he's annoying because of his dramatics and singing, but he's pretty hysterical to me, a great comic relief. He's definitely not one of my favorite characters, but I don't get the hate. The poor, lonely guy just wants people to think he's cool (and utterly failing at it).

21. What are your thoughts on crack ships?

I definitely went through a crack ship phase awhile back heh (not the best of times...) Idk if you've ever seen the Captain Floor meme, but I had a little too much fun with that a few years ago. I have quite a few crack ship oneshots in the depths of my Google drive as well (Harry Potter, mostly). But yeah, crack ships are cool in moderation. I've never seen any She-Ra crack ships, but I'm sure some exist...

26. Most shippable character?

Okay, this is going to sound kind of random, but Ruby. I've seen her shipped with more people than most other characters combined (except maybe rumple, but his ships are...weird), and a lot of those ships actually seem like they could fit. But yeah, I've seen Ruby shipped with Dorothy (obviously), Mulan, Regina, Belle, Emma, Dr. Whale, Snow, even David once (that was a weird one). I think the runner up would definitely be Emma, but I've got to give the win to Ruby for this one.

She-ra: Glimmer. Her personality is the sort that sort of contrasts or aligns nicely with a lot of different characters. With Bow, Perfuma, or Scorpia, they're the kind ones reigning her in, she'd be pretty encouraging if she was with adora (and besides season 4, already was platonically). She is also shipped with Catra, which I don't entirely get since they're sort of parallels and would probably get into a lot of arguments, but I get where people are coming from. I'm not actually a big Glimmer fan, but I can definitely see her with the most different characters.
