Not high for a while, but then….

I really wish I could explain it but my fuck’n inner addict…….it’s now like 2006 and I hadn’t done crystal for a few years and then one day it just sounded good. I was able to get some from this lady I had met (and became my plug) and this was the first time I ever smoked it when I did it was out of a bong. OMFG it was so fucking good. So for about the next three months, I did it every day and everyone I knew had no idea that I was good and high. I was smoking it and snorting it, however, I remember one morning I wasn’t feeling good, I was tired and nauseous. It wasn’t till I got more into a line that I started feeling better again. I noticed that each time I didn’t do anything for an extended period of time I would just feel like crap, at this time, I was not very well educated with the come down effects and how important nutrition and hydration was to the body. After that three month period of time I decided that I had enough with this drug and it was time to get clean. I was in for a rude awakening….
