41) how do you take your coffee?

Brewed coffee: black. I really like medium roast. Dark roast is too bitter for me and light roast...why bother. I bought Cameron's Pacific Rim blend as a joke but it's actually terrific organic coffee.

Cappuccino, also without sugar. Spyhouse coffee is my fave but man, they are snooty. Most espresso is monkey poop.

I don't actually know. Any. All. I love nicknames and names that become special between two people. Especially if they're terrible (whoreface) or obvious (boyfriend). I like it when there's the kind of trust between friends and loved ones that you can call each other just stupid, awful things and it's a sign of deep acceptance and love.

Real person? Some boy in my class that didn't know I was alive and then became my boyfriend years later for like 2 months before he told someone else to break up with me for him. Celebrity? Michael Jackson. Next question.

Poppies. There was this house over by the Uptown Spyhouse Coffee that had a front lawn full of this soft, pastel mix of yellow, orange, and pink poppies and I think about them a lot. I want a yard full of those poppies.

because Fuck Starbucks, does anyone know of any good alternatives to their coffee? I loved Caribou and Spyhouse when I lived in Minnesota but those dont exist down here. I usually use an iced mocha to stay awake in class/workin on homework when I've had a night of shit sleep. I do make my own cofe at home as well so if anyone knows any good preground coffee alternatives there too I'd like to know ! I also dont know if any Totally Not Starbucks coffees are actually owned by Starbucks, like the whole Teavana thing lmao

January 21:

Today was Ayush and I's anniversary, so I spent the morning getting ready, and then we went to Spyhouse coffee. I got an iced chai (classic) and it was really good, but there was nowhere to sit in the coffee shop since it was so busy so we sat in the car. We then went to get ready for dinner, and got dinner at a Korean barbecue place called Hoban. very very good but also very expensive, the total was $90 and I payed for half. While we were waiting to be seated we walked to cub foods (me in my 5inch boots it hurt my feet a little) and got some snacks, including crackers. Very good day.
