I went ahead and blocked them after this. Seeing their first post telling people to be upset at Thomas really got me but this needs to be addressed.

But holy shit the entitlement. The “argument” as to why they were telling people to be upset at Thomas was even weaker than I thought it would be.

“I think growth in the sander sides fandom is learning to be okay with being angry at Thomas” WHAT

Not suprised that they think they’re entitled to tell people it’s okay to be upset with someone who gives them free content just cause it’s not fast enough during a pandemic.

Also they tried to say their argument was valid because before the pandemic Thomas was still having scheduling troubles. (Not that anyone should get a say in that besides Thomas or his manager) but before the pandemic didnt Thomas just get out of a relationship? And even if he didn’t, bad mental health days- hell even months exist. Or maybe he wanted to start online classes and that takes up more time each day or some shit-

My point is too many of you little teens forget that Thomas is a human. Him and his entire crew are not obligated to rush themselves and put their lives on hold to make the fandom happy. Hell if the only reason he’s not uploading is because he’s just tired of the series- that’s also valid. You can be upset sure, but don’t go spreading negativity. They come first, content comes second. What if Thomas saw the bullshit this person posted? How do you think he’d react? Do you guys remember when he had to take a 2 month long break because he was hardly sleeping? Quill and Joan both confirmed this. Thomas was running himself into the ground making this content for us and that was even before the pandemic. Now toss the pandemic on top, and the loss of Joan from the team, Terrance moving away.

That’s a lot of shit to deal with and honestly I was grateful for the new episode but personally I think Thomas should rest more. Again people over content.

anyone who mixes up those priorities was probably told they were a prince/princess a few too many times growing up. Got the same energy as bitching at someone for not answering a text or some shit.

People burn out and being upset at them for it outwardly is a bit dickish
