hello kit this is simi 😌 im reading chog rn and im a herondale stan. james and lucie my loves <3i also LOVE cordelia and she’s my fav among cc’s protags. matthew/christopher are the best. i’m also gonna finish tmi bc i miss jace 😭 n e ways hows ur summer going 👀

i'm gonna be real and say i never read tlh, only skimmed some sections, and i only partially read tda. although her writing improves each time cassie releases a new book, tmi is nostalgic for me and tid is my all time favorite so i'm kinda 😭 i didn't care too much for 90% of the tda characters + i didn't care for victorian stuff again in tlh when i knew it would inevitably fall short of tid

THAT SAID, lucie's so mfing funny tbh nobody compares MAYBE my fav character 😭😭😭 i also like thomas lightwood he's just funny to me and not in the way that he means to be like lucie. also jesse blackthorn. also DAD will herondale is so MDHSSHSLSHSO. ik you haven't read tid yet, but this is 100% better after knowing will as a young angsty teenager.

cordelia's...alright 💀 i will admit after all the fandom hype for her i expected more. i much prefer her counterpart alastairs + find him more interesting, but to each their own!! i don't like ariadne OR anna lightwood. 🤧 an unpopular opinion ik

i'm excited for u to finish tmi bc the ending just gets insane a little i think (although not as much as tid's ending imo) and that's fun to watch other people witness. plus there are lots of easter eggs for tid which u understand after reading tid and remembering tmi. also jace is 🥰🥺💯 fav little blond boy 12/10 would love w my whole heart
