Star vs ending: destroys all magic and merges both dimensions
Amphibia ending: separates the main characters from the other dimension forever
The Owl House ending: main character has a way of going back and forth between dimensions, and while her usual way of doing magic is gone, there’s a new one being discovered
"Can't believe she hasn't been submitted before now. Anyway the entirety of the Princess Marco persona should be proof enough. Princess Marco became a symbol of resistance for young princess everywhere, to the point a statue was made of her at the birthplace of the revolution (princess boarding school.) She was enamored with the statue of her in the dress and ponytail. She has expressed how nice it would be to be queen. The all knowing little blue man (Glossaryck) in the magic book clocked her as a girl immediately. She covers the mirror when she showers because she's ashamed of her body. If the show had let her be a girl it would of not only saved Marco Diaz, but it would of also saved the show from ruin and I wholeheartedly believe that" - @starryluminary
"Not only would it save her, it would have saved the entire show" - Anonymous

(spoilers for Star vs. the Forces of Evil, if that's relevant to anyone at this point)
I like the ending of Star vs. the way I like depressing Czech animations, or Shakespearian tragedy--it was abrupt, bleak as hell, an act of pure desperation to kill some people in order to save many more. It coalesced a theme of the show beautifully: Being a hero to your people is going to come at a very ugly cost. Every queen had committed some horrible act that there was no coming back from, all building up to hers, the most horrible of all.
It gave the feeling that if she had just kept shirking her duties and rebelled against any responsibility, things might have actually ended better. A very tragic irony. She killed the magic of her innocence, of her childhood, and she killed it for everyone else as well.
...But, if it was actually intended to be something uplifting and fun? An act of justice that ended happily? Holy shit, what a massive fucking failure there lmao
What if Lily and Azura met Lava Scissors' daughter?
It took a while to figure out timeline wise if Noel would be older then she is in the mominator comics/asks I do for my L!LD sideblog and I figured that she's the age I've been drawing her as.
For those that don't know, Brenna Noel is the daughter of Lord Dominator (Wander Over Yonder) and Hekapoo (Star vs), in my Lava Scissors ship of those two. she's an adorable sheltered kid who doesn't have any non-bot friends because her mom (Dominator) tends to scare away any kids/parents when they go to parks due to Dominator's villain aura.
