I’ve seen a lot of people referring to Cross as ‘tooka-like’. This… is about the funniest thing on the holoweb. Thank you. I assure you, since discovering the plethora of art celebrating the similarities, we have allowed the man no rest. Wrecker hid tooka toys in his bed. Echo replaced his toothpicks with treats. Hunter still denies it, but he’s the only one that could have tracked down the tooka-nip last time we were planet-side. Cross didn’t talk to me for days after I scratched under his chin with a little “good boy”, but it was worth it – I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone turn that red that fast. Tech refuses to join in our teasing. At least not directly. But when Cross does something particularly ornery, and we all suddenly get video clips of demented tookas in similar acts of chaos…

Not that I’m encouraging this at all, but if you happen to come across more of these gems... well, who I am to decline the sharing of genius?

The tooka, cream and pink fur turned gold in the light, returns to the café, curling up juuuuust by the door and... watching, curiously. It makes no attempt to leave, just observing those inside.

[It's in the ungodly hours of the morning, and Feral has dragged himself up to the cafe. He can't sleep. Nothing works to soothe the nightmares except for Rend, for a nightsister's magic, and the woman herself told him it's not good to make a crutch of it. So. Instead it's o-dark-thirty, and he's in the cafe making himself a drink.]

[Fifty percent of the way to sentience and most of the way through a mug of caffuccino, he spots The Mysterious Tooka. Instantly he perks up. The little guy (or gal?) has wandered by a couple times, but never stayed long.]

[Moving slowly, he sets the mug down and walks around the counter towards the door. Calm. Steady. As unthreatening as a man covered tip to toe in tattoos, with horns and fangs and claws can be.]

[Feral gets to the cafe door, and opens it carefully, trying to keep the chime from going off. He peers around the barrier of it, blinking curiously at the cream hued creature on the other side.]

If you could pick another career that wasn't military what would you pick and why?

I don't believe I can imagine life outside the navy. There weren't many other good career options for me back on Axxila. So, I never really considered it. I suppose it would have been nice to have a womp rat kennel, but I'm not sure I could make a career of that.

If anyone has a career they believe I'd be good at outside the military, I'd be interested to know.

making a quick and temporary rp post until the other one i'm working on is ready.

bcuz i lost most of my rps due to quotev being a twat, i decided to start rping more on here. so i wanted to make a post so other rpers can reach out to me.

below will be my rules/requirments as well as a list of fandoms. please follow them all if you wish to rp with me. and if you're interested in rping, feel free to comment or message me.

ROLEPLAY RULES:

- descriptive/story/literate rp only. i'm not interested in rping script/text.

- i only do double up rps. I’m not interested in just rping the canon character or original character for your rp. I don’t enjoy it and I want to actually be apart of it. rather than just play the love interest to your character.

- oc x oc or oc x cannon mainly. for my side. i usually only do oc x cannon esp if we're doing a fandom rp. obviously i would do oc x oc for an og rp. but if you'd rather do oc x oc, cannon x cannon for your side i'm fine with that.

- it's very rare for me to do friendship based (platonic) rps, as i would like my side to be romantic. but if you want your side to be platonic, i can do that.

- please try to copy my reply length to the best of your abilities. i need at least a paragraph or two.

- you play my love interest, i play yours.

- i will not accept mary/gary sues. if i believe your oc is a mary/gary sue i will let you know. i do not mean to offend, i just find them annoying and wont enjoy the rp if your oc is like this.

- with that being said, please don't make the whole rp about your character/oc.

- no god modding. your oc/character cannot be the best at everything, give them flaws.

- no adult x child. pedophilia. child porn. etc.

- no love shapes. (threesomes, etc. i may or may not accept love triangles (just with crushing) depending on the characters and my mood).

- no incest.

- no vore.

- no bestiality.

- no male pregnancies.

- no rape.

- don't just play your oc and that's it. play more than one character. it's more fun this way.

- do not play my ocs.

- do not spam me. message/spam me after a week of no reply.

- be realistic. play the cannon characters properly. don't make them do something they wouldn't normally do. don't heal an injury right away. don't make someone pregnant right after having sex. etc.

- use proper grammar and punctuation to the best of your abilities.

- do not delete the rp without asking me first.

- don't just stop replying, if you are done with the rp, let me know first.

- don't time skip without asking me first.

- don't make the whole entire rp sexual.

-my side will be bxg/fxm (girl x boy) but if you want your side to be something else (gxg, bxb, etc) than i am more than okay with doing that for you. as long as you're okay with doing bxg for me.

- smut, cuss, and gore are all okay with me. but we can keep one or all of these out if you'd prefer. (i will not rp smut/nsfw with minors)

-on that note, i will only rp with those of legal age. 18+.

- do not steal my forms or my characters.

- do not write in the first person point of view. i will only accept third person pov.

- if you have any ideas for the rp, let me know! don't be afraid to ask me anything.

- don't hold your oc back, you know them better than i do. go nuts if that's how your character is.

She stares at the water, thinking about the bridge and that day. Daryl must’ve been thinking about it too. His gravelly voice was soft and gentle as he spoke his voice into the sound of the river running quietly,

“I never stopped searchin’ for you..”

Faith stares at the river until she processes what her uncle says. She looks at him with confused and grieving eyes. “What do you mean..?” She asks quietly, her voice already broken down from all that yelling and screaming at the bridge and arguing just after that. Daryl looks down at his boots as he tries to explain it to her.

“I didn’t think you were gone. Not really. So I came out here. Looked everywhere. Every bend...” he taps his leg as he talks, clearly finding this difficult to talk about. Yet he was sharing it with her. “I never found your bodies..” he looks at her with sorrowful eyes. He looked so sad. Like he had a lot built up inside and was just getting some of it out now. She gives him her full attention as she listens intently. He never found their bodies because they had never died. And he didn’t know that. All this time... She felt a lump growing in her throat as she was getting emotional just hearing this.

“I checked every walker... every inch of it,” he says, looking out to the river. She feels her heart drop in heartache. It was so much for her to process and really understand what he must’ve felt while she was gone. “Didn’t think I’d ever see you again... not with a kid either..” he says, giving her a tiny hint of a smile.

So small a shell, to hold such power. This is the holocron of Darth Cognus. A lord of the sith in the line of Bane, a student of his in fact. Cognus was known as 'the huntress', such was her skill in stealth and assassination.

The techniques it contains, such as silent movement and the production of senflax poison to disable force connection, are things I already know. I sought this particular holocron out because she, as I, had future sight. I wished to hear her recorded thoughts on the matter.

It was... enlightening.

Now I pass the holocron onto Lady Ventress, in a sort of... trade agreement. I cannot teach her whatever tricks she would-have, might-could learn from the sith she would have trained with originally... but perhaps these techniques will serve her just as well.

The mysterious tooka trots up to the café again a little later, but doesn't try to open the door again. The tag on its collar catches the light as it stretches out by a window, peering curiously inside, and then trots off again, leaving a few shed cream and pink hairs behind.

[It's the busiest time of day, lunch hour, and Feral is whipping out drinks three at a time. The bakery case looks like it's been mauled. There's no nut-based creamer anywhere in the building, and all the nemoidians are mad about it.]

[It is amidst this chaos, between matcha latte for a twi'lek and a nubian fog for a weequay, that a glint catches his eye. Feral is, after all, a hunter born and bred. He can't help but freeze, pupils dilating, muscles tensing.]

[Like a frozen moment in time he catches sight of the adorable little fuzz ball from the other day as it stretches in the window sill. He blinks, and it's already trotting away... what terrible timing! He can't even go try and tempt it in with a bit of food, because the door just opened and three more people joined the queue.]

[Feral shakes himself and refocuses, caught back up in the daily lunch rush. Next time, he hopes, he'll be less busy...]
