More Twst x Stardew things

The Royal Sword Corporation opened one of their stores in town years ago. Crowley hates it. He hates the manger, Ambrose, who wants him to sell the community center so they can open another Royal Sword Business in town.

Che'nya works at Royal Sword Mart. Neige actually got his big break from Royal Sword. He got cast in a commercial for it, and it did so well that he's the face of a whole ad campaign now. Vil is angry and jealous because he also auditioned for that role and Neige got picked over him.

Vil still acts and models, but it's on a much smaller scale compared to Neige. Like he gets hired a lot to do ads and commercials for businesses in town, and in all the neighboring towns, to the point he's kind of a local celebrity in the area. He keeps visiting the city to audition for theater, but so far nothing. He ideally would like to move to the city to pursue bigger roles, but it's just not in the cards now.

The witch that turns your eggs into void eggs at night is Malleus grandma. He gets embarrassed, and has tried convincing her to get a different hobby, to no avail.

Fellow and Giddel are event characters. They get hired to work at the county fair during the fall, and sometimes stop by on the Night Market. There's a quest where you can befriend them so they can move into town, and Giddel can join the other kids on their lessons.

Leonas family is very well off. After his father passed while Leona was still a minor, Falena took custody of him, and he still lives with Falena and his wife, Asha. The Kingscholars were successful in their careers and had plenty of money. Like the farmer, they wanted a change of pace from city life and bought a nice inn just outside of town. Falena runs the actual business while Asha still works as a lawyer. Leona is taking online courses while working at the inn. Ruggie also works there and often has to keep Leona on track.

Ace is a carpenter, and was like Robin, the first person in town to greet you and show you to Ramshackle Farm. And like Robin, he also called your grandpa's house crusty. He also has beef with your cat, Grim. Everytime he comes by to work on something, they have a stare off.

Jade is still interested in foraging, and often gives helpful tips, like what is in season and where to find it. His favorite gifts are any mushrooms.

The mermaid who does a show at the Night Market is Rielle.

Ortho, Najma, and Cheka are like the Jas and Vincent in town. They're the local kids you always see running around, along with everyone else's little siblings, like Jack's brother and sister.

Since there's more than two kids in town in this au, there is an actual school house in the area. It's right next to or is connected to the library, and Clara is the local teacher. Trein helps her out by doing the history lessons. Clara will give the older kids their lessons in the morning before doing their more independent study time and class work in the afternoon while she teaches the little ones. Trein usually keeps an eye on the older kids while they work in the library. It's hard though, Lucius keeps demanding their attention when they're supposed to be doing homework.

Ramshackle is still haunted. There's ghost all over the property, and they mostly show up at night. But they will sometime show up indoors, like in the house, sheds, and greenhouse.

If you marry Leona, he will nap in the greenhouse.

If you marry Deuce, he will work on his bike outside.

If you marry Vil, his post marriage heart event is him going away to work after taking a bigger role. Kinda like Elliot going on his book tour.

If you marry Cater, he will post about living on a farm. He will absolutely make vlog type videos going "My day in the life of a stay at home farm husband."

Usually you two will just play random games on Roblox since it doesn't require a lot of brain power

But if you wanna do something different, he's willing to look at some multiplayer games with you

Fell in love with Stardew Valley

Everytime you two play it, he wants to marry you, and if he can't, since you wanna marry an NPC, he will marry the one most like you

Other than that, you play browser games like fireboy and watergirl

He also has at least one Papa's game on his phone

He will create a save file for you

And you will serve customers things like mayo covered burgers

Because why not

It's amusing

You both also enjoy watching the other play video games, he'll usually hug you from behind and watch

And if he's on tour, demands streams when you're playing and talking with him

Because of that he knows your entire Sims family since 12 generations ago

Gaming is usually his way to unwind after a stressful day, so having you there? Even better!

Won't tell you this, but he loves to watch you so focused on whatever you're doing

He always wants to give you kisses on your face when you do, but doesn't want to distract you from your game

You always make sure she doesn't feel like a third weel

Alex:

Alex knows that his partner is incredibly talented, so he wasn't surprised when he found out that the Farmer turned out to be a great artist. Another fact about Alex's partner, he will tell everyone and brag about how good his s/o is.

Sometimes he will joke that the Farmer pays so much attention to the object of drawing that he can even become jealous.

Alex doesn't hesitate to flex in front of the Farmer, showing his muscles and giving them a reason to draw him in all his glory.

Despite his pride, he blushes a little when he sees how beautifully his s/o drew Alex. Comment from s/o that in reality Alex will always be prettier anyway will turn the athlete into a tomato.

He really likes your summer seascapes.

It still remains a mystery to him how s/o manages to combine farming and painting at the same time.

Alex always supports your hobby, even if he doesn't understand some types of art like abstractionism.

Sam:

Wow, he didn't know that they draw so well, it's so cool!

Constantly asks for permission to look at the Farmer's sketchbook, if they don't mind of course.

Sam will be delighted with how beautifully and in detail his s/o draws the characters of his favorite comics and video games.

Sometimes Sam will ask Farmer to draw something funny on his hand. It looks like a beautiful tattoo. Jodi politely asks the Farmer to stop drawing in her eldest son's arms, as Sam refuses to wash his hands before eating, afraid to wipe the drawing off his skin.

He will hang all their drawings on the wall to admire during relaxation or musical rehearsal.

Some drawings he will keep in a special box as a treasure.

Please don't show him food and drink still lifes - their s/o paints food so beautifully and believably that he immediately wants to eat something. He laughs at Farmer's joke when they warn Sam not to inadvertently eat the painting itself.

Sebastian:

Cool

His s/o is full of mysteries and talents, isn't it?

Sebby will be interested to hear how and when exactly the Farmer began to get involved in drawing.

He'll be pleasantly surprised if his s/o shows him a science fiction comic they've drawn. If the Farmer wants to publish the comic and concept art on the Internet, then Sebastian will create a dedicated site for their publication.

His entire monitor is plastered with stickers drawn by his s/o in the form of cute frogs. No matter how many times Abigail and Sam tease him about it, he will not remove the stickers.

If the Farmer draws digital arts, Sebastian will always put them on the desktop of his computer.

For their s/o birthday, Sebby will give them a nice electronic sketchbook.

Sebastian sometimes gets nervous when Robin comes into his room, because he is afraid that his mother will accidentally throw out one of his s/o drawings. Robin seems to know that the drawing on Sebastian's desk should not be touched, but Sebby still sometimes hides them in the table, just in case.

Elliott:

Marvelous! Wonderful! Elliott didn't expect to meet another creative soul. The valley is indeed full of talented people!

Even the most ordinary sketch, which, according to his own s/o, is unremarkable, Elliott keeps as the apple of the Eye.

He will be happy if the Farmer offers to draw illustrations for his new novel he's writing.

While he is touring for his another book signing, Elliott will search for handmade sketchbooks and expensive paint sets as gifts for his precious s/o.

Elliott loves how beautifully they portray the landscape of their farm. He will hang this picture in a beautiful frame on the wall in the most prominent place in the house.

One day, after a few strong drinks, he will jokingly offer s/o to draw him half-naked. The poor writer will immediately blush if the Farmer seriously agrees to this idea. The portrait came out beautiful, but they both decided to keep the painting a secret. There are some paintings that are not created for prying eyes.

Elliott will put up a new closet in his room for all his s/o paintings, drawings, and creative figures.

Harvey:

Harvey isn't surprised when Farmer says they can draw. They are talented in everything they undertake.

Harvey is used to their doodles on his workbook and notes. The Farmer in the clinic is a frequent visitor, and sometimes they cannot restrain their creative impulse. Harvey doesn't mind, but please don't draw in his documents!

Every time s/o fills Harvey's lunch box for him at work, they leaves notes with cute and motivating drawings. Today is a note with a pun, tomorrow it is a painted kitten in a cup that wish Harvey a good day. Harvey smiles warmly every time at the sight of such small messages from his loved one, which set him up in a good mood.

He constantly massages his s/o hands when they starts to ache from frequent drawings and farm work. No hard work today, doctor's order!

Was very surprised when he found a whole stack of papers with sketches of his portrait. The Farmer says that Harvey is his main muse, so there is nothing to be surprised about.

He is amazed at how accurately they draw model aircraft.

A little embarrassed when his s/o asks him to pose for a portrait. The Farmer tells him to just be himself the way the Farmer loves him, and Harvey relaxes, once again noting how talented his s/o is.

Shane:

Heh, neat.

"Can you draw a dick on the wall at Joja Market?"

Shane please

He constantly smiles when his s/o shows him a book of sketches. Shane could listen to them forever.

Shane himself is not a fan of great art, but will listen with interest to the Farmer about different styles of drawing.

Stickers and funny pictures with farm animals are his favorites. He especially likes how they drew cute chickens.

What, this chicken sticker was inspired by Shane's favorite Charlie? Shane is about to die of happiness.

His s/o sat with Jas on more than one occasion and helped her with posters for contests and events. + into the piggy bank of good memories for Shane.

The Farmer always asks Shane for fresh sketch ideas. Shane usually says he's untalented when it comes to imagination, but he always comes up with a funny and crazy idea for new s/o drawings.

"So, you haven't changed your mind yet about drawing on the Joja wall di-?"

Stardew Valley Expanded Bachelors with artist!Farmer s/o:

There is a whole book with Victor's portrait. And they are all so beautiful, why did his s/o hide it from him?!

Well, they didn't hide it, but Victor would like to know that his partner is the next Leonardo da Vinci!

Victor does not hesitate to give you a huge set of high-quality expensive paints, colored pencils and sketchbooks.

He is very glad that the Farmer and his mother have a common interest. Olivia and Victor's partner often arrange private drawing lessons at home, remembering to constantly call Victor and show him the paintings on the canvas. Great family time!

Although Victor is more knowledgeable in design and drafting himself, he doesn't mind getting some advice from his s/o.

He jokes and wipes the Farmer's hands and face if they don't notice they're covered in paint.

Usually, Victor is a little shy about asking the Farmer to draw something specific, such as landscape with a bridge. But his s/o seems to read Victor's thoughts and in a week gives Victor a beautiful picture with famous bridges. Victor will be surprised more than once how good and accurately they draw.

He also often shares his drawings of bridge designs with them and asks for their opinion.

Magnus:

Not to say that he is a fan of art, but the way s/o draws natural landscapes is very mesmerizing. The painting is like a window to another world!

With permission from his s/o, he casts a quick cleaning spell on them, as the Farmer always manages to stain themself and their clothes with paint.

Magnus and his s/o often go to the forest, where they find a beautiful scenic spot. The Wizard sits in the lotus position to meditate, and the Farmer sits nearby and quietly draws a new picture. It may seem unremarkable to some, but Magnus appreciates such calm moments more than anything.

"Can you pose for me please?" Wait, what? They want to draw him? Why not.

Magnus comments that he looks better on canvas than in reality. For which he receives an angry look from the Farmer and the answer that on the canvas they are unlikely to ever depict their favorite wizard as beautiful as he is in reality.

Merciful Yoba, Farmer, why are you so perfect in everything?

Lance:

Farmer, adventurer and artist... My my, their s/o is an incredible person.

He repeatedly notices how they buried their noses in the diary and make notes about adventures with beautiful illustrations.

A little jealous of his s/o time management: the Farmer has time to do farm work, protect the valley, and paint at the same time!

Nevertheless, he suggests at least sometimes to rest and not to overestimate their strength. Tired hands will affect the ability to hold a weapon firmly, which can end badly in a fight with monsters.

Lance is hard to embarrass, but when their s/o shows him sketches of Lance himself, the brave adventurer's cheeks turn a little pink. They painted him like an Olympic god.

"You are like an Olympic god, I could not miss such beauty and not draw you" Thank you very much, now Lance's cheeks are now rosier than his hair.

Meeting A Magical Man Pt. 50

“Ready for your first day?” Marvin asked as he and Mad stepped outside of the house.

“You’re not going to make me run, are you?” Mad asked, following Marvin to the middle of his yard.

“Nope.” Marvin spun on a heel and sat down on the grass, legs crossed. “Yes, we’re going to start an exercise routine for your endurance, but we’re starting with working on the mind. Sit.” He patted the grass in front of him.

“Okay.” Mad sounded unsure but went down to the grass as well.

“Magic involves a lot of thought. Spells happen because we think of what we want. The magic in our veins flows, and we spark it into action with a movement. You don’t need that movement, which means you need a strong connection with your thoughts and a wall between just thinking and magical actions.” Marvin placed his hands in his lap, the outside of his fingers touching and palms curling up into loosely closed fists.

“That’s why I catch on fire.” Mad tried to copy how Marvin was sitting, tapping his fingers together anxiously.

“We’ve gotten lucky for a while. But we can only rely on luck for so long.” Marvin leaned over and adjusted Mad’s hands before returning to the pose.

“So why are we sitting out here?”

“We’re going to meditate.”

“Oh…fun.”

“A relaxed mind can help you focus on what you need. Calms your nerves and, you know, prevent flames because you got kissed.” Marvin teased with a little giggle.

“I didn’t catch on fire,” Mad muttered, looking down at his hands.

“But you did teleport without meaning to.”

“Yeah…” Mad chewed his cheek.

“We’re just starting with deep breathing, relaxing, and listening to the world around us. The rustling of leaves, birds chirping, squirrels running, the wind, everything. Just close your eyes and breathe.” Marvin closed his eyes and sat up straighter, taking in a deep breath through his nose and letting it out through his mouth.

Mad watched Marvin and then looked around before adjusting his legs and trying to follow suit. Eyes closed, back straight, inhaling through his nose and exhaling through his mouth. He listened to the leaves, could hear the birds singing in the trees, felt the beating of the squirrels trying to crack open nuts, and shivered at the wind cooling off his body.

This was…weird.

Mad started forgetting about the world around him and became too aware of his own body. His tongue was too big, his teeth were heavy, his fingers started twitching, and the darkness felt suffocating.

He swore he heard voices, layers and layers of them, saying his name over and over again. They were calling him, telling him something he didn’t understand. It was dizzying, and it was starting to hurt.

He gasped as he opened his eyes, feeling an urge to cry, and he shook his head.

“Mad? Are you okay?” Marvin had opened his eyes when he heard Mad.

“I-I can’t. I can’t.” Mad shook his head more and fumbled to his knees before standing. “I’m sorry.”

“Hey, hey, it’s okay.” Marvin stood up with him, taking hold of his hands. “Meditation isn’t for everyone.”

“But you basically said I needed to be able to relax and focus. I don’t want to accidentally burn the house down or hurt anyone.” Mad squeezed Marvin’s hands, grounding himself some more.

“Meditation isn’t the only form of relaxation. I’ve worked with Jackie on this before, and meditation didn’t work out.”

“It didn’t?”

“He almost ate his entire finger because he chewed on it so much from boredom.” Marvin giggled and smiled when Mad did as well.

“So, what does he do instead?”

“He reads his comics. They make him happy, and there are some of them he’s read so many times he could probably recite the whole thing off the top of his head. Chase has some video games that are very calming for him, cute little farming ones.”

“Like Stardew Valley?”

“You know Stardew Valley?”

“Mare has it. I’ve watched him play a few times. He names his farm Warped Tour.”

“Chase names his ‘dudesville’.” Marvin and Mad were giggling again. “We’ll find what gets you to relax the most and work with that. Everyone needs something that lets them relax, a method to get out anger, and something that always makes them happy.”

“Do we have to figure all of that out before I can learn proper spells?” Mad asked.

“I’d like to have at least the relaxed one. It’ll be nice to have that to fall back on while we work in case something stressful happens.”

“I’m done with stressful stuff.”

“Hey, Marv?” Jackie called from the back door. “Anti’s here.”

“Speaking of stressful.” Marvin sighed, taking Mad’s arms and snapping his fingers. In a blink, he and Mad were in the living room.

“Miss me?” Anti asked with a playful grin.

“Why are you here?” Marvin asked.

“You’re never happy to see me, are you?”

“Your track record at this house is not in your favor.”

“I gave you a spell.”

“You ratted me out to Dark.”

“Touche. But I am here to let your man there-” Anti pointed to Chase with his thumb. “-know that I’m okay. Healed pretty fast, actually.”

“I’m sorry about that,” Chase said sheepishly.

“Worked out for me. I now have a boyfriend, so it’s fine.” Anti shrugged.

“Wait? Boyfriend? You and Dark?” Marvin gestured with his hands.

“Yep. Seeing me hurt was enough to get him over himself. Broke his pride just enough. But, I do have to do something to Chase.”

“Do something? What-ow!” Chase held his head after Anti slapped it from behind.

“You pistol-whipped me when I would have just gone with the plan on my own.” Anti used a scolding tone.

“I panicked!”

“Take your punishment like a man.”

“I thought Dark ruining my career was that.”

“Dark didn’t ruin your career. Wilford would be hitting him if he did.” Anti rolled his eyes.

“Then who blacklisted me?”

“I don’t know. Maybe you pissed off someone else without knowing it? I haven’t worked for anyone but Dark for a long time, so I don’t know what can cause that nowadays.”

“Mother fucker.” Chase cursed under his breath.

“So you just came here to slap Chase?” Marvin asked.

“Pretty much.” Anti clicked his tongue. “Oh, and to let Phantom know that Dark’s aware of his club and has been, but he doesn’t care.”

“I do not know how to feel about that,” Phantom said. “But we need to finish getting ready since shift change is soon.”

“Are you all going out?” Anti asked, sounding a bit awkward, and Marvin could easily read why.

“Yeah? Want to join or something?” Marvin asked.

“Well, I mean, if you want me to join, I won’t complain.” Anti tried playing it off cool, and Marvin couldn’t help from rolling his eyes with a smile.

And Anti complained Dark had too much pride.

“I would like you to join us,” Marvin said.

“Really, after-” Jackie’s comment became a grunt when Phantom elbowed his side. Mad looked to Mare and held back his own comment when Mare shook his head.

“I still have my half to our slutty duo outfits,” Marvin said.

“You do?” Anti perked up.

“You think I’d get rid of something that makes me look hot?”

“I still have mine too. I’ll go change and meet you guys there.”

“What are you going to tell Dark?”

“Don’t worry about him. He owes me for keeping me on lockdown.” Anti winked, and with a snap of his fingers, he was gone.

“Sounds like we’re in for a fun night~” Marvin sang.

“Slutty duo outfits?” Chase asked.

“Don’t worry, darling, you’ll love it.”

heroics and guitar breaks Geralt/Jaskier Teen ~1300w modern with magic AU fluff and humor, age difference written for witcher flashfic challenge #75 for a nice rainbow prompt. I have have a few other silly ideas for this AU that hopefully I'll get around to, but in the meantime here is my soft flirty opening.

“I’m going to do it hard and fast,” Geralt said.

Jaskier mindlessly swiped through his phone. “Uh-huh,” he said, and he idly fingered the small hole in Priscilla’s rainbow’s leggings where she was pressed against him on the couch.

Keira barked out a laugh and Lambert snorted. Jaskier stopped swiping, his mind backtracking. He looked up sharply and wheezed in laughter when he registered what Geralt had said.

Geralt was facing the television, his shoulders squared and guitar strap arcing down his back. He had the perfect stance for Guitar Hero Revival. It looked eerily similar to one of his sword stances. Jaskier snapped a quick photo of Geralt’s ass.

He hadn’t realized Geralt had stepped up to do the track, his mind ambling back and forth as he made the adjustment to being back in town again. After Jaskier’s three-month tour across the Continent as part of his duties as Redania’s Poet Laureate, he was exhausted, but still excited to finally be back.

The day had been long, but started out brilliantly. Boozy brunch with Geralt and Shani, followed by meeting up Keira and Lambert downtown for the Pride parade, and everyone making their way to Priscilla’s flat afterwards. She had been conveniently located near the parade route, and she had a stocked liquor cabinet, snacks, a clean bathroom, and a flat screen TV. It was heavenly.

Jaskier scanned the song Geralt had queued. Bodyrocker’s I Like The Way. Tempo sped up by 4 times, adjusted to the hard difficulty setting. Geralt would run through the track so effortlessly. It was entirely rude how good Geralt was at video games, even after a lifetime of ambivalence. The man was better at pattern recognition than anyone Jaskier had ever met. Ciri had introduced him to Stardew Valley back in the day, and apparently Priscilla had also been feeding him a steady diet of old, text-based narrative games that Geralt had grown fond of, which Jaskier had insisted Geralt narrate for him during their idle times on the road.

But right now Geralt was about take the next high score by storm and Jaskier didn’t find himself upset at being outclassed with this kind of musical performance.

“Fast and hard, huh? Promises, promises,” he hummed.

“The song,” Geralt said deadpan, and the delivery made Jaskier flush uncontrollably.

“Keep it in your pants,” Lambert grumbled.

“I wouldn’t mind a show,” Keira said and took another drink from her champagne flute.

“It is why we’re here,” Priscilla said.

“You could pretend to stop hitting on my brother while I’m here you know,” Lambert said.

“You’re just sad Aiden’s late,” Keira said, cupping Lambert’s face roughly and kissed him on the nose.

“Wait, wait, you can’t start yet,” Jaskier said and got up from the couch.

“What?” Geralt asked, looking over his shoulder.

“You have to take off your shirt,” Jaskier said.

“Excellent idea,” Keira chimed in quickly.

Geralt rolled his eyes, but the corner of his mouth pulled upward with the hint of smile. Jaskier preened. He loved nothing more than showing Geralt off, so even with the small gathering like this with Priscilla and Keira at hand, Jaskier launched at the chance to play. He mimed removing his shirt and Geralt raised a snowy brow.

“It’ll bring you closer to the music,” Jaskier said.

“It’s true, it helps channel your inner rockstar,” Priscilla agreed.

“He can already do this song with his eyes closed,” Lambert said.

Jaskier flapped a dismissive hand and went to hold the guitar while Geralt removed his shirt. Priscilla whistled and Keira clapped.

“I’m going to get another beer,” Lambert said.

“You’re up next. I’m picking your song,” Keira said.

“Don’t pick any of that boyband shit,” Lambert said and Keira blew him a kiss.

Geralt traded his shirt for the guitar and Jaskier drank in the sight: Geralt’s chest and back deeply was scarred from beasts that Geralt had earned from hunting and ethically rescuing monsters over the years. Geralt’s white hair was pulled back loosely, and he hadn’t put enough sunscreen on that day because he cheeks were pink, adding depth to the age lines across his face. Geralt’s eyebrow hairs had started getting ridiculously long. Jaskier swiped a thumb across Geralt’s right eyebrow.

“Do you want to do sound check while you’re at it?” Geralt asked in a quiet, teasing rumble that made Jaskier’s heart twist.

Time was a funny thing. How had he only been fucking Geralt for 4 years, when he’d spent the better part of the last 15 chasing after the old witcher, sleeping in camper vans and slumming it across the Continent while Geralt worked through his contracts. Jaskier had known so little back then. Before he knew any better, witchers were villains from that old Herakles knock-off series that he used obsessively watch with his sisters. And after that day in the pub in Posada, listening to Geralt break down every single way Jaskier had been wrong about his song, he couldn’t believe his eyes. Geralt was an actual, real-life witcher. Sure Geralt wasn’t pumped full of mutagens, but the potions were real. So were his fighting skills, and his encyclopedia knowledge of monsters and curses.

These days Geralt looked every bit of a man in his late 60s, weathered by his trade and age. His tits sagged and the crevasses of lines grew deeper every year around his neck—and thankfully, Yennefer kept Geralt amply moisturized—but Geralt was still fit enough to take on a wyvern. Still intoxicating to watch. Geralt was more capable and honest than anyone Jaskier had ever met. Didn’t even matter that the man was more than twice Jaskier’s age. Geralt was witty and competent, and comfortable in what he liked, and what he needed. Jaskier admired how Geralt found ways to help people.

There was nothing in the world that made Jaskier’s heart sing when Geralt teased him.

Or when he laid his steady hands on Jaskier’s hips, pulling Jaskier into his lap. Geralt’s mouth was—

“Careful, you’re going to fuck him to death one of these days,” Keira said, a note of wistfulness in her voice.

“He’s already got his hip and knee replaced, he can take it,” Jaskier said without breaking his gaze. Geralt stared back, warm and fond.

“Remember,” Jaskier said and he stepped close, needlessly adjusting the guitar strap on Geralt’s bare shoulder and slowly tracing the guitar strap all the way down his back, “hard and fast. You get a perfect score.”

He pulled Geralt's hair free of the hair-tie and fluffed it until he was suitably disheveled.

“Promises,” Geralt murmured, low enough for Jaskier to hear the hunger in it. Oh, Jaskier was going to have a good night.

“Promises,” Jaskier repeated, the amusement and heat sitting heavy in his chest. He licked his lips and plopped down in the armchair instead of the couch. It gave him a better view of Geralt. Jaskier didn’t need to see the TV. Geralt would demolish the notes in perfect digital harmony and still carry on the flirty conversation with Keira and Priscilla. When Geralt had spent the better part of 50 years wrangling near-extinct monster species into safety, downing poisons and dodging claws larger than Jaskier’s head, Geralt using his reflexes to breeze through Guitar Hero was nothing.

The song began and Jaskier never wanted it to end.

Geralt’s fingers moved smoothly across the buttons and Jaskier loved the way Geralt physically leaned into the chorus. He actually looked like he was enjoying himself, his lips moving--not to the lyrics of the song, but he was keeping count of the beat. Geralt showed off even further, turning 180 degrees to play a few bars with his back facing the TV, earning him another set of whoops from Keira and Priscilla, with Lambert throwing popcorn at his brother. Jaskier didn’t even know when Geralt had time to memorize the song, unless he’d picked up a copy of the game while Jaskier was on tour.

He lost himself to the minute shift of Geralt’s hips and watched Geralt’s lazy smile broaden when he turned around again to face the TV, finishing out the last verse and chorus.

When the song was done, Geralt inclined his head at Jaskier an was clearly holding back a smile. “Any notes?”

Jaskier grinned.

I think I would be a ghoul, I always seem to have an easier time connecting to beings that aren't human. Also, the ghouls seem to be the most involved when it comes to things music related and I play instruments and sing myself.

It's hard to choose between Terzo and Copia since they are both amazing but I'm leaning towards Terzo. Since one, he might be my favorite Papa and two, he just seems fun in general. Though the idea of getting to go on tour with Copia is so fucking cool.

I am an ambivert, with the right people I am really social but I take a while to warm up to strangers and sometimes I just want to be alone.

Does cooking count as a chore? Because I love to cook and bake. If not I really don't mind organizing things. Be it sorting files or keeping track of a schedule and making sure plans work out (the latter mostly since I might stress myself out over things at times)

I love to travel as long as it's not spontaneous

I work nights so I am mostly up at night which works well since I am a night owl. Both listening and playing music play are an important part of my day. I can be quite impulsive at times especially when emotional. I'm also really into video games anything from dark souls to things like Stardew Valley and I also like watching others play while I just vibe with them. Oh and I will be getting my first electric guitar soon! (played acoustic till now)

The role in ministry event ended on July 20th

Your role in the Ministry is...Touring Chef

You cook for the band and crew while on tour.

You plan the meals and cook them while away, you get to travel all over the world with them and it's all planned in advance.

The ghouls especially love your food and sometimes you have to deal with them just appearing in the kitchen and watching.

They normally leave you to it if you give them some food. But most of the time you enjoy their company.

You work for Copia while on tour but Terzo has insisted you cook for him and his ghouls while at the ministry. Although that is technically your holidays so you don't have to unless you want to. Copia does make sure you get time off when even Terzo can't ask you to cook for him.

It's the same group of people every day while you are on tour, so it's easier for you to be sociable. When there are strangers around you can just say you need to be in the kitchen. You can then just hang out by yourself if you want a bit of a break.

You get plenty of time off while on tour too, but often at weird hours. The Ghouls are always around then and they really enjoy playing music with you. It's their way to practice and they love watching how happy it makes you.

Sodo, Swiss and Phantom are very excited for you to get your first electric guitar. They are kinda fighting over who gets to teach you how to set it up (even if you know they are just excited to show you).

ok now i have Brain Power (AAAAE-A-E-I-E-A-) again i can go back to my thoughts on how my ocs would play Cosy Games cuz i always think its funny how people always assign characters who are Nice People as being solely animal crossing or minecraft or stardew players and its always like 'they have really pretty towns and are nice to all the NPCS uwu'

katrin is one of those people who maybe plays for hours one day but then never picks up the game again. shit like animal crossing is too daunting for her because you put down that game for a week and your town is full of weeds and the animals ask where youve been and it is just Too Scary to return to and face your failures

nancor likes to aimlessly wander around in his games and is prone to getting lost. you check your minecraft server logs and you just see him getting mauled by various mobs. hes having fun tho, dont worry about it

ashe is a Sidequest Guy, always doing all the little jobs for npcs because he likes to be helpful :) he agonises for ages over what gifts to give his animal crossing villagers when he sends them mail because he wants to make sure they like it, he needs a Good Grade In Friendships ok. he would also get up to a point in a stardew or harvest moon game where an npc asks to marry him and then he immediately checks with cheran if its okay for him to say yes or if he should turn them down LMFAO

velour is looking up tutorials for how to design the prettiest minecraft houses ever, and trying to make sure his stardew farms are the most Aesthetic ever. catch him awake at like 5am having spent all night redesigning his entire animal crossing island because he's going to livestream a tour for his YouTube channel and it needs to be Perfect

mikiel could care less about video games, and is doing the bare minimum in any game he'd touch. most likely the guy who does all the combat quests in Minecraft like fighting the ender dragon or the wither so other people he's playing with can get all the items

lucy is a Task Guy, and is dutifully doing every single daily chore in the game as well as trying to finish any quests as quickly as possible to not keep any NPCs waiting. loves fishing minigames, and completed his fishing + bug catching sections in the animal crossing museum within like a week after he learned how to time travel

viltau is a Spreadsheet Guy aiming for 100% completion and get the absolute most out of any game he'd touch, but he is also an Aesthetics Guy prone to completely renovating his animal crossing worlds / farming sim farms on a whim because he's gotten bored of how they look. he is just like velour being awake at ungodly hours trying to redo his island, but rather than doing it for fan approval hes just generally Deranged

glas just likes to fuck around and doesn't care about having any long-term goals in their games, and generally just designs shit to weird out any of their friends who visit their animal crossing island or minecraft server. why is there a corner of their island full of dolls? why do they have big meme murals in the nether? why is their cow named 'daddy milkies'? don't worry about it

vallis gets obsessed with any sort of animal raising or breeding mechanic and tends to forget about everything else. yeah his island is full of weeds and he still hasn't paid off any debts, but check out his rows upon rows of perfect hybrid flowers he's been crossbreeding

Hallmark movie au????????.

So I've actually posted a small snippet from this one (the one about Entrapta's truck), but the premise of it is that Adora and Catra have a nasty break up when Adora makes it big in the music industy, and it's 10 years later. Adora is meltingdown and Glimmer feels bad about her part in that after she started managing the band. To make up for it she decides to spend a month with Adora and Bow fulfilling Adora's horse girl dreams. There's a quaint little horse ranch that allows people to stay as guests as long as they do some chores everyday, and will do some educational tours/lectures and let you ride some of the horses.

Unfortunately for everyone, this is the ranch that Scorpia started and convinced Entrapta and Catra to work at. Catra has previously dated both of them and Adora is kinda hurt that for some reason they had such a bitter end when Catra is doing so well with her other exes.

In debate for being catradora, glitra, or glitradora at the moment :p

And since no one else has played yet, here's Video game world crash

Which really, really shoulda come with my SIS (self indulgent shit) tag because self indulgence!

Entrapta is from the create mod Minecraft world, Scorpia is from stardew valley, and Catra is from some post apocalyptic open world (maybe zomboid, I haven't decided). All all three are from video games with somehow similar mechanics but very different feels. Their worlds are colliding and they meet one another (seeing the other two as alternate reality versions of the people they know), and have to stop their worlds from dying out while navigating those differences.

Entrapta makes a cobblestone generator that puts out a strange new block she's never seen. Experimenting with it she creates a portal that they start the journey from stumbling through. Scorpia's attempt to use the prismatic shard pulls her into the fray, and Catra found her Entrapta's abandoned base with a note on how to start up a machine that she thinks will save them all.

I have no clue where this is going so if anyone thinks there's something there, uh, there is and you should tell me. Tell me your ideas that is. About it. I"m not going to steal your ideas because I will ask first. :)

Well, I assume this is about fandoms/medias I am into other than some more general interests! I gotta mention video games on general since basically all my fandoms are from that

Anyways, things I like that I may not be currently hyperfixated on or was never hyperfixated on but still really like enough to list it would be: UT/DR, Pokémon and PMD specifically, Portal, Stardew Valley, Cult of The Lamb, Don't Starve, Lemon Demon, HLVRAI (COTL I mostly like as a game play aspect, the story is interesting but HEEHEE funny gaming)

Stuff I also like a lot but I think deserves it's own list aside from the beloveds: Invader Zim, Gravity Falls, DHMIS, Minecraft, Spore...I may be forgetting stuff here even if it's important to be currently I'm in between classes and I have a bad memory!! I literally had to list stuff I listed somewhere else previously bc. I forgore

If you mean interests in general I like wildlife and animals, dinosaurs, some spec evo/biology (not good at it myself but I like reading what others do) and basically anything to do with Cool Creashures

Other than that I also OBVIOUSLY love art and I'm quite passionate about (cartoon) character design specifically!! And like, writing them and like..stories and character analysis kinda I guess

Another interest that's more like a thing I do irl is... Caves!! I like visiting the tours of em and I've been to half of em in my country at this point. I love listening to what things the tours have to say, even if I may not retain all of it and I'm. Dumb with all of this stuff especially the second it starts talking about any chemical stuff LOL and ALSOEeeeE. GIFT SHOPS. YES BABY. I Collect both gemstones and just. Rocks from various places. Literally just random ones sometimes but also like it's nice to see the variety between different places

relationship status : single as a pringle in the lonely sort of way but also content to be so - definitely in love with many many fictional characters, and I’ve been making new internet friends, which really makes up for that gap by 98%

favorite color : yellow. not in an obnoxious shade, but the kind of yellow that feels like warm sunshine on your shoulders, the yellow that is the soft glow of the sun in the mornings, the kind of yellow that’s just warm and inviting without being crazy but also still vibrant - that kind of yellow.

song stuck in my head : Only Yesterday, the Carpenters - I don’t know why but it’s there. hasn’t driven me crazy yet so that’s nice.

last song I listened to : Delirious by Prince, like from the John Candy movie

three favorite foods : shepherds pie - but like… how my mom makes it with beef roast trimmings and corn and mashed potatoes. Simple as that.

there’s also a Cajun Mac and cheese recipe that I have that is absolutely delightful and is probably a top favorite (Mac and Cheese, no, PASTA in general is delightful).

Crepes - you can literally do so many things with them - my grandma did leftovers from Thanksgiving in crepes once and it was magical. But you can also have the sweet side with all sorts of wonderful things as well - they’re diverse and I love that.

last thing I googled : Haunted Chocolatier - my friend showed me a video that had mentioned it and I got all excited because I love Stardew Valley - this one doesn’t have a release date yet but it looks like fun!!

dream trip : I’ve always wanted to go tour the Mediterranean - Italy and Greece specifically - but then dip down to Egypt and see some of the things there too.

anything I want right now : someone to finish my quilt for me, a warm cookie, and snuggles. that’s it.

FAMILY/GROWING UP

yuri was born in busan, s.korea on april 27th, 1999

she’s lived with her mom since she was a young child, v close with her and considers her as one of her bestest friends :’)

her dad is always away as he has work in the states as a uni professor so she always video chats him<3

also has an older brother (which i’d like to be a wanted connection, just gotta figure out details first)

she did NOT like school lol like the only class she actually did well in was english/literature because of her dad who encouraged her to take it more seriously as that’s what he teaches in uni

but she never really found the motivation in other classes, getting berated for it quite often from her teachers

that’s probably where her distaste for authority comes from, it got her in trouble quite a bit so she got detention A LOT :> also she barely passed the classes she hated just to piss them off like here’s the bare minimum bye ksjsks

but her difficulty in school paired with her dad being away most of her life was pretty hard on her so she kinda took it out in not the most appropriate way

she would sneak out into the city and spray paint on alleyways of stores or heavy corporate buildings and she had a few close calls with some cops (in other words, the authorities wink wonk, her greatest enemy)

but yuri never actually got caught by them, she may have tiny legs but she’s swift and fast dsksks

she actually only got caught by her mom lmao who wasn’t mad,, she was p impressed by her art but lowkey was like ‘do it somewhere else or ill kick ur ass ok’ so she reluctantly moved to easels or paper

anywho !

living right near the sea, she loved it and it was her happy place. if she was outside, she was sitting on the sand and doing some homework or working on her paintings

yuri also used to work part-time at a fishing shop, another one of her besties growing up being the old man who owned it

she probably had like one or two friends being her own age sdksks

her connection to makeup soon grew from watching her mother plus her infatuation with western movies and tv shows so she used some of her earnings (that she didnt use whenever she helped out her mom) from the fishing shop to buy palettes, lipsticks, foundations, etc.

but eventually yuri enrolled in cosmetology school when she was 18

PHOENIX/INFINITE ERA

yuri got hired to be phoenix’s makeup artist after 2 years into their debut, making her 20 at the time

she’s been with them for almost 3 years and she loves experimenting with the members’ looks, from darker to more elegant styles, then the occasional colorful ones depending on the concepts of their mv’s, performances, etc.

she was not crazy about the acquisition, she hated the changes that came with it

so she has beef with infinite (who doesn’t) atm, starting to venture into doing her own thing when it comes to her job lmao

and she’ll gladly stand up for her fellow staff n the phoenix members

also if yuri sees those twt threads of fans wanting specific makeup styling trends for any of the members, bet ! she’ll provide

PERSONALITY

she’s v imaginative, putting effort into her work like detailing, making sure it’s perfect, etc.

laidback, opinionated, protective

flippant, authority isn’t her style. being told what to do, feeling like she’s being held back

stubborn, sarcastic, impulsive

although yuri is very laidback and nonchalant when it comes to life and rarely her work, she hates failing. it’s one of the few things that scare her, just the thought can make her into a nervous wreck

OTHER

she’s a bit of a sloth, pretty sleepy and runs on coffee, preferably iced

she has QUITE the collection of tattoos, v cute, v dainty yes (i loooove chaeng’s tats theyre so cool but im not a big fan of using idols’ personal tattoos so not using those)

hobbies are painting, drawing, reading, MUSIC

yuri loves stardew valley and will brag about her farm and tell u all about her love triangle with penny and sebastian
