I'm... very torn.

See, heart of the forest? Which uses w5 -- or what w5 WAS, back then -- is excellent. Retaliation looks amazing and I've backed it for a reason, you know?

But theres a lot of rumor about stuff that Justin Achilli has said that has me worried.

I think it's weird that they changed the Pure tribes, but then named one Ghost Council, which is... I mean, its pretty similar to some of the native stereotypes that were used in 1e Werewolf. I do like the name Galestalkers though.

I honestly think that Achilli may have fucked the whole thing. He's notorious for only wanting the game to be played one way and while he's a good writer, like... if he directs a project it BETTER support his vision. He also has been vocal about not being a werewolf fan.

Also while I think its stupid the Stargazers and Get are entirely removed as player options I do think that the reason for the get is like. In character. They got so fed up they said fuck it, we're going to do it ourselves. But on a more extreme scale.

Tldr is I hope W5 is good. Heart of the Forest is amazing. Retaliation is fun. But w5 has been handled by a lot of people and now Achilli heads it. Which. Makes me nervous.
