So not sure I'll do anything with it but saw an incorrect quotes where Peter was like, tell the bad guys to stop praying for my downfall because they've got it. And I know the author probably meant it as funny but my brain could help but poke at it.

Like what if after Thanos, Tony survives but Peter still faces trial after trial without really ever recovering. But May and everyone just keep pushing him to be Spider-Man because people are counting on him especially with Cap out of commission and Tony missing an arm.

Sam and Bucky are off doing their thing with the military, and Wanda is who knows where so he's left to shoulder the burden, practically alone, as the face of modern superheroes and the leader of the next generation of Avengers. And Tony's his lifeline, supporting him and handling as much of the media crap he could, because Peter's still in HS and you can't really get an away program because you have a secret identity.

But eventually it's too much and Peter just ....collapses. He folds like a house of cards after an interview gone wrong where they go after him for what happened with Mysterio maybe or something else. He's 18 (only because they made him repeat an entire year of HS because of the snap), and doesn't even know if Tony's going to be able to fix the whole MIT thing, and everything is his fault.

Tony finds him curled in a ball crying, and after talking him down from the ledge, realizes the kid needs a break, like a real break. He and Pep are separated and doing the whole co-parenting thing anyway, so it's easy to carry Peter to a jet (and when had he gotten so light), and fly away to a remote location with only an AI and the bots.

May fights it at first but after the first time Peter lashes out and breaks things/ hurts himself, May steps back, because Tony's clearly prepared for a super human meltdown and their little apartment in Queens is most definitely not.

Tony tries to keep any codependency from developing but frankly he's old and lonely and Peter's desperate for someone that doesn't need or want anything from him. Maybe even just for release, someone to tell him what to do and make the choices so he doesn't have to.

And when they finally come home, Peter is smiling again, back at a healthy weight, but he moves in with Tony and stays there. Friday keeps him on a strict schedule, and he goes to Columbia or does MIT virtually but it's Tony he reports to and Tony who absolves him of guilt when being Spider-Man goes wrong. When the guilt eats him up, it's Tony who puts him on his knees and says I decide if it was bad or not, and helps Peter find solid ground again.

Peter confesses his fear to Tony, a few years into their relationship. That the man will die and Peter will follow shortly after because he can't do this without Tony anymore. So Tony digs through his old files, and starts with Cho and extremis, anything to extend his current life. And then he makes a back up. A fully developed AI version of him that could interface with the suits. Just in case plan A fails.

Since becoming Superior, Tony had not wanted for much. It was easy to put on a mask, smile at the right time and no one even noticed his eyes went from brown to blue or that he'd practically stopped aging. Nor did the few people he still cared about notice when he spiked their food with a watered down extremis at his birthday party. After Obie, and Killian, after New York, Tony wasn't willing to take chances any more.

And it turned out to be a very good thing after something tried to crash his systems and kill JARVIS. With his link up, he'd been able to initiate a complete shutdown of everything, isolating the threat quickly and with prejudice. The alpha played it off as a hardware failure, working quickly to restore everything even as he tightened his security around his files.

Time passed and Tony continued to shore up his power behind the scenes, schmoozing the right politicians, investing in everything from green energy to education, all the while building his reputation with the public. It was funny how no one noticed that it was only his image he was building, not the Avengers or even SI. He stood back as Rogers and the others drove themselves to ruin in the public opinion until he was the only hero worthy of being venerated with War Machine and the Falcon at his side. And oh had stealing Wilson from Rogers been the feather in his cap.

Now, he stood at the pinnacle of success with everything he wanted. Except for one thing.

Peter Parker.

The little omega had originally popped up on his radar years ago when he had started his Spider-man gig. He had been genuine enough that Tony had sponsored him discreetly, providing a new suite with an AI, ostensibly to help the pup stay out of trouble, but also to monitor him in case he started to stray from the path like so many heroes before him. And yet, as the years passed and the boy finished high school, he never strayed. Tony updated the suit on occasion, and repaired it when the AI deemed it necessary, but otherwise, he simply stood back.

Tony offered him a full ride to a school of his choice as a reward for his good work. Peter tried to turn him down but Tony insisted and in the end, he paid for Peter to attend Columbia. It was the first time in a long time that anyone had even tried to tell Tony no, and it intrigued him.

Unable to stay away, Tony started trying to court the Omega, only to be rebuffed constantly. It would have been insulting if he hadn’t realized that Peter was so shy and not used to Tony’s lavish lifestyle. The alpha changed tactics and started inviting Peter for lab time. Still, the Omega seemed to hold back from the Alpha and that wouldn’t do at all.

So Tony started the next phase of his plan. Omegas were very susceptible to bonding through exposure to Alpha semen, and Tony had synthesized a harmless tranquilizer that he slipped into Peter’s drink when they were working late one night.

As he escorted Peter up to his penthouse, Tony privately congratulated himself on having had the forethought to offer the room from the start so it wasn’t suspicious to the omega at all.

Tony hadn’t been expecting much when he cleared out the traffickers trying to encroach on his space. They were sloppy at best and had drawn unwanted attention to all of the bosses in the area as they kidnapped people that would actually be missed. It was practically a public service to remove them.

“Hey boss, we got a problem,” Happy said, coming up beside him.

“I thought we just took care of the problem, Hap,” Tony retorted.

“Well, yeah, but they had merchandise, boss, and one of them isn’t letting anyone near him without panicking.”

“Alright, not sure what I’ll be able to do but lead on,” Tony said, gesturing lazily.

Tony followed Happy through the warehouse until they came to a series of rooms. Most of them had been emptied and arrangements were being made to get the victims home to their families.

In the corner of one room though, sat a boy who was refusing to get up and go with Tony's men.

"Please, please don't. No more," the boy kept saying as he cried, arms wrapped tightly around his legs as he made himself as small as possible.

"Alright guys, get back," Tony said as he stepped into the room. "Let me take care of this."

Tony walked over to the kid and crouched in front of him.

The boy nodded slowly, and Tony moved over to sit next to the boy, unable to keep squatting comfortably. His suit was going to need a proper dry cleaning but that was ok. He's dirtied them for far less good reasons than helping a kid out.

"Alright, let's start with your name. Do you mind telling me that?" Tony asked.

"Peter, sir. Peter Parker," the boy, Peter, said around sniffles.

"Nice to meet you, Peter. I'm Tony Stark." Peter gasped when Tony introduced himself, and the man nodded. "Yeah, that Tony Stark. It's ok though. You have my word neither I nor my men will hurt you. And I always keep my word."

Peter nodded, and Tony was glad he had built his reputation the way that he had. He didn't hurt children or innocents, and he kept his word. Everyone knew that.

"You don't seem to want to get out of here. Can you tell me why?" Tony asked, doing his best to appear casual. The boy looked like he'd spook if Tony so much as raised his voice.

"Please don't make me go back there, sir, please," the kid whispered.

"Go back where, kid?"

"To the group home."

Peter managed to shrink even further into himself as he answered and Tony couldn't help but narrow his eyes.

"You're an orphan then, kid?"

"Yes, sir."

"They handed you over, didn't they?" It wouldn't be the first time Tony had heard of it happening. Teenage boys were known for being trouble and running away from group homes even when they were run well. Given the shitty system in place, it would be so easy to hide kidnappings among the missing children.

Peter nodded and flinched when Tony lifted his hand to touch the boy's face.

"Abused you too, didn't they." It was less a question and more a confirmation. Still, Peter nodded and tears welled up in the boy's eyes. Tony felt his chest twinge, even as a flash of rage ran through him. His own father had been an abusive asshole which was why Tony was so strict about the actions of his men and what he would tolerate in his territories.

“I mean it, Peter, I will fix this,” Dr. Stark said. Peter blinked away tears and nodded. The alpha seemed so confident and sure. He could only hope he was right.

The first thing Tony always did with a new patient was find out what had already been tried. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable for every omega at first, but typically, it was easy to spot what the problem was just from their history. Tony waited for the boy to follow his instructions, then waited a few moments longer until the tension slowly eased.

“I’m going to touch your foot now,” Tony said softly before reaching out. The omega still jumped a little, but he soon relaxed under Tony’s soft massage.

(In regards to my WIP/snippet meme!)

gone fishing (NOT the actual title lmao) is my Starkercest AU where Peter does not tell his dad about his new superpowers because he wants to prove himself as a superhero first, and then is very, very irresponsible with his secret identity once Iron Man starts flirting with the new hero on the scene. (Or in other words, he catfishes his dad.) It has also literally been like 95% complete since June but I keep just not working on the only scene I have left to finish, you gotta love ADHD.

It was maybe one of the most awkward moments in his life full of awkward moments, but the next time Peter saw Iron Man on patrol, he did find the strength to take him aside and say, "About-- last time--" "Oh, we're going to talk about it," Iron Man said, and it was so hard to read his tone when he was in the suit, but Peter thought he sounded nervous. "Yeah, um," Peter said, rubbing at the back of his neck and trying to remember the script he'd come up with. "I'm-- sorry for running off like that, I know that wasn't-- super mature, but I just… panicked a little, because I'd never thought about… if you actually…" 'Wanted me' stuck itself under Peter's tongue and wouldn't come out, because thinking about someone wanting him still felt foreign and ridiculous and embarrassing, and he was agonizingly aware that he was talking to his dad in a way that he wished he would have been when Tony had kissed him, and when he didn't finish his sentence Tony shrugged.

neighbor's cat Flash is a SpideyFlash fic where Flash essentially annoys Spider-man into being friends with him (much like your neighbor's cat who pressgangs you into being their second owner even though you KNOW they're getting fed across the street because they just keep showing up at your door and aggressively demanding your attention,) and over time they turn into real friends(/Flash's immature hero crush becomes a very real and present crush) and it causes ~ripples~ for their dynamic at school because Flash stops being such an asshole under Spidey's influence. Lots of exploration of Flash's home life/internalized homophobia/things that I think would be interesting if they were influencing his canonical assholishness!

I don't have a genuine snippet to share because it's only in outline form, but it IS 100% outlined from beginning to end-- I'm not sure if I'll actually write it or just rework the outline into a bulletpoint fic, since I came up with the idea during the very narrow window between first getting into MCU Spider-man fandom and then pivoting H A R D to specifically Starker fandom, haha.

You know EXACTLY what aliens2electricboogaloo is lmao, but for everyone who doesn't, this is an idea of @king-of-kaoss's riffing on the scene in Infinity War where Peter's like, "if an alien lays eggs in my chest and I eat you, I'm sorry," and that's not exactly what happens but Peter DOES end up as a mutated monster alien thing and he makes it Tony's problem in a sexy way.

Peter crowded Tony against the wall and bent to bring those sharp teeth toward his throat, and if Tony couldn't believe how many things he'd survived just to get his throat ripped out by the mutated version of his own protégé, he was at least grateful that he wouldn't have to face May Parker's wrath at seeing what he'd allowed to happen to her nephew. And then Peter nuzzled into his neck, and said with a voice that was low and guttural and still somehow Peter's, "Mr. Stark, I think something's wrong with me."

Color-coding! It's kinda-sorta by ship, and then kinda-sorta by specific type of AU so that it's not just a wall of Starker-color? Green is complete, bright red is for whatever chapter of YNYD I'm currently writing (or, eventually, whatever my main priority at that time is, once I'm done with YNYD), deep red is Starker, purple is omegaverse ideas (so daddy long legs was also purple until I finished it), blue is Spiderio stuff and the lone yellow one is because it's Toomes/Peter. (That one and post-spiderio are ALSO Starker, but like, I gotta break up the wall of deep red somehow.)

Peter thought himself extremely lucky. That he had both a loving husband in Tony and his trust in him so that Tony didn't ever question him if he disappeared without any excuse while he went on patrol.

A partner that he had managed to keep away from the mess that was his life as Spider-man as well as keep safe and far away from any enemies that might hurt him.

Until one day, when sneaking in from a patrol he had shared with his fellow hero and friend Iron Man, Peter saw his husband in what was meant to be the empty workshop. Usually this would only mildly startle Peter before he could get a hold of himself and hide before Tony saw him, but this time all Peter could do was stand their in shock. Because where normally was his husband busy at work was his husband struggling to get out of the same armor he had seen not half an hour before. Including the dents and scratches it had accumulated that day.

The shock of seeing his husband in the Iron Man armor completely dominated his mind. That was until he heard a near identical sound of surprise from Tony as he had uttered a moment ago and he realised that he was still in his suit as well.

It had been two weeks since brunch. Tony and Peter were making things work, just like they said they would. Peter was back in work, doing everything with an enthusiasm that no one had seen with him before.

Everything was so perfect, Peter had completely forgotten about Beck.

The problem with the creepy customer had gone out of his mind and he was just enjoying his new relationship with the man he had loved for so long.

They had even come out about their relationship on social media, not wanting to hide any of it.

Probably a mistake.

But neither of them cared.

Peter was like a love-sick teenager, lounging around his apartment all day when he had a day off. He knew Tony was out of town for the day with a meeting, so he hadn’t texted him. So instead he spent the day online, looking through Tony’s instagram and seeing the few various posts that they had made together. Then he indulged himself in reading blogs and articles about how they had come out about being together. There were a lot of people wondering who Peter was, trying to work it out.

He loved it.

He usually wasn’t one for celebrity drama (unless it involved Tony Stark…) but he absolutely loved reading what people thought.

Well, most of it. There were always going to be people hating, which he didn’t love.

Lots of people questioned who Peter was, wondering what he did to deserve being with a Stark. Some recognized that he worked for SI and accused him of sleeping his way into a job. There were even some people questioning if he was a masked hero working with Iron Man and that was why no one had seen him before. Those ones made him a little nervous.

But he didn’t let it bother him too much.

And that was how he spent his day. A little embarrassing? Maybe. But he was happy. So it was alright.

Then he got a text.

Unknown Number: Sorry I havent been in touch all day. Been busy.

Peter was confused.

Me: who is this?

Unknown Number: its Tony, baby. Using someone else’s phone, i must have lost mine somewhere. But its okay. I can just get a new one

Me: oh. Well, i know youve been busy. Thats okay. as long as youre home by tomorrow for our date.

Unknown Number: im back already, sweetheart. Come out and see me.

Peter was a little confused. Usually Tony didn’t use so many pet names. But he was mostly just excited! Tony was back. So he got dressed quickly and raced down to see his boyfriend without another thought.

<3BossMan: I’m home, honey. Got back in town a little early. Care to come to the tower to spend a little time with me?

<3BossMan: Peter?

<3BossMan: You’re making me worry. Usually you respond quickly.

<3BossMan: I’m coming over.

Christine: Tony said you won’t answer your phone, what’s going on?

Forgive me. I quickly typed this on my lunch break.

Peter’s asking himself again and again why he’s doing this, and he repeatedly counters it with a justifiable cause. It’s been week since the ‘saving Iron Man who is actually Tony Stark incident!’, and Peter’s scaling the side of Stark Tower. When he’s near enough to the landing pad, he shoots a web and propels himself up and around to catch himself above the outcrop. He’s jittery with nerves.

Music plays and but he can’t make out much else. He’s trying to psych himself up to take a peak indoors when a voice startles him.

“You gonna come down from there, Spider-Guy?”

Peter freezes. Ah, shoot. Mr. Stark is looking up at him from below looking amused. He should have expected that, but no matter. He aims and fixes webbing to the tower face and lowers himself upside. Be cool, Peter, be cool, he thinks.

“It’s Spider-Man.” He corrects, and he wants to grimace at how squeaky his voice sounds. Look, it’s hard coming face to face with two of your greatest heroes in one night.

Tony Stark quirks an eyebrow. “Right.” He looks well from what Peter can see. There are some minor abrasions to his face, but he seemly relaxed and oozing a cool air.

“So what brings you to my secret lair, Spider-Man?”

“Just- you know- friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man wellfare check. That was a big fall, Mr. Stark.”

“And thank God for my knight in shining armor or-” and he looks Peter up and down, “-I stand corrected; my knight in a ridiculously tight onsie.” Peter blushes. “Big hero move, kid. You’ll be wanting a reward, am I right? Something fancy. Or perhaps more practical? How ‘bout a yacht?”

Peter shakes his head. “I - what. No. I didn’t come here for a reward. It’s not like that Mr. Stark.”

Peter knows Mr. Stark can’t see his face, but the billionaire scrutinises him as if he can, and it unnerves him.

“Then what’s it like?” Tony asks.

“Well… I just… wanted to make sure you’re alright. Honest.”

Tony chuckles. “Cute.”

“It’s true!” He professes. “I was worried. You could’ve been badly hurt, Mr. Stark. You need to be careful.”

Mr. Stark does something that surprises Peter, he sighs, and for the first time that night looks vulnerable. “Yeah.” He nods. “I appreciate the sentiment, kid. You’re doing good things out there, you know. You need to look after yourself, too.”

“If-” And Peter hesitates, “-if the identity thing is an issue, I swear to you, sir, I won’t tell a soul. Even my best friend and I tell him everything.”

Tony chuckles and looks younger all of a sudden, and Peter’s thankful for it.

“I trust you, kid. I can’t explain it, kinda like-”

“A spidey sense?”

“Yeah. Something like that.” Tony smiles. “You know, you never did say what you want as a reward.”

“If I may be honest, sir... this is enough.” Peter knows he sounds star struck, but he doesn’t care. This is Tony freaking Stark. Iron Man. He doesn’t want anything else.

“How ‘bout I really make it worth remembering, then?”

Then Mr. Stark steps toward him, one step and then another until he’s standing before the upside down hero. Peter can make out the fair laugh lines around his eyes, each manicured blade of hair that makes up his signature goatee, the flecks of colours in his eyes. He’s... gorgeous. Mr. Stark lifts his hand toward Peter’s face, and the anonymous hero hand flies to the outstretched wrist with a breathless ‘wait!’

Tony pauses. “Do you trust me?”

Peter is lost for words. When Mr. Stark asks him again, something in Peter relents. It’s that spidey sense. He knows he can trust Mr. Stark, so Peter lets go and nods.

Mr. Stark finds the seam of his mask at the base of his throat and delicately pulls it down over the disguised heroes face. Peter’s heart is thudding, clueless of Mr. Stark intention and if he’s risked exposing himself, but he’s quickly reassured when the folded cloth stops at his nose.

That’s when Mr. Stark kisses him. His mouth is hot and flush against Peter’s, molding to the shape of his own, and Peter makes a squeak of surprise. Tony chuckles, the vibrations reverberating along Peter’s lips and, oh, he likes that. It’s awkward at first, considering he’s hanging upside down, Mr. Stark’s manicured chin tickles his nose, but somehow it works. He clumsily tries to match the older man’s movements, copying the open mouth kiss, and though there’s no tongue, it’s enough to set Peter alight.

He’s closed his eyes without releasing, only when Mr. Stark pulls back does he stare bleary at the man who stares back, his lips quirking.

“That’s a good look on you,” Tony remarks, and it takes Peter a dazed second to realise he’s admiring his plush lips.

Well two can play at that, Peter thinks. Emboldened by the comment, he licks his lips and is rewarded when Mr. Stark’s gaze narrows. Peter can still taste him and he’s struck with an epiphany that he likes this taste. He likes Tony Stark.

Tony takes a step back and Peter’s already craving the loss until he says, “The offers still there, kid. If you want anything...” There’s something about the way he says it that has Peter wondering if they’re both thinking the same thing. He knows for certain though, that he’ll be taking Mr. Stark up on the offer.

But for now, he’ll take his leave having imposed on the billionaires time long enough. Peter fixes his mask before taking a swinging leap off the platform, all the while yelling, “But seriously, Mr. Stark, be careful!”

He whoops and shouts as he pummets back toward the city, imagining Mr. Stark watching him from above.

Hi! I was hoping you might be able to help me find this fic: Peter works in a coffee shop because he wants to support his aunt (I think). One day, Tony comes in and Peter mistakes him for a poor guy and offers him free coffee. Tony comes back again and the kinda become friends. He covers for Peter in front of the boss and later on even buys the café (and renames it GoaTEA or sth). Also, Peter submits comments to Tonys research under a fake name and, eventually, Tony finds out. Also, no Starker.

writing ask game! 9, 15 and 25!

Hiiii thank you for playing 💖 also lmao bless tumblr for the new auto-collapse feature so I don't have to agonize over where to put the read-more anymore when I natter on forever like this!

9, Do you write linearly or skip around?: I mostly write linearly! Every once in a while if I'm super stuck I'll skip to the scene in the chapter that I'm most excited about to encourage myself to at least keep working, even if I end up having to redo the start of that scene to make it transition more smoothly from the parts I go back in to write ahead of it. (I try to avoid this because at least when I was younger, skipping ahead sometimes meant that I would lose my motivation for a project because I already got to put down the part that I was excited about instead of getting to use reaching that part AS motivation to get through the tough spots, but if I'm already super stuck these days I figure there's no harm in it either way, haha.)

Chapter 5 of you're not yet done was one of the ones where I did this! I got through the first scene and a little bit after the scene break before I got suuuuper stuck, so I went ahead and wrote the whole lab scene at the end to motivate myself to fill in the gaps.

The exception is sex scenes-- I often write, uh, pretty long sex scenes, so sometimes I'll get bored of that and wander away to finish the rest of the fic and then come back to the sex scene after the fact. Finishing the sex scene is the only thing I have left to do for the CW/HW-era fic I mentioned as the first bulletpoint in this post at this point, lmao.

15, What are some of your favorite tropes to write? Do they match the ones you read?: Wellll obviously I love sex pollen and like, in general the idea of dubcon between characters that care about each other, so those are clearly ones that I both read and write, haha! Otherwise I love silly fandom tropes like truth serum, I love identity porn/secret identity drama, and genre-wise I love hurt/comfort!

Those all fall within the wheelhouse of things that I've already written or could definitely see myself writing, but I also find that I often get ideas for fics by thinking about tropes/scenarios that I DON'T like, examining why I don't like them, and inadvertently hitting on an idea for what could actually make them work for me! In Full Swing was an example of this because I'm not usually into Peter/Flash, but add in sex pollen and identity reveal drama and welp, there I am writing a 13k fic, haha. The young!Tony bulletpoint on the post I linked above is another example of this, since it came about from me thinking about how I tooootally am not into high school/same-age AUs for Starker because what's the point if there's not an immense age-gap to complicate everything, and then I was like:

25, Freebie!: I'll do 3, about what's next on my list to complete! I have two backburner fics that I'm writing on right now when I get stuck on/sick of YNYD, so one of those is probably what will come along next between chaps of YNYD: one's the CW/HC-era fic I already mentioned, and the other's the identity porn fic I mentioned in the same post, where Iron Man and Spider-man are both anonymous heroes, Peter is into his boss Tony, and Iron Man is semi-secretly into Spider-man. Spider-man and Iron Man have masked/identities-preserved sex while Peter's on the rebound from getting turned down by Tony, and then Things Get Complicated. 😇

As far as my next multichap project, it'll probably be the young!Tony fic? My vague plan is for three chapters, one each from young!Tony's, then Peter's, then Tony's perspective, but we'll see how it shakes out.

This is for those of us who miss the days before Endgame stomped all over our hopes and dreams and things have never been the same again. If you have any fics to add PLEASE DO because not many stories feature the good old platonic father/son sorta relationship anymore (no Starker please).

Also I try to avoid a certain trope that has now, horribly, become canon but there are some really great stories below that include it so I’ll just blanket state to heed the tags.

Identity Theft by KitCat992: It's been months since the events of Civil War, and the Avengers are doing their best to remain a team, having promised to forgive and forget. Unfortunately for them, Tony Stark's latest invention has been stolen and recovering it causes tension to reappear. Meanwhile, in Queens, Peter Parker has two main priorities on his plate — complete his midterm finals, and track down a fishbowl wearing criminal that may or may not lead him right into the hands of the Avengers. Somehow between all of this, Spider-man's identity is revealed to the Avengers, Steve and Tony's friendship may permanently be damaged due to continued hidden secrets, and Happy struggles to buy a youth-sized casket for Peter's funeral. Things were a lot easier when they were fighting over Bucky Barnes. (Or: The Avengers welcome Peter into their crazy superhero family and will do anything to protect him.) Shameless Peter whump and Protective Tony Stark.

Cause and Effect by Pokeydotes: There was a gas attack in Midtown. It was scary, but everyone was fine. No big deal, nothing to worry about. At least not until Peter started losing track of reality. Or the one where Peter just wants things to be normal, but he's pretty sure he's losing his mind. And trying to help him is going to cause Tony to lose his.

The Primary Reason Tony Stark Would Throw Down With an Anti-Vaxxer in the Street by caraminha: Prompt from my Tumblr: Have you heard of tetanus? I’m studying it for school and it’s got lots of angst potential - it causes severe, seizure like muscle spasms which can break the patient’s bones, but they’re conscious and fully aware of what’s happening. It also causes fever and lockjaw, and difficulty breathing. I’d love to see an angst fic where Peter has bad tetanus and Tony and co are looking after him whilst his symptoms get worse and worse.

The 5 times Tony found himself at Peter's sickbed. And the 1 time Peter was at his. by eva767: The kid was going to give Tony a heart-attack one of these days - always webbing into trouble. Until the day it's Tony in trouble, and Peter's world falls apart.

Then Peter hears the whispers in the underworld about the elusive and terrifying Kingpin, and somehow there are rumors that Spider-Man is on the Crime Lord's payroll. When he decides to use his own judgement and go against Mr. Fisk's wishes, Peter suddenly finds himself neck deep in mob activity with no means to get himself out. To make matters worse, now Iron Man has Peter in his sights.....

Being Alive (is different than living) by silentsaebyeok: The lines between life and death become blurred for Peter Parker and his family and friends when Thanos snaps his fingers. But living again when you were once dead? Well, that's the hardest part. Peter finds that surviving and living are two very different things. It's a cruel and unfortunate thing to discover. This series is a fix-it and not compliant with Avengers: Endgame at all.

topsy turvy by iron_spider: “hey omg that delivered” -- “you’re right, Stark phones are far superior or is it just this particular one you gave me”-- Tony stares at his phone as the messages come in, and he narrows his eyes. She looks down at his phone. “What did Peter do?” -- “Do I have a Peter face?” Tony asks. “Peter in danger expression?” -- “I don’t know,” Pepper says. “Is he in danger?” Tony sighs. “I hope not, but I’m—I’m not optimistic.”

I mean, in person… we could sort this out, or―” -- “Okay, fine.” Then the helmet’s face plate started to pull back, revealing the self-made billionaire. Peter’s face went pale. Tony took another step forward, causing the teen to take a hesitant step back. “We’re talking.” Raising both arms and charging up his blasters, Stark flashed a bitter smile. “Hi.”

Sweet Potatoes & Stitches by whumphoarder: Peter tries to assist Tony in cooking Thanksgiving dinner for the Avengers, but his culinary skills are a little lacking, and his knife skills even more so. Thankfully, the team is there to help.

Then just as suddenly he's not shaking him, because Quill is prying his hands back from the kid protectively, and Strange's palm is pushing Tony's shoulder to put some distance between him and the boy. Everyone knows Peter is a special case, for him. A special mission set aside to complete. He promised May. He promised Peter. He held him while he disintegrated. He washed him down a sink and apologized in multitudes. Someone seethes, "What do you mean, he didn't come back? What do you mean?" and he recognizes it belatedly as his own voice.*******Everyone comes back, when the snap is undone. Or, well — almost everyone.

Curbside Pick-up by Triscribe: You have received 1 new message: Mr. Stark: Heads up, had a change in transportation for this afternoon. He promised not to throw anything if you don’t go for his legs again ---Five times that an Avenger or two gave Peter a ride after school, and one memorable occasion when they ALL showed up.

Okay okay okay. But have you seen the new No Way Home trailer?? If not… 😱 possible spoilers for that, but also so many ideas already just based on that trailer?!? But there’s that moment where they’re talking about changing it so no one remembers he’s Spider-Man right? So imagine if Tony survived the snap and everything went right with the spell. Now we’d have Peter with no one aware he was Spider-Man…including tony stark, but also a Spider-Man with access to his tech because he has the suits and Karen and things like that. So may possibilities!

We’ve talked a little bit abt peter being Tony’s baby mama, and spider man being a secret from him, but it’s not quite an au. I love love love Tony’s tentative friendship with Spidey, who seems to only tolerate him for crime-fighting purposes, mixed with Tony’s relationship with Peter and their son, who tony only sees pictures of bc he thinks if he gets too close he’ll hurt them and it’s better this way

awww yes especially since it used to be like spider man was Tony’s biggest fan and then slowly things cooled to merely tolerating ironman and tony doesn’t understand the change

And also it hurts just to see pictures of his baby, but Tony knows it’s better this way. Peter’s so above Tony and doesn’t deserve to get dragged down in Tony’s drama

It took Quentin exactly two hours, three minutes, and fourty six seconds to realise that he had fucked up.

That was the exact time it took Tony to locate and get to the computer that had launched the post exposing Peter.

Of course, anyone would have realised that they messed up when Iron Man came crashing through the window.

"Where the hell is he?" Tony snapped, looking around in order to find Peter. Friday did a scan, but she was still looking for him.

Beck looked shocked. He had been so caught up in his victory of exposing the man who had humiliated him, he hadn't considered that he had given a way for him to be tracked. Great. "He...Stark…"

Tony popped the faceplate up, allowing how angry he was to be seen. "You're going to tell me right fucking now. Or I'm going to kill you." He paused, considering that. "I might just do that anyways. No one hurts Peter and gets away with it."

His speech was cut short when he heard a hoarse voice calling from another room. It sounded angry and indignant, but relieved. Definitely his darling boyfriend.

He went through rooms, searching until he found the one. The room was bare and dank, but there in the corner was his boy. He was so much thinner than he had been. Tony wondered if Beck had been feeding him at all. Then he got angry all over again. He ran to his boy, looking at the cuffs that kept him bound.

"Vibranium, boss. The suit will not be able to get through that," Friday chimed in. If an ai could sound worried, she did.

Tony rarely regretted making his ai's so lifelike, but her tone was not helping his mood. "Baby boy, don't worry, we'll get you out of this. I promise." He turned back to the door. "Beck! You'd better have a key for this! And you'd better get it right now."

Peter cuddled as close to Tony as he could with no shame. He was so touch starved and lonely, and so happy to finally see Tony again. "Tones...you found me…"

Tony took a moment to look over his boyfriend. Peter was much thinner than before, but his pale skin was littered with bruises. "Of course I found you...it was simple once he posted...I didn't know why he didn't think that I could get him…" he kissed Peter softly, just relieved that he could do so again. He didn't miss how the boy flinched away. "Honey?"

Peter shook his head, but didn't get to answer before they were both startled by a car starting out front.

Tony tensed. "Fuck no." Beck was trying to escape. He stood up, going back so that Beck couldn't get away.

The car was already driving away, but Tony could easily get to in while in the suit. And he did, and pulled Quentin out of the car in the process. "And where do you think you're going? We aren't done with you. And I think we established you weren't getting out of this."

He walked back to the house, dragging Beck behind him as he went to find Peter again.

Peter looked at them, still tugging at the bonds and trying to get out of them. No luck. "Is there a key for these or something? Or will we have to get Shuri for this?"

Tony looked at Beck, tossing him to the ground in front of Peter. "Well?"

Quentin snarled, glaring at Peter. "No key, dumbass. I wasn't going to give this brat any chance to escape."

Tony's hands clenched into fists involuntarily. "Great. That means we get to your fate faster and then we can get Shuri out here to get the cuffs off."

Peter frowned a little. "He's just...going to jail, right? You've called the cops?"

And the anger melted off Tony's face at that. How could he have forgotten? Peter didn't kill. And he didn't approve of anyone else killing either. Even the man that had kidnapped him and done god-knows what else to him. Peter wouldn't want him dead. "Sweetheart, this guy shouldn't have a chance to get out onto the streets again."

Peter looked upset, but he had pretty much looked upset for two weeks now. "Tony. You can't. Just...call the cops. Get him locked up. You cant kill him."

Tony sighed heavily, looking at his boyfriend and then at the asshole that caused them to be in the situation in the first place. "Honey, I-"

"No. You aren't killing him," Peter said firmly. "Friday? Call the police and give them our location."

"Yes, Peter."

Tony frowned. "Baby girl, aren't you just supposed to listen to me? I'm hurt." He shook his head. That didn't matter. "Okay. Okay. Fine. At least let me…" he nailed Beck in the side of the head, in one more burst of anger. It would have knocked anyone out regularly, but with the suit on it was just a harder hit.

Peter watched, breathing hard. Then he looked back up to Tony. "I just want to get out of here...call Shuri and get her here as fast as possible. These cuffs hurt. And I want to go home and cuddle with you and forget this ever happened." Before he could stop himself, he was crying, face going red.

Tony knelt down, bringing his boy into his arms. "Baby...oh, Pete, honey. I'm sorry this all happened. This never should have happened to you. I'm so sorry."

Peter sobbed, burying his face in the cold metal of the suit. "I've missed you so much. I was so scared I wouldn't see you again. I was scared I wouldn't see anyone again."

"I'm so sorry. I know. I know."

And that was how they stayed until the police came, Tony murmuring comforting words as Peter cried it all out. It was what they needed. They were both just relieved to have each other again
