Tonight I’m thinking about recently became Moon Spirit!Sokka and him dealing with his new white hair. Of course if it was anybody else, they would say “cool!” And go on their day. But not Sokka, who cares a little bit too much about his appearance. Now he’s a sore thumb, nobody in all four nations (at least in his age range) has white hair like him. It makes him feel insecure and trapped and to the point he just feels incredibly ugly.

Zuko finds him one day staring a bit too hard in the mirror and comes up from behind Sokka and hugs hm. He peppers him with kisses and compliments all his attractive traits, especially his moonlit hair. They fall into bed with Zuko cuddling him and smothering him with warmth and love.
