Here is the list of all the protests that have been confirmed for tomorrow. Remember to wear a mask or cover the lower half of your face with a kuffiyeh, to avoid detection by harassment and doxxing campaign orgs. Stay safe and spread the message.

The Fat Protestor
by @sparklejams and @jordallenhall
For everyone showing up to protest the US government funding of a genocide -- be loud, be safe. Your body is a force. If you are able, use it.
Police identify people by body type/clothing. Be aware (as if you could possibly forget) that you don't have the privilege of blending into the crowd.
Be aware that fatmisic police protocol and infrastructure can endanger your life during arrest.
Let this inform the risk that you take.
If you get arrested: raise hell about being cuffed with your hands in front of your body.
Mid-fat, super-fat, and infinifat people are especially at risk of positional asphyxia when cuffed with their arms behind them. Be especially vocal about any stress position where your knees are raised (sitting on a low police van bench, for instance).
Police typically don't listen to folks when concern is expressed over being cuffed in the back -- be loud. Verse yourself and your community in de-arresting practice. These risks are not commonly known, though are present not only for fat people, but also those with asthma and other breathing difficulties.
Make sure the people you are with are informed of these risks before protesting.
Direct action is sweaty. Prepare against crease rashes (yep - it's a normal self care maintenance thing if you have skin rolls/folds. It's normal. It's common. It's nothing to be ashamed about.) by drying with paper towels, using antiperspirant or cornstarch under your breasts/belly. When you get home, shower and treat with a wound cleanser (shoutout bactine spray) or a tea tree oil balm or soap as needed.
Our fat bodies are magnificent contributions at protests. Our fat bodies take more effort to move - think of all the wonderful ways we can use this to our advantage at a protest or direct action. We can block pathways and hold precious land with our fat bodies. We can shield and protect precious people with our fat bodies.
Bring:
• Change of socks. If you get caught in the rain or doused with water, or even if you sweat through your socks - walking around in wet socks will cause bad blistering.
• Light first aid/bandaids
• Water, snacks, meds
• A physical copy of your emergency contact in case of arrest
Try to go with other fat people. Comrades in normative bodies may not always consider your body and what is safe for you - so make sure you loudly advocate for yourself and your needs within whatever group you are with.
Stay cool. Take breaks. Sit or stop when you need to. Try to be hyper-mindful of getting overheated.
In case of hospitalization:
• Make a packet containing all medical info, advance directives, and emergency contacts. Put it in a clear sleeve with a humanizing photo of you with loved ones at the front.
• Learn more about how to make a Connection Kit and humanize yourself to healthcare workers in the Know Your Rights Guide on nobodyisdisposable.org
Remember that there is so much to do beyond the front lines.
• Provide jail support (wait to greet released protesters with water, snacks, hugs, and rides home).
• Provide your home as a central prep and recovery space before/after.
• Stay near the action and offer your car as a mobile phone charging station.
• Provide childcare.
• Drop off supplies.
Honor your body as a resource for civil disobedience. Center your needs.

Remember white women that didn't want to support the BLM protests but are protesting now.
We will be listening to Black and indigenous folks and following their lead first and foremost. They have far more experience here than you.
We will not be cosplaying handmaid's tale or vikings. BLM and Hong Kong protestors taught you what to wear to be safe in a protest and you need protection from teargas, rubber bullets, and facial recognition.
We will not be telling people that's we're going to a protest. All electronic devices stay at home and phones will be in airplane mode, Bluetooth off, in a Faraday bag or Faraday cage.
We will be writing the phone number of a friend or family member we trust and the number for the national lawyer's guild on our body where the cops won't see it.
We will not be saying shit like "You thought BLM protests were bad." That's hella invalidating to the work Black people did for their rights.
We will not be touching the random pallets of bricks that'll magical appear. We will not look at them. We will not go near them. We will pretend like they don't exist.
We will be bringing first aid kits and plenty of water.
We will stay safe.
If we are arrested we are only going to say "I'm utilizing my right to remain silent without my lawyer present." And NOTHING ELSE. DON'T SAY A GODDAMN WORD UNTIL YOUR LAWYER GET THERE. I DON'T CARE IF THEY ASK YOUR FAVORITE ICE CREAM FLAVOR. DON'T SAY A GODDAMN WORD.

a protest in my city had a guy in a spiderman outfit climbing up some scaffolding outside a hospital and waving a flag (the hospital was on the protest route in a major street, this guy had been climbing up every surface for the entire march, it was for like 5 minutes at most), and now every single headline is like "antisemitic palestine protestors terrorize hospital???" and it's going to be used as a justification to have more police. i hate it here. a zionist tried to slap someone in full view of the cops a few blocks down, and they didn't do a single thing, but spiderman is the problem.
SPIDERMAN FREE PALESTINE MOMENT REAL????????????
and ahhhh western media be western media'ing as typical. being a journalist these days is fucking ridiculous. i hope the protesters got to stay safe away from the cops and zionists!! so glad you were able to participate :)

something i've noticed zionists do is that they'll just tack "which means killing jews" onto the end of everything they describe pro-palestinian protestors saying. "they're calling for a free palestine—which means killing jews btw." "they're saying that there needs to be a ceasefire and that all palestinian political prisoners should be freed from israeli prisons. which means they want to kill jews. btw."
and it's like....i have hardly seen ANYONE that's pro-palestine directly mentioning, blaming, or pointing fingers at jews. like....ever. zionists have to add that sentiment on themselves to make it seem like we're the bad guys for wanting a free palestine.
because we know that this isn't about jews. we know that jewish people as a whole are not responsible for the occupation of palestine. the zionist project was started by western imperialism and antisemitic countries that wanted jews out. jews are not to blame, but it serves western imperialism well to exploit the very real generational trauma of jews.
the most antisemitic rhetoric i've seen since october has not been from pro-palestinians. it's been from two camps: people who have always been antisemitic and are using this to fuel their hatred, and zionists. zionists, who aggressively associate the brutal violence of israel with judaism. zionists, who insist that you're a fake jew if you don't blindly support the state of israel. zionists, who tell jews that they aren't safe anywhere in the world but israel (while simultaneously bemoaning how unsafe israel is because of palestine, but that's not the point here). zionists, whether jewish themselves or otherwise (because many of the zionists i see aren't jewish themselves), who insist that jews cannot exist anywhere else but israel. that they need to defend their land. that they need to go there and stay there and fight for the interests of the west.

2037
PM700 just got activated a few months ago, and one of her first tasks was to patrol the street block next to a demonstration of protestors. She stayed there monitoring for the whole day, but just as she was about to head back to the station she received a broadcast message on local android channel informing her about the little girl named Emma who ran ahead of her household android and jumped on the wrong bus.
Android had to use special entrance for the section of the bus reserved for androids so in a few extra seconds it took him to notice the absence of Emma, the doors already closed. Along with the description of the problem the message contained coordinates of the next bus stops on Emma's way, and to her surprise, PM700 discovered that she's just close enough to check one of the bus stops herself. On her way she wasn't sure if she'll find Emma or not — she could have exited at any of the 6 stations, but when PM700 turned the last corner she was just in time and place to find Emma sitting on a bench. She was scared and her eyes were wet from tears.
PM700 identified the address from which the message had come and sent back her coordinates along with a picture, promising to get Emma back safely. It was decided to meet at the station closest to both of them.
It amused PM700 how quickly she gained kid's trust — she had never dealt with kids before and was mostly used to people trying to ignore or argue with her. So it was nice. She liked it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Usually PM700 only followed general public protocols specified by DPD and Android's Act — this was the first time she got a chance to act upon CyberLife's private protocols of emergency, and there was just something exciting about it.

WokeKaren on YT and TikTok.
To summarize:
In Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, if a single protester gets violent (or a counter-protestor hijacks the protest and breaks something purposefully), the person who hosted the protest would get in legal trouble.
Stay safe everyone!

When Herogasm was over, Abby tried to move on from whatever had happened that night. She actually did move on, focusing on her work in her town, stopping robberies and crimes, patrolling the streets and trying to keep her image always friendly.
She could punch robbers and catch shoplifters all day, but people didn’t learn about her works from that, but from her actions and her charity. Half her day, when the sun was up, was spent building houses and hospitals and working with fundraising for people in need, defending protestors and maintaining peace.
Tonight, though, it was a little different. Police had alerted her about some bank robbers near her, so she could reach them while they were still on the way, and she was trying to work out how she was going to catch them without them noticing her presence first.
She tried to be stealthy, getting in through the back as the robbers and hostages were in the front, and managed to do it, hearing the yelling from the robbers as they tried to threaten the bank clerks.
Abby sneaked down the hall, and thankfully, one of the men passed by as they tried to use one of the codes onto the safe, giving her the opportunity to quietly disarm him, putting him into a choke hold, so he wouldn’t say anything until his body fell unconscious in her grip, and she quickly shoved a cloth between his lips and covered his mouth with the tape he had in his hands, taping his hands together and shoving him into an empty room.
She stared for a moment at his gun, unsure. Abby had had formal weapon training, but she had never actively carried a gun before, with her strength always being enough. Still, this was a close-quarters environment.
She had to diffuse it before it got worse.
So she put it in her belt, moving to the front and stopping as she saw another
She made a move to the front, seeing another man on patrol right behind her. Before he could process her presence, though, she hit him on the side of the head, knocking him against the wall and out like a light.
“Who the fuck-!” she heard the voice of gun head shouted, finally seeing her.
He grabbed one of the crying clerks and pressed the gun against her temple, while a final robber pulled his gun to Abby’s face.
“Stay the fuck back!” their leader commanded. “Or we’ll kill every single one of them!”
Abby tried to keep her cool, raising her hands and showing them her open palms.
"The police are on their way," she told them. "You don't want to add murder to your charges. If you let them go, I promise you, I-"
"Screw the cops!" he interrupted her, voice full of fear. "We are not going back to jail."
"You are afraid," she stated simply, trying to reason with them. "I get it."
The leader flinched, trying to keep his posture.
"They didn't give a shit about us. I was locked up for ten years, and then they just spat us out," he told her, angry. "I didn't have clothes, money, not even a place to stay! Do you think this whole shit even matters? They can replace every brick of this fucking place."
She nodded along, listening to him.
"But those people are important," she reminded him. "They have families. Parents, children and partners. They can't be replaced."
He looked at the clerk, hesitant and shaking a little.
"Let her go," she told him. "And I promise I'll personally help you with what you need."
He finally sighed, defeated, and tossed his gun away.
"Let her go, dude," he told his partner.
Abby sighed in relief.
"Thank-"
The glass of the window broke as a shot rang out, and she didn't have time to even move as the leader robber fell, blood splattering all over the clerk in front if you like a bullet got him on the head.
A figure stood at the entrance, and she was about to push the man in front of her out of the way when he fell in her arms with two bullets down his back.
"No!" she gasped.
Screams filled the room, but the sounds were muffled in her ears as she tried to revive the man in her arms, but he was far gone, instantly dead.
Abby hadn't even been able to process anything when a pair of boots stopped by her side.
"I heard you needed help, doll," a known voice spoke, too cocky, from above her.
She looked up and there he was. Soldier Boy.
Ben.
He reached his hand to grab hers, not looking bothered.
"Come on," he hummed. "These people still need to get out.
She took it, unsure of what else to do.
"Everything is fine now," he told the group. "You are all saved."
She watched as people's faces changed from fear to happiness, and their screams became cheers.
The police rushed him, and things moved along. The man she had locked up was arrested, just as the one unconscious by her side, and the blood-covered clerk was very quiet as they escorted her away.
"You almost had me worried there," Soldier Boy hummed, hand rubbing the small of her back.
Her hands were still covered in blood.
"I had it handled, sir," she explained softly, unsure.
He chuckled.
"Sir?" he asked. "Now that's new."
"He surrendered," she looked at her face.
Soldier Boy scoffed.
"Right," he shook his head. "Sweetheart, men like that don't just surrender and let cops carry them away. He would have just hurt you as soon as you turned your back to him."
She wanted to say something, but a sudden flash hit her face.
Reporters.
"Smile," Soldier Boy instructed, but all she could do was look at them. "They are gonna want to hear all about how you saved the day."
She turned back to him just as he moved to put his shield in front of them, covering her hands.
"This is gonna make the first page."
She inhaled deeply before smiling when the first reporter walked to them, and they did just as he had told her, asking questions about everything.
She expected Soldier Boy to leave, but he just gestured to his very nice car.
"Let me drive you home, ma'am," he smiled, holding the door open like a gentleman.
A part of her wanted to say no, but once again she felt trapped by his eyes and sweet smile.
So she followed him and got into her car, and Soldier Boy said goodbye to everyone before driving the two off, and she was about to ask him if he knew where he was going - she hadn't told him her address - when he pulled into an alley and grabbed her face in his hands.
"God," he groaned, kissing her. "I've missed you."
She moaned at the kiss.
"You couldn't have found me sooner?" she panted.
"I wanted to," he assured her, groaning. "Got busy with dumb bullshit. I had to hack the police intercom for just a fucking reason to come down here."
He pulled her to his lap quickly, and Abby gasped.
They were going to do this? Here?
"We can go to my home," she tried to argue with him.
"But I can fuck you right here," he moved his hands up, looking for her zip.
Abby shook her head.
"Unless you don't want us to go more than one round, someone will find us," she argued.
He looked at her, challenging, but she stood her ground.
Finally, he grunted in defeat.
"Fine," he rolled his eyes. "Let's get to your home."

EPISODE 5 THOUGHTS LETS GO
this series just keeps getting better and better istg
(also I think the only spoilers for non-book readers are at the very end so feel free to read)
the switch to annabeth seeing the fates after thinking percy might've died is INCREDIBLE, I love that change. the fates always seemed a bit out of place in the book so it's nice to see them actually add something to the plot
percy acts kinda different after climbing out of the river, which makes sense, but it's weird seeing him kinda happier and more hopeful
was i the only one who thought that percabeth hug kinda paralleled percy and sally's hug in the first episode? maybe it was just one of them being soaking wet and the other being dry
them hiding when ares comes by because they're hiding from the police is funny
also them popping their heads up to talk to him was adorable
"gimme a second, I'm starting a fight on twitter" CRYING
not too big of a fan of gabe's portrayal in this episode, i feel like they should've kept in how quickly he moved onto another woman to up his shittiness in a disney-safe way
that "i really-we really loved that car" was funny tho, and does make him a bit shittier, so I'll give him that. the fake crying could have been more clearly fake, but that's probably just me being bad at reading emotions
when i saw the clip of grover having to stay behind i didn't really like that change, but now watching the episode i really like it. i loved the grover-ares interaction this episode
i love the whole theme park being made by hephaestus, idk why there's something really cool about that
also i really wanna go there i don't even really like amusement parks but that place looked cool as hell
annabeth getting distracted by how cool the mechanics are she's so adorable i love her so much
the explanation of celestial bronze felt a bit random but they needed to include it somewhere so I'm fine with it
what did ares mean when he said protestor?? there were protestors at the solstice?? what does that mean??
grover hyping ares up and getting on his good side to get information out of him loved that
BABY DON'T HURT ME PLAYING ON THE TUNNEL OF LOVE PLSSS
the tunnel of love showing the story of hephaestus's life is so funny to me, like damn ares and aphrodite went on the ride showing the sad life of the guy aphrodite's cheating on??
like that ride was definitely made with revenge on aphrodite in mind that's funny
"she was trying to keep me away from you guys" that adds something to someone's character and i love that. sally recognizing how terrible the gods are and never wanting percy to have to deal with that
also percy looking to annabeth when he said that. like he knows that she's also a part of this awful cycle of abuse, which adds even more to her rejecting that cycle later in the episode
in terms of casting hephaestus is my second favorite of the olympians aside from dionysus, purely because i've loved his outfit from the moment we got that first picture of him, so this episode is exciting for me
including the chair hephaestus built for hera, idk why but i love that so much. could go into how the gods traumatized hephaestus but i think the episode implies that enough
"was [athena] always like that?" i was expecting them to go into how athena might have also been traumatized by zeus but nope it just turned into a shit-on-athena round, which was objectively better
"if she's so smart explain the owl" i loved this conversation it's so fuckin funny
"and i (no owl) am not?!" they're making me love ares fuck
i know there's a reason behind it, but the back-to-back episodes of percy supposedly dying and sacrificing himself for annabeth felt a bit much. i feel like there should've been a bit more room between those, but that's just my opinion (i don't really know what they could've done instead that'd be better)
I DIDN'T EVEN CATCH THE FIRST SEAWEED BRAIN MY FIRST WATCH WAIT HOLD UP
"this isn't the arch seaweed brain, you aren't pushing me into the stairwell again" "yes i am" STOP I LOVE THEM
"you're better at this than me. you just are" CRYING STOP
i can already imagine the edits those are gonna break me
percy getting incased in gold looked so damn cool it felt so mechanical
annabeth not even going for the shield and immediately trying to get percy out
ngl i was fully expecting annabeth to be able to do it, i didn't even doubt her getting him out herself, so i was kinda thrown off by hephaestus showing up
annabeth and hephaestus's whole conversation was just incredible
"maybe i was that way once. but i don't wanna be that way anymore. i won't be like all of you" i can see the edits
"some of us don't like being that way either" i just love hephaestus i love how this episode implies that some of the gods are victims of the cycle of abuse too
the inside of the zoo truck looks waayyy more cramped than i was imagining it all these years
spoilers for people who haven't read the book past this point
grover knowing who the thief is?? he can't know who it actually is, that'd spoil the entire plot-twist, but then who would it be?? luke and clarisse are literally the only named campers not on the quest so far, so unless ares claimed his own daughter stole the bolt, there's no one else that would be a satisfying red herring
i trust this show to not give away luke being the thief until the last episode, so now I'm just very curious what grover's gonna say
i loved this episode so much, my only concern is they haven't mentioned the whole "gods don't have DNA thing" yet, and considering that they really leaned into the family dynamic thing, it's a bit concerning
like please, for the sake of the new fans and their percanny or smartwater, please tell them percy and annabeth aren't really related it's starting to get weird

Reminders and advice for the Wellington protest against "Posie" tomorrow:
-If KJK pulls out, there is still a peaceful pro-trans rally going ahead to show that people don't just show up looking for a fight, and Aotearoa genuinely loves and supports our trans community
-Wear a mask. Please. There are likely to be plenty of disabled and/or immune compromised people in attendance, it's for their health and safety (Also they have the added bonus of making you less identifiable by neo-nazis)
-Do not instigate violence. You absolutely have the right to defend yourself and other protesters, but KJK and her team are already trying to twist the narrative around what went down in Auckland today, and we need to make it incredibly difficult for them to do that here by standing it back and making it damn clear who started the fight if her supporters do start another one
-Bring water and snacks. Even if KJK runs away after 20 minutes again, her supporters will likely linger. You could be there for a long time.
-Wear sunscreen, even if it's overcast (that's general "living in Aotearoa" advice anyway tbh)
-Bring a raincoat. Would not advise an umbrella given that it's central Wellington near the harbour and there's currently a wind watch.
-If you, for any reason, feel the need to take photos or videos, do not include any protestors who have not consented to being in them- blur out their faces after filming if need be. Do not livestream yourself or other protestors, it puts people in danger.
-Have an escape plan, and make sure there is at least one person not going to the protest who knows you are going and can come and get you if something happens. Have something pinging your location privately to an emergency contact (I know Google maps on android allows this via a txt alert, unsure about Apple devices).
-Do not go to, or leave, the protest alone. If you must, meet up at a pre-event beforehand (vic uni are hosting a free sign making session that will conclude with attendees walking to the protest together), and when you leave, follow within another group of protestors until you reach a further away area where you can safely split off.
-Consider bringing a change of clothes to make yourself harder to identify post-protest. I know a lot of people will want to wear pride colours and whatnot, but this will make you stick out more once it's over, so if you're staying in town, you might need to cover up.

⚡️Impish Reasearch⚡️
Striker x Male Angel!reader fluff!
Tumblr media
Requested by a Wattpad supporter!
╚═ * +:。.。. · : · . ✧ ★ ✧ . · : · . 。.。:+ * ═╝
The amazingly blue and white skies slowly turns to a dark, crimson red. Protected by a heavenly seal, no daggers could harm you, but the filthy insults and glares from the souls trapped in hell were exempt from your protection. In front of the palace doors, an imp stands by to pulverize anyone who may try to hurt you. He looks at you and winks. You turn sway from him, no time to get distracted. The doors slam behind you as you make your way up the long stairs. Photos of your boss' business "partner" and his family stare at you eerily, judging you.
Standing in a doorway, an empty table and open patio doors greet you. "Oh Lucifer," you introduce, walking towards the patio. You stand a safe yet close distance to him, the king of Hell, Lucifer. "Isn't it wonderful," he begins. It wasn't uncommon for him to monologue about how glorious his kingdom is. "All of this, the freedom to do whatever you want. You can do the most heinous things to another and still be seen as a true equal."
You nod, barely listening. Instead, you look down at the "glorious" kingdom he speaks of. Imps sleeping in boxes, prostitutes fighting for drugs, bombs being launched, and faint screaming that never seems to end. This was not the paradise Lucifer made it out to be, but as an angel, you couldn't help but feel discomfort with the state of despair.
"So, what does your precious God want to do with my kingdom this time? Perhaps try to salvage the poor sinners who were sent here "wrongfully"?" "No," you sigh, "God is asking about your daughter's attempt to-" "oh please," he snaps, "I do not want anything to do with a "rehabilitation" for the souls trapped here. We agreed anybody who is sent here shall stay, no backsies. If my daughter wants to break a millennium-old pact, she will deal with that when she is queen. That is the end of the discussion."
Lucifer was always adamantly against his daughter's idea of rehabilitating a demon and allowing them a chance at redemption, it was unclear to you why. God, however, seems to be almost content with the idea presented. Known as the most merciful, it is only to fair to give those worthy a second chance. Lucifer does not agree, and you fear that if you push him any further, your wings will no longer fly.
Exiting the palace, more protestors stand and belittle you while the bodyguard still stands like a knight in shining armor. "I'll escort you to a safer area, sir." Following the imp, you feel as though you failed your mission, the whole reason you were sent down here. "What's got you so glum?" The imp asks with a southern twang. "I was unable to reason with Lucifer about a proposal from God." He scoffs and chuckles, "don't you worry about Luci, he's stubborn as a bull. God should've realized that sendin' a lil' angel down here wouldn't do the trick." Was he belittling you or trying to comfort you? "Don't you worry 'bout a thing. Name's Striker, private assassin and guard" he holds out his hand. Fingerless gloves that show off his claws. Hesitantly shaking his hand, "I'm Y/N, God's angel ambassador." "Wow, an ambassador? You must suck a lotta peen to get that high a role!" He laughs. It was loud, boisterous, confident, like he didn't even care he was talking to God's right hand man. "N-no, I just dedicated my time and effort and eventually was rewarded." His smile fades. "So you just wait? No go-get-em in you?" "Not exactly, I am ambitious, I just prefer to bide my time." "So Simple up there. Down here you gotta kill, gotta take the bull by the horns and lead it to the competition. S'hard work, but when you're hired by the man in charge, boy, do you feel like you've won the lotto." The two of you reached your destination, and he looks at you and pauses. "Do what you want, Y/N, I'll be eagerly awaitin' your next visit."
You tell God the update on the rehabilitation project, and of course, they are unhappy. "What a shame, I would disassemble that damned pact if I could, but it requires the consent of the two rulers." They shake their head, resting it on their hand. "Thank you for the update, Y/N, you are relieved of your duties for the day."
Walking away from the palace down the golden streets, cherubs flying and giggling as other angels talk and walk together. Such a simplistic lifestyle. You think on the scenery of hell, the dark overtones and absolute freedom of oneself, good or bad. The souls who have accepted their life as a filthy sinner and acted as such, the imps who are the lowest of the low act the same as those who were sent down. What purpose did they serve? What purpose was an assassin if they were already deceased? These questions antagonized you, but they all surrounded a certain Imp, the one who talked to you like you were a true equal-Striker. He was such an interesting one, looks and conversation, he was different. You wanted to learn more about this imp.
With God's permission, angels were able to go to hell for their own benefit and for the extermination process. Some angels were even given the ability to shape-shift or look as if they belonged there. You were one of those angels. This ability was not able to be used all the time, only for small amounts of time. That did not stop you.
As you entered hell once again, you sought out the countryside imp to discuss your curiosities. Looking around for him was difficult, but the helpful sinners and imps who actually did recognize your description of him were able to help you find him, which eventually you did. He was eating a sandwich in a run-down diner. Taking a seat next to him, you order a cup of what looks like coffee. He scoffs. "How basic, why not try a sandwich? At least you'll get some sustenance." Taken aback by his new attitude, you wondered if this was how he treated everyone, maybe it was just politeness when you were an Angel. You lean in closer to him despite his tensing body and whispered "I'm the angel. I wanna talk." Striker's eyes widened as did his smile. "Well, let's get out of 'ere, I can tell ya alllll about what ya wanna know". He stands and you follow him to a secluded area behind some buildings. No one was around, it was almost abandoned. "So you're the angel I escorted earlier, huh? Mighty risky of ya to come down here on yer own." He lights a cigarette. "Well yes, but I had some questions about this world I'd like to be answered." He smiles with the cigarette through his sharp fangs, "I'd be happy to answer yer questions, handsome." You blush slightly. "W-well, you are an assassin, yes?" "Yessir" he says confidently with a bit of pride. "What purpose do you serve when everyone here is already dead?" His smile seems to fade a bit as he looks towards the ground. "I don't know and frankly, I don't care," his smile comes back, more sinister than before. "I get paid big bucks to kill these low-lives here, my biggest client is from the Goetia family, believe it or not." Did he say the Goetia? One of the highest royalties in Hell? What would a Goetia need an assassin for? Striker continues, "I even got one of heaven's fine-ass weapons to get the job done. Now I'm sure you don't need a lesson on the definition of assassin, but I get lotsa money to kill someone here, dead or not."
"How intriguing." Not even he knows where his victims go? How could he be so nonchalant about this? You look at him, puffing out smoke and crushing the cigarette under his boots. He doesn't care about anything but money it seems he's just like the others here. "Alright... how are morals down here?" Striker laughs, "what morals? We all don't care 'bout each other! It's kill or be killed here!" His toothy smile flashes with a golden fang, a cruel display. "But," he continues, "there are some here that decide to settle down, find someone, start a family of their own if they want. Others start their own business, and some try to do good deeds." You look at him, watch him as he describes the bit of light in such a dark universe. "I used to want to do that, have a family, but that ain't the life for me. I kill now, and I'm damn good at it, and that's enough for me. You don't know how hard it is to find someone here, let alone someone who wants an imp." He spat the word "imp" with such distaste, such hatred and scorn for his own kind. No wonder, being the lowest of the lowest class here, it must be agonizing to even exist.
"What if someone wanted to be with you too? Even if they aren't what you expected... aren't someone from Hell?" Striker looks at you, confused yet intrigued. "What? Like you? An Angel? HA! Don't Pull my tail, ion need that kinda joke right now." "No," you say sternly, "I have thought about you since I met you today, and I'd like to experience things with you! I would like to start a research project with you." "A what?" "A research project. I do them for God on many occasions, mostly about Hell's state and the wellness of the angels in heaven. I'd like to discuss with him a possibility of researching an imp and how one lives and I believe you are the best candidate."
Striker was taken aback. He was the best candidate for a research project? No way was he qualified, he was an imp, a low-life, nothing more! But, he was honored that someone of such a high class, someone like you, chose him; but he'd never let you know that. "Sure Angel, I'll be your little Guinea pig, but in return, I get to ask you whatever I want and you gotta answer regardless. And you gotta stay here for a bit. Deal?" He holds out his hand. It's a dangerous deal, being an Angel down in hell, but the chance to research an imp was perfect. You shake his hand, agreeing before returning to heaven to consult God.
"Y/N, what would researching an imp's life do for their benefit?" "Well, we can use this research to determine if more sinners or imps will be annihilated during the exterminations." "Fine, I will grant you three months to gather information. I will give you an impish disguise so you can experience their hardships as well. I wish you luck, Y/N."
And with that, you were sent to hell to research the life of an imp with Striker.
It was a tough life for sure, but within these 3 months you grew accustomed to the lifestyle. It wasn't difficult to fend for yourself after a bit, especially at an assassin's side. Speaking of Striker, you grew close with him, learning about his life and hardships. As you grew, your feelings for the imp did as well. It wasn't ideal, but it happened. Hiding it became more and more difficult, resulting in avoiding Striker as much as possible while still being near him.
Striker, however, knew of these feelings since the start, having reciprocated these same feelings, but not telling you until he was sure. He teased you and played with your tail, the horns and made snarky comments to you that made you blush and set your insides on fire. The rare times you flirted back only made his remarks more frequent.
Sometimes he would hold you, or cuddle you under the ruse of being asleep and just getting comfortable in an unconscious state. You didn't mind at all, in fact, it become a daily instance to sleep while cuddling; for comfort and warmth, of course. It was a lovely thing to hold each other, tails sometimes intertwining and tangling with each other, causing a cute yet awkward scene of giggling and Striker pulling them apart, saying something along the lines of "they got a mind of their own, huh?"
One month until you were to be sent back to Heaven, one more month with Striker. Today was the day you wanted to tell him you loved him. It was nerve-wracking, but you wanted to tell him all of your icky feelings, all of the sappy thoughts while cuddling, the happiness when he'd untangle the two of you, and how his comments and teasing made your heart swoon. He was laying in bed in the dingy motel room he resided in. Laying next to him, you stroked a finger on his horn, thinking he was asleep. "I can feel yer claw there, darlin"." You were wrong. "Sorry, they're so cool looking!" He rolled over, shirtless and his hair ruffled. He smiled and chuckled sleepily, "y'know, it's a treat lookin' atcha get all excited about my horns when you gotta pair of yer own." It was comments like that. That damn smile. "Well what can I say, I enjoy your looks." Here we go, on the track of confession. He looked at you in the eyes, acting smugly, but there was a sense of fear in him. "Oh? You sayin' I'm attractive, angel boy?" "Of course, why else would I obsess over your horns and spiny tail all the time? No other imp catches my eye like you do." Striker smiled slightly and looked at the ground, a very, very slight blush dusting his cheeks. "Well, I suppose you wouldn't have chosen me for this if you weren't a lil' bit attracted to me, right?"
Striker had a slight self-esteem issue. You know, of course. It tied back to him being an imp. You were aware of this and we're always sensitive when discussing the topic. "Well, you wouldn't have accepted if you weren't attracted to me as well, right?" You moved your hand to ever so lightly brush your fingers over his. He notices and slides a finger under yours, reciprocating the action of affection. "Yer right haha. Maybe I am a bit attracted to an Angel in an Imp's disguise." You smile as the two of you look into each other's eyes lovingly. "And this Angel has indeed fallen for an imp such as yourself."
The feelings were out, and it seemed they were reciprocated. Your hands tangled and held one another's, foreheads pressed against each other's as light and loving laughter filled the room. Tails intertwining once again, but not accidentally, not to be untied by the handsome assassin the Angel had fallen for. This was a display of pure love, nothing a research book could ever describe, not for these two.

Eclipse Episode 9
Okay so I am not as compelled to write but I wanted to inform my avid viewers (lol) that I have finished episode 9 and intend to watch epiosdes 10-12 in one hit, hopefully tomorrow afternoon evening so this will be the last update for 20-22 hours. (ADDED AFTER: I WROTE A TON LOL)
AND TUMBLR ERASED THIS POST AFTER I HAD FINISHED IT, T_T, TAKE 2:
@wen-kexing-apologist @grapejuicegay @thegalwhorants @plantsarepeopletoo You all are making this a ton of fun so thanks a bunch.
Tumblr media
(this was earlier but I loved this pun ngl)
This episode started out with a bit of a sucker punch as Akk wanted Ayan to leave the school to be safe while Ayan wanted to stay in school because he was worried about Akk.
I just have to say that the utter wonderfulness of these boys relationship bring so much heart to the show it's amazing
Tumblr media
He FLUTTERED HIS EYELASHES AND I DIED
Yes he has a boyfriend, ME - Loved this so much
I really enjoy that Ayan has decided they boyfriends even though Akk can't say it out loud yet.
Enough Simping, onto other thoughts
I get that the Car convo with Akk and Ayans mum was important but it was also PAINFUL ngl because Akk is already under so much pressure from adults and here's another one just heaping onto something I am sure he's already worried about
Principal speaking to Chadok is giving me chain of yelling vibes, principal Principal to Chadok DO SOMETHING Chadok to Ayan DO SOMETHING and so on, seems like Principal is being hounded by donors, money sure makes the world go round
Tumblr media
Oh no if the prefect group is disbanded what about Akks future?
also has Akk told Ayan about how much he's potentially relying on financial aid? (and I say potentially because while the show has clearly shown this as key motivation they haven't really stressed how important this is).
The sign and the dripping paint!
Ngl I thought it was Namo but he's pretty convincing of his innocence
NAM BURNED THE POSTERS NOT AKK (sorry boy)
I'm still wondering how Wat's whole arc is going to tie in, I had kind of wondered if he's be filming and catch something by accident but now it sounds like he'll be looking to film it and tell a story on purpose so I wonder if it will be a key part of the resolution, you know a touching film to make the higher ups realise the light or something (though that feels a bit too neat)
actually that's something I hadn't considered, how neatly is GMMTV going to tie this one up in a little bow?
LOOK, Thua still feels SUPER SUS to me okay like he knows now that Chadok *probably* invented the curse so he's got to be even madder, and I still feel like he was behind the initial 3 protestors
I'm venturing into crazy town here but see, maybe he even encouraged Akk or Namo in their supporessive tactics and then turned around to egg on the protestors, now that Akks backed off, he could be the one doing the paint sign and burning the doll because he WANTS THE SCHOOL TO HAVE NEGATIVE ATTENTION. Like Akk says, he wouldn't do it because it's obviously going to get the wrong kind of attention but I could definitely see Thua WANTING that attention right?
And especially now he knows about the Curse origins and Akk no longer seems to be enforcing it maybe he's using it to his own advantage, how much of a mastermind is he??
OH SWEET THUA I'M SENDING YOU ALL THE VIRTUAL FLOWERS IF I'M WRONG OKAY.
Also I thought I'd been tracking what Akk calls Ayan for reasons, and I caught the slip up and self-correction but he called him Aye in the pool so did I miss it earlier?? I'm going to have to go back to the food scene and check because I want to know
Tumblr media
Okay so last(ish) thing, it was actually in a previous episode but I want to talk about this
Tumblr media
because it sent be into a bit of a tailspin about the KINDNESS this show is presenting as a core theme
In this scene the three protestors look confused and hand over their items with much less resistance than previously, Akk has seriously changed his approach and Namo comments later that 'he's changed'
Also they haven't really resolved this yet but Ayan Uncle has certainly been presented as a key point of kindness not just for Ayan but for the school kids too.
also previously Ayan used kindness to get the protestors to stop
actually Ayan is the core of this because he is SO CONFIDENT and FIRM is his convictions while being UNFAILINGLY KIND
His and Khan's whole interaction a couple episodes ago which I thought was going to be a jealous fight but then just...wasnt and then this episode Ayan was gently encouraging him to confess his feelings for Thua
Also Wat also just seems super kind
and the show has made a point of showing how different these three boys are when they're not enforcing the rules
Ayan and his ideals are a key stressors to Akks major ongoing identity crises (which may be the main focus of the post I can already taste on my fingertips for after I finish this show because Akk is...oh boy...very relatable) Yet he is also A PILLAR of patience, kindness and strength in Akks life even as he pushes and jokes and teases he accepts what Akk can give even when it's less than he wants.
Okay...I think I am done
Some bonus simping for y'all
Tumblr media
Oh sweet boy everything about your face disagrees with you
(somehow his eyes look even more doe-y with dishevelled hair)
That's all
I'll back tomorrow!
Tumblr media
He's so WONDERFUL
Okay I'm really done now

My brain really should shut the fuck up but it seems lately it seems to have a problem™
So I was listening to "superpretty" by boylife and I had to think of queer rioter Porsche.
Like what's if Hum bar was a queer bar and Porsche grew up alongside queer people, drag queens practically raising him and Chay.
Unapologetically queer Porsche who goes is the loudest one at protest, the one most angry, a sight to behold.
Meets sophisticated gay™ rich boi Kinn who admires protestors but knows it's not available to him because he has a reputation to uphold.
But Porsche is so enticing, so addictive and Kinn can't stay away from him. And so Porsche shows him his world.
Kinn and Porsche seeing romeo and juliet together in some basement and both juliet and romeo are drag queens.
Porsche in queer spaces feeling at ease and belonging, with his visibly queer clothing that he makes sure are always a statement™
Porsche always being the opinionated one, discussing queer issues with ease Kinn could never see in his stuffy rich meetings even with queer organisations. Because Porsche is unapologetic in it and he doesn't care about investors and image, he is just queer and exists and he is gonna make it everyone else's problem.
Also Kinn going from not going to protests, to being reluclantly at the back, to at the end marching with Porsche at the front of the protest, being loud and there and a statement.
But also Porsche helping at the queer homeless shelter because he knows how it is to not have a safe space and so he tries to make a safe space for the kids there.
Like I can't articulate myself well because all i have is just vibes and some flashing scenes in my mind but like the vibe of discovering freedom in someone of "Kill Your Darlings" the comfort of queer people of "Pride (2014)" and "Tales of the city (tv show 2019)" and just a lot of queer rage™
I hope ya'll get the vibes I'm putting out sksjznz

Probably a little bit late to the party on sharing this, but useful information for anyone involved in protests right now- particularly the bits about "locking on" and stop and search.
It's worth noting that protest isn't *yet* illegal in the UK, but certain acts are becoming increasingly criminalised. We've already seen these powers put into use when arresting the "not my king" protestors during Charles' coronation.
Anyway, stay safe out there during any actions over the summer, and don't forge the green and black cross advice if you are arrested: https://greenandblackcross.org/guides/#Supporting_Yourself
