1stweek of August 2022

The Lord taughtme how to slow down. Take things easy and focus more on being gentle.

This week Iwas very productive.

· Atwork, I was able to finish my assigned tasks, not most of it but almost. Stayingfocus. Celebrating small wins.

· I wasalso able to work out for 15 mins the whole week and got a rest day on Thursday.Staying consistent.

· Iwas able to remain calm around Mommy and being mindful of my response.

· Monday?I cannot remember what I did this day. Aside from working out, doing somelaundry? Killed time with social media which I really hate.

· Tuesday?We have Resourcing meeting with the team, feeling so down because of the passingof Sir Mark.

· Didsome grocery run. At Market-market.

· Didsome chest xray.

· Thursday,we were able to accompany Nanay to her last chemotherapy. We’re a bit late butall went well. Super productive at the hospital, did drug testing which is a requirementin TGP.

· Friday,finish some of my tasks. It’s a bit rainy. Accomplished barangay clearance, andNanay’s filgrastim shot.

· Saturday.Clean the house. Clean the bathroom, do some folding of clothes, arrange my clothesat the cabinet, letting go of some small stuff and papers at the cabinet. Cleanthe bar counter, clean the pantry cabinet. Swept the floor, Cooked good food. Iam so tired this day. Thank love for the good back massage.

· Sunday,did online worship service. Run for 15 mins, clean the fridge, bought some fruitsand veggies outside the village. Mayordo Family come over for lunch. We havesome movies and discussions about Mommy and Daddy’s 60th birthday.

· At night,we watched, Wolf of the Wall Street by Leonardo DiCaprio. He is a legend, a verygood actor. Moral of the movie, stay focus and persistent in your goals in lifebut remain humble and grounded. Pleasures in life will cost you a lot but ifyou have Jesus in your life, it makes the difference. Contentment and appreciationis the key.

· Do not rule someone out because of past issues. Despite past misconduct or lack of experience, helooked at personality and work ethic when making decisions.

· Be careful about what you are sacrificing for money or success. It can be tempting to make bad decisions for instant gratification
