Wie kreiere ich mir eine tolle Schulzeit? Schule war für mich immer die Hölle! Wie ist sie für dich? 🔥 . Jeden Tag aufzuwachen und zu wissen: "Heute wird es wieder richtig schwer!" Jeden Tag vor dem einschlafen diese Bauchschmerzen, die mich daran hintern einfach mal abzuschalten. 🤯 . Ständig war ich in diesem Negativen. Ständig in mir selber gefangen. Wie so eine Negative-Spirale die sich um mein Leben gewickelt hat. 😤 . Yes...AND THATS THE POINT! Negativität! 💁‍♂️ . Wie will ich mir auch eine tolle Schulzeit kreieren, wenn ich immer nur Negativ drauf bin. Klar warum sollte ich auch Happy sein, wenn mir das Leben zu Hölle gemacht wird?! Es gab aber ein Punkt in meinem Leben, wo ich wusste: "Okay Yannick, ich weiß es ist alles echt Schei*e aber du willst da raus und das schaffst du nur, wenn du dafür sorgst wieder gut drauf zu sein!" 😃 . Also habe ich dafür gesorgt, dass ich jeden morgen direkt nach dem aufstehen vor den Spiegel gegangen bin und mir lächelnd gesagt habe: "Heute rockst du den Tag!" Das hat mich total motiviert weil es mir ein Gefühl gegeben hat von - ICH KANN DAS SCHAFFEN! 💪 . Deswegen sorge dafür, egal wie oder was, dass du morgens in einen guten Zustand kommst der dich beflügelt. 😌 .
