"You! You can’t just walk in here! This is a crime scene!”
“That would explain the dead bodies, then,” she replied. He blinked dumbly, and she sighed. Wasting good sarcasm was annoying.

I decided to revise my current story ideas because the originals were kind of lacklustre. I also added what they're about and I added a dedication to the first story idea (I might add more in the future, but let's see). I hope you enjoy the updated plots.
HIS UNHOLY VENGEANCE: Most of Earth’s countries are plagued by an unruly dictatorship referred to as the International Socialist Confederation of Fruitful Workers (ISCFW). It’s led by a rebellious defect named Folcevardius who’s known to be disturbingly charismatic, aggressive, and cunning. As this dictatorship slowly conquers the entirety of the world, sudden revolutionaries against this regime begin to pop up and looming anarchy has now horrifyingly reigned supreme. Anarchic turmoil, political corruption, religious intolerance, and systemic discrimination run deep within the foundation of this unfortunate world. The scared citizens, rebels, and even some of the criminals are continuously put under psychological and sociological stress by these daily horrors. The Government of Interdimensional Peace and Righteousness (GIPAR) have carefully planned on how to take down this potentially interdimensional threat. Multiple revolutionaries fight for the protection of their lives, rights, and freedoms, and invoke change through any means possible. GIPAR has tasked the Hand of Almighty Justice to apprehend Folcevardius and put an end to his fascist reign. The Hand of Almighty Justice has sent out their most skilled assassins to efficiently and quickly perform this task. Four of these trained assassins consist of a small group that’s made up of the following members: Nawovuherszi, a human-raised changeling; Bruchasofziel, a priestly cambion; Yoruszlena, a epimeliad-kleptomaniac hybrid; and Mulenofrida, an angel who was once human. As they work diligently to help end the conquest of ISCFW and bring well-needed justice, the power of a mysterious cult called the Reunion of Flesh, Breath, and Pus begins to grow rapidly in secret. They have been brewing something malicious, one that will overthrow the dictatorship, fulfill a prophecy, and grant them newfound power.
His Unholy Vengeance is commentary on abuse of power and religious belief, political corruption, religious intolerance, genocide, anarchy, and a few social justice issues that are tied into these aforementioned things such as systemic discrimination. It also focuses on how these social justice issues impact society and individual psychology.
This story will be dedicated to the victims and survivors of all known genocide incidents and oppressive political regimes.
AS THE WEAVING FATE BECKONS: In an alternative medieval world where fascinating beasts roam, fae play mischievous tricks on unsuspecting humans, and chivalrous knights go on grand adventures, an endless supply of turmoil plague the populace. Sudden outbreaks of disease, monster attacks, kidnappings, genocide-oriented wars, religious intolerance, and looming mysteries lie deep within the soil that life treads on and people of all social statuses. These unfortunate circumstances have turned many to the ancient lords and ladies for assistance or the pursuit of enlightenment. Hirmenogaldus is a tormented, battle-strong holy knight and legendary slayer and tamer of beasts who reigns from the British Isles’ most infamous kingdom, Rioghachd a’ Choin Neamhaidh (“Kingdom of the Heavenly Dog” in Scottish Gaelic). She’s extensively looking for Uhteszoga, the Incandescent Knight, who suddenly disappeared from her life without a visible trace. Hirmenogaldus heard from his older brother that he was last seen in numerous places such as Machaire na hÓige (“Plain of Youthfulness” in Irish), Nīma-shām Arbayām (“Evening Sea-Locust” in Persian), Kingdom of Ostracised Mages, Máti tis Paratírsis (“Eye of Observation” in Greek), Scandinavia, Cigfran Unig (“Solitary Raven” in Welsh), and the unspeakable, looming forest that’s covering most of Europe. Following that lead, she begins her arduous journey in a desperate attempt to figure out his current location and learn why he quietly vanished. Along the way, she adopts an angel child, tames a motherly unicorn named Blodghapenius Gulvofexina, and joins a mysterious merchant who goes by Odeschuna Mulenodisa on their travels. She slowly forms a travelling party that consists of unique members such as Mutseloniah, a thievish Persian-Hebrew mercenary, and Nikmuvolefja, a mage who utilises healing and water magic. She also encounters new friends who either help her or bring her lively comfort as well as unfathomable foes who are nothing but merely obstacles. She suspects that Uhteszoga’s disappearance is connected to the sudden arrival of many strife and horrid monsters, and the aforementioned dark forest filled with unknowable mysteries…
As The Weaving Fate Beckons is a commentary on the destructiveness of acting on vengeance, overbearing societal and individual expectations, and unchecked mental health issues and traumatic fear. It also focuses on the importance of healthy relationships and learning how to accept the unique differences of others and becoming open about one’s own personal issues.
IN A THICKET OF SPACIOUSNESS: The Galactic Investigation of Anomalous Phenomena Division (GIAPD) has tasked the members of the Ichnaea 5 spacecraft to investigate an unnatural force 1845,007 light years away from 90377 Sedna. As they’re so close to their assigned location, a biomechanical mothership full of ravenous Zraphelostund Vermuzokilas noticed their presence. As they brutally attack the ship and try to kill or sexually assault the crew members, the unnatural force has transformed into a wormhole from pressured space-time. The sudden extraterrestrial attack ceases and they quickly escape, leaving the crew members and the Ichnaea 5 spacecraft to be sucked in. As a second passes by, they find themselves crash landing on Uymenozlaidh with half of the expedition members dying as a result. Now, Ephoszumina, the commander of the space expedition, has to ensure the safety of what’s left of her group members. She has the burden of helping a famous rockstar named Gibhazlodus learn about the origins of his species and their eventual extinction. She also has to help Eyschurota stop the Zraphelostund Vermuzokilas from obliterating his kind and conquering the other Uyxithlokazebs. The surviving expedition members all want to go back to their home universe and she does too. Luckily for them, the Extermination Party of Anomalous Threats (EPAT) have been made aware of their situation by Rhoclendavius, the ruler of Uymenozlaidh. As the EPAT helps Ephoszumina and her crew members as well as Gibhazlodus and Eyschurota, they travel across numerous planets in the hopes of learning how to elicit another wormhole and resolving various extraterrestrial issues. Along this arduous journey, they meet many new faces, uncover a myriad of dark secrets, and struggle to survive.
In A Thicket of Spaciousness is a commentary on how people are fascinated by perplexing mysteries and are desperate to figure them out, and the importance of not clinging to the past and moving on. It also focuses on the importance of teamwork, and how far people are willing to go in order to protect others and uplift their chance of surviving.
BEYOND THE FOGBOUND UNKNOWING: Humanity has abandoned Earth after devastating biological and chemical warfare, and catastrophic climate change. They moved to a newly terraformed Mars where fresh life can thrive, but still had a worry about the eventual threat of potential world-ending disasters. As people try to revitalise civilization, wildlife, and their cultural living, a new threat has made itself seen on Mars. It’s bad news for the humans as they’re struggling to make the technology they managed to hold onto modernistic and up-to-date. Due to that, the Æylphitus have become the most dominant culture on Mars, ensuring that humans are nothing but lowly slaves and don’t interfere with their politics. A witch who achieved godhood named Ghodeluva and her step-daughter, Rapinozhel, have founded the Venator’s Wardrobe. The purpose of this organisation is to eradicate this horrid anomaly and uplift the evolution of humanity on Mars. However, they must also deal with an unexpected rivalry against another beast-slaying organisation, Gathering of Precious Rhymes. A taciturn, stoic, deeply troubled Nephilim named Zelutjoskhriva is working with Venator’s Wardrobe, while trying to find his missing daughter. He wants to figure out why his daughter suddenly disappeared without a trace and doesn’t have much leads to work off of. He also desires to reconcile with his past mistakes and learn how to accept such things to feel true happiness. Along his journey, he meets a variety of new faces, ones that befriend him and ones that want to hinder his path.
Beyond The Fogbound Unknowing is a commentary on the difficulty of rewriting the wrongdoings of one’s own past. It also focuses on learning to accept one’s own personal losses and the importance of cherishing the current moment and what they still have.
UNDERNEATH THE SKIN OF AMNESIA: In 2097, an almost never-ending infrastructure encases the entirety of Earth and has split the people into 9 levels. It has become a neon-lit, technologically advanced inhabitation where mega-corporations possess immense power and crime rates have achieved an all-time high. The rich live lavishly and have an undeniable grip on the economy and political power, while the poor are marginalised and are forced into doing unimaginable things. It’s believed that this universe is where the Government of Interdimensional Peace and Righteousness (GIPAR) and Bureau of Researching and Securing Extramundane Curiosities (BRSEC) lie in secret. This advertising, isolationist hellscape hides a myriad of dark, shameful secrets, and monstrosities that stealthily lurk and hunt the citizens down for sport or survival. As a new year passes by, Smajuzhoktrine has appeared on the lowest level of this inhabitation with her two children, Zorsjahlen and Chusjektozial. This mysterious, chaotic, dangerous woman is an angel who fell from grace for unknown reasons and is struggling with her dissociative amnesia. She’s on an arduous journey of retrieving her memories and true identity, and believes that this place might be the key. Along the way, she becomes a guardian for the marginalised and slowly uncovers numerous dark secrets. However, Smajuzhoktrine has to tread carefully if she doesn’t want to become an unfortunate target for the Extermination Party of Anomalous Threats (EPAT) or even a test subject for the BRSEC. She also has to overcome various obstacles placed by the divine council, and the ever looming fear of succumbing to her infernal instincts and feeling woefully disconnected.
Underneath The Skin of Amnesia is a commentary on the inevitability of death and potential extinction, and how our actions have positive and/or negative consequences. It also focuses on the importance of identity formation and maintenance as well as the devastating effects of role confusion, and psychological and societal disconnect.
TROTTING HERON OF GREYNESS: The emergence of superheroes, supervillains, anti-villains, and anti-heroes has redefined the usual status quo. They have co-existed for centuries and each one play their own recognizable role: superheroes help to make the world a better place and/or protect the public and fight crime; supervillains draft complex schemes and/or commit crimes; and anti-heroes fight for they believe is a noble cause through questionable means and often rebel against authority figures and/or society. Everything has been going quite smoothly as the equilibrium of superheroes, supervillains, and anti-heroes are perfectly stable, but all of that changes in 2056. After the mysterious and disheartening death of a famous superhero named Ahridozeltus Cunasvortel, crime has skyrocketed to heights never seen before. Tefsakomphuni, the son of a Nephilim anti-hero and cambion supervillain, used to be a wrestler for an underground wrestling ring. He eventually quit due to an unfortunate incident involving another wrestler that he prefers not to talk about. However, he needs to find a money-making job quickly or he’ll miss paying his part for rent once again. This leads him to joining an infamous supervillain organisation called the Veins of the Glacial Inferno and he helps them to efficiently commit various crimes from robbing a bank to vandalising government property. When performing his duties, he has to face a myriad of superheroes, anti-heroes, anti-villains, and even supervillain rivals who try to obscure his path. All the while, he’s struggling to find his footing in the world of romantic love, healthy relationships, and morality.
Trotting Heron of Greyness is a commentary on the struggles of building and maintaining healthy, intimate relationships. It also focuses on the one-sidedness of the media, how people can manipulate others into believing their untold truths, and the subjective complexity of morality.
CARNIVAL OF A DANCING HEART: After 269 years from the main events that occurred during As The Weaving Fate Beckons, a new prosperous era has brought a global transition of economy, industry, and machine manufacturing. Old fairy tales now thrive with awe-inspiring life and the regular folk exercise their new opportunities to make ends meet. On the other hand, ascended deities, descendants, and familiar faces adjust to the arrival of the economic, technological revolution. A young, cursed Skjezulofima named Uyrvawoledius has survived a brutal murder and her perfect home life burning before her eyes. With nowhere to go, she gives herself up to the money-hungry slave-drivers of a local auction in hopes for a fresh start. Expecting the worst, she was sold at this auction and landed into the arms of a well-respected, yet notorious circus leader named Mingefolszurcha. He views Uyrvawoledius as a valuable asset because he’s well aware that the Ufrajozlens are slowly going extinct. Due to that, he makes her the co-leader of The Aurora Extravaganza and is given a couple of duties. She’s responsible for ensuring that his business and show plans run smoothly, and garnering more attention and wealth. During her time at the circus, she begrudgingly makes new friends who are quirky, usually loveable, slightly annoying, and sometimes down-to-earth. However, she eventually stumbles upon the world of ancient magic and the allure of titans and ascended deities…
Carnival of a Dancing Heart is a commentary on the destructiveness of deep ceded vengeance and misanthropic perspectives. It also focuses on the importance of meaningful friendships and how change can affect people for better or worse.
THE BEAST IN MY SPINE: As the Gold Era slowly comes to an end, a strange festival has popped up and the showrunners are transporting people from their homes to a ghost town on an abandoned planet. This festival promises the victor enlightenment and lets them grant one wish, one tied to their true desires. The rule of the festival is relatively simple: kill specific Æylphitus or murder the other contestants if people object to such a thing. The jester-like ringleader and avatar of Nerjzluhtopiad named Mirabozluthek has carefully planned 18 contestants, using their phobias and past experiences to their sickening advantage. Unbeknownst to the 18 contestants, this festival hides its own mysteries and a terrible plague that will alter any unstable or unwilling participants into a monstrosity that reflects their deepest fears. Odurkheniya, a Ukrainian introvert who recently graduated from college, is one of these contestants. As she struggles with her fear of sex and childbirth, and a nasty drug addiction, a supernatural entity that’s nestled deep in her spine slowly grows more powerful without her noticing. On top of that, she has to go up against the Æylphitus and ensure that nobody is backstabbing her. She even has to engage in necessary interactions with the other contestants such as Dimophelaktus, a British-Dutch mage of philosophy and poetry, and Hildeborta, a former test subject and the adoptive daughter of Libakzurchet.
The Beast In My Spine is a commentary on the struggles of handling one’s own phobia(s) and trauma, the accumulation of failures proving to be nearly unbearable, and learning how to move on and accept the past. It also focuses on how some people can manipulate others on the basis of fear and personal trauma or deny/don’t acknowledge the uncomfortable experiences of different individuals.
CATACOMBS OF WHISPERING: On one unexpected day in 2020, the Earth’s bodies of water suddenly turned to a sickly blood red and mutated millions of wildlife from coral kingdoms to land animals into horrific monstrosities. It also grotesquely changes the form of humans who drink from these contaminated waters. After the news spread of this disaster, humanity slowly adjusted to this newfound reality and even figured out how to lessen the possibility of mutation through reverse osmosis and distillation. Unbeknownst to them, a stranded island called Luna Vermiculus Archipelago (“Moon Worm” in Latin) has found the secret that lets them thrive in such a sudden disaster. Many people from various countries have flocked to this welcoming island in order to have a higher chance of surviving and other personal reasons. The story focuses on three characters: Tighezorvanus, a father of two with dissociative identity disorder (DID), dyscalculia, and PTSD; Avelonthius, a French-Canadian mother of an only son with Natural Genius imposter syndrome and level 1 autism; and Hartemodius, a German widower with sexual dysmorphia. Tighezorvanus moved from his hometown in Martensville, Saskatchewan in order to let go of his painful past and keep his beloved safe. Avelonthius is the childhood friend of Tighezorvanus and has moved to this island because she didn’t want to put her son’s safety at risk. Hartemodius moved to this place in order to forget about his deceased wife, enjoy his gardening, and something else he doesn’t want to talk about. Luna Vermiculus Archipelago welcomes them with open arms, but there’s something off about their oldest house and its lively citizens. The newcomers become intertwined in their mysteries, and a group of investigating agents led by Elphazotius try to crack the code and put an end to this creeping madness. However, an outside force seems to be hindering their path…
Catacombs of Whispering is a commentary on the value and struggle of identity formation, and the negative impacts of role confusion and dissociation. It also focuses on the meaning of family and belongingness, and the potential dangers and dark secrets of unfamiliar areas.
FACTORY OF LABYRINTHINE VOCIFERATING: 12 years after the main events of Catacombs of Whispering, the last human-occupied universe is now on the edge of destruction. The three manifestations of Cosmos' psyche have been awakened and some people want to use those fragments to fulfil their twisted desires. Bad things will come if Cosmos fully emerges from stasis, but that fate ultimately lies in the hands of what’s left of human civilization. Luna Vermiculus Archipelago (“Moon Worm” in Latin) is the last surviving environment for humanity to inhabit. However, it’s nothing but a crime-infested, heavily industrialised version of its former self. Ymoghelanus, a cybernetic mercenary, and her younger brother named Cimabozulen, a hacker mastermind, are trying to prevent the eventual collapse of their universe. Their childhood friend and a notorious biker named Gawuszofred as well as his gang decide to join the fight, but his reasons why are currently unclear to them. They’re bound to encounter those who either want to abuse the incredible power of Cosmos or subside the unfair extinction of humanity. These range from Migaszedur, an A.I. trapped within an Azhelowin body that wants to absorb Cosmos, to Gorvazedinus the financier of the Reunion of Flesh, Breath, and Pus who desires to use them to awaken the spirit of his worshipped goddess and make humanity her servants. If Ymoghelanus, Cimabozulen, Gawuszofred, and their friends want to protect their universe, they must act quickly and efficiently. The clock is ticking and every single choice that they make matters…
Factory of Labyrinthine Vociferating is a commentary on how humanity continuously changes and adapts in response to intrinsic or extrinsic stimuli. It also focuses on the meaning of friendship and acknowledging that death eventually comes for us all.

(experimenting agggain.)
Things were fairly quiet on the island. Nothing out of the ordinary was ever reported through the radios and televisions. So rumors are often spread to spread some excitement in peoples lives.
Some say that an old man who lived in some run down house was taken away, then was found dead in some ditch, because he owed some debts to some gangs. Others share a tale that a middle aged women was a serial killer, who never left her house out of fear of being caught with skeletons literally in her closet.
But these were false.
Well, at least they were announced to be false by the police that keeps that island safe.
Only because a single man, who ran a small business, paid them to do so.
Jack Walker, a middle aged man, with salt and pepper hair, and a scruffy beard, lives a rather decent life. No spouse, no children, just money and work to keep him alive. He didn't care too much about what others think, but he prefer to be on the low to keep doing business of the unsavory kind.
No one really knew him other than that handsome rich man who lives by himself in a modest house. Tall, broad shouldered, muscles, and brown skin covered in tattoos. A mysterious man with a mysterious background.
And he does his best to keep the strange and scary under wraps in this island.
Where bronze machinery keeps the city alive, with steam, coal, and gas.
And under the cobbled streets are strange creatures that Jack bargains with to keep things quiet.
Unfortunately, not all would obey, so he has to hire help to keep them in line. People who are similar to those underground creatures.

Vampire Hunter Steampunk Story-Victorian Era? 👀
so, the funny thing about this one is that, in its current state, absolutely *nothing* in the title is accurate anymore. except the steampunk part, that's still accurate.
the other funny thing is that whilst i was typing out my answer to this, i had an Idea, and so now everything I was going to say has changed!!!! (except the title being mostly inaccurate. that's still the same)
the loose plot is that you've got these two people, Alexandrina (Alex) [LASTNAME] and Asa Tyler, and they're friends, and Alex is an investigative reporter type person, and Asa is some sort of artist (?) type person, and Alex is investigating/reporting on a thing (yet to be determined), as one does, and there is A Mystery (yet to be determined). Because Alex is extremely curious and also somewhat stubborn, she intends to solve this mystery, or at least follow it. Because she is his best friend (and he's also curious), Asa is going to help.
EDIT: fun fact, I thought I posted this a month ago, and was under that impression until I went looking for something in my drafts just now, i am very sorry, i hit the wrong button!! (save as draft not post). I intended to hit the post button!!! (this now has a wip intro--)

Book Review: Soulless by Gail Carriger (Series, #1) (Bottom of TBR Pile Challenge)
Book Review: Soulless by Gail Carriger (Series, #1) (Bottom of TBR Pile Challenge)
Summary: Alexia Tarabotti isn’t just suffering from being half-Italian in Victorian England, she also is soulless.  Unlike vampires, werewolves, and other supernaturals who successfully changed thanks to an excess of soul, or even having just enough soul like day dwellers, she simply has none. Plus as a preternatural she turns the supernaturals human when she touches them.  Obviously they aren’t…
